although_o man_n after_o this_o manner_n be_v reverence_v yet_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v doubt_v that_o that_o worship_n be_v here_o note_v which_o be_v proper_a unto_o god_n a_o sign_n whereof_o be_v the_o bow_n of_o the_o knee_n wherein_o it_o be_v meet_v to_o observe_v that_o god_n be_v not_o only_o to_o be_v worship_v with_o inward_a affection_n of_o the_o hart_n but_o also_o with_o outward_a profession_n if_o we_o will_v give_v he_o that_o which_o be_v his_o own_o therefore_o when_o he_o will_v set_v out_o his_o lawful_a worshipper_n he_o say_v they_o have_v not_o bow_v their_o knee_n before_o the_o image_n of_o baal_n 2_o reg._n 19.18_o but_o here_o arise_v a_o question_n whether_o this_o do_v belong_v to_o the_o divinity_n or_o to_o the_o humanity_n of_o christ_n for_o both_o of_o they_o be_v absurd_a for_o unto_o his_o divinity_n no_o new_a thing_n can_v be_v give_v with_o his_o humanity_n either_o by_o itself_o or_o several_o great_a exaltation_n agree_v not_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v worshihp_v as_o god_n i_o answer_v that_o this_o be_v speak_v of_o the_o whole_a person_n of_o christ_n as_o many_o other_o thing_n in_o respect_n that_o he_o be_v god_n manifest_v in_o the_o flesh_n for_o neither_o do_v he_o humble_v himself_o touch_v his_o humanity_n only_o or_o touch_v his_o godhead_n only_o but_o because_o he_o have_v put_v upon_o he_o our_o flesh_n lie_v hide_v under_o the_o infirmitye_n thereof_o so_o again_o god_n have_v exalt_v his_o son_n in_o the_o same_o flesh_n wherein_o he_o live_v as_o a_o abject_a and_o without_o honour_n in_o the_o world_n unto_o the_o high_a degree_n of_o honour_n that_o he_o sit_v at_o his_o right_a hand_n but_o paul_n seem_v not_o to_o agree_v with_o himself_o who_o to_o the_o rom._n 14.11_o cit_v the_o same_o testimony_n when_o he_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v that_o christ_n shall_v once_o be_v the_o judge_n of_o the_o quick_a and_o the_o dead_a but_o it_o be_v not_o fit_a for_o that_o purpose_n if_o it_o be_v already_o fulfil_v as_o here_o he_o witness_v i_o answer_v that_o it_o be_v so_o with_o the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n that_o it_o increase_v daily_o and_o be_v augment_v to_o the_o better_a but_o the_o perfection_n thereof_o be_v not_o evident_a nor_o shall_v be_v evident_a until_o the_o latter_a day_n of_o judgement_n so_o both_o be_v true_a that_o all_o thing_n be_v now_o subject_a unto_o christ_n and_o yet_o this_o subjection_n shall_v not_o be_v absolute_a before_o the_o day_n of_o the_o resurrection_n because_o then_o that_o shall_v be_v finish_v which_o now_o be_v but_o begin_v therefore_o this_o prophecy_n not_o without_o cause_n be_v diverse_o apply_v unto_o diverse_a time_n as_o all_o other_o thing_n do_v not_o define_v the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n in_o one_o moment_n of_o time_n but_o do_v describe_v it_o in_o their_o whole_a course_n but_o hereof_o we_o gather_v that_o christ_n be_v that_o everlasting_a god_n that_o speak_v by_o esaie_n of_o thing_n in_o heaven_n and_o thing_n in_o earth_n and_o thing_n under_o the_o earth_n when_o paul_n from_o the_o heaven_n unto_o they_o under_o the_o earth_n submit_v all_o thing_n unto_o christ_n the_o papist_n trifle_v very_o childish_o in_o gather_v purgatory_n out_o of_o his_o word_n their_o argument_n be_v after_o this_o sort_n it_o be_v so_o far_o of_o that_o the_o devil_n bow_n their_o knee_n unto_o christ_n that_o by_o all_o mean_v they_o be_v rebel_n against_o
