small_a remnant_n of_o life_n we_o live_v here_o with_o the_o life_n to_o come_v and_o how_o little_o will_v it_o appear_v what_o be_v this_o momentany_a life_n compare_v with_o life_n everlasting_a but_o as_o it_o be_v a_o drop_n of_o water_n compare_v with_o the_o whole_a ocean_n if_o a_o thousand_o year_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n be_v no_o more_o but_o as_o it_o be_v yesterday_o which_o be_v now_o past_a and_o go_v what_o shall_v the_o life_n of_o seventy_o or_o eighty_o year_n seem_v to_o be_v but_o only_o a_o very_a nothing_o compare_v to_o eternity_n christian_n reader_n think_v then_o with_o thyself_o every_o day_n what_o great_a folly_n and_o madness_n can_v be_v imagine_v than_o that_o man_n and_o woman_n for_o the_o enjoy_n of_o this_o short_a dream_n of_o such_o vain_a delight_n and_o pleasure_n shall_v plunge_v themselves_o into_o everlasting_a torment_n and_o what_o sottishness_n have_v possess_v man_n that_o they_o shall_v take_v so_o much_o labour_n and_o pain_n of_o the_o uncertainty_n of_o your_o life_n as_o our_o life_n be_v very_o short_a so_o it_o be_v also_o uncertain_a eccles_n 9.12_o man_n know_v not_o his_o time_n as_o the_o fish_n that_o be_v take_v in_o a_o evil_a net_n and_o as_o the_o bird_n that_o be_v catch_v in_o the_o snare_n so_o be_v the_o son_n of_o man_n snare_v in_o a_o evil_a time_n when_o it_o fall_v sudden_o upon_o they_o how_o vehement_a heat_n of_o the_o sun_n the_o eye_n of_o some_o be_v able_a to_o bereave_v other_o of_o their_o life_n some_o die_n by_o drink_v a_o draught_n of_o cold_a drink_n in_o a_o sweat_n or_o by_o surfeit_v at_o a_o supper_n some_o die_n of_o excessive_a pleasure_n or_o grief_n some_o seem_v to_o go_v well_o to_o bed_n and_o there_o be_v find_v dead_a in_o the_o morning_n we_o may_v not_o wonder_v how_o soon_o man_n end_v their_o life_n as_o how_o they_o endure_v so_o long_o the_o workmanship_n of_o their_o body_n be_v so_o tender_a and_o the_o matter_n and_o stuff_n whereof_o they_o be_v compound_v so_o frail_a and_o weak_a god_n bid_v the_o prophet_n cry_v all_o flesh_n be_v grass_n and_o all_o the_o glory_n thereof_o
