respect_n to_o do_v good_a or_o evil_n but_o be_v utter_o exclude_v of_o both_o very_o the_o passion_n of_o fear_n be_v of_o great_a force_n and_o vehemency_n which_o make_v thing_n that_o be_v far_o from_o we_o seem_v to_o be_v present_a and_o of_o a_o trifle_n raise_v a_o tragedy_n if_o the_o consideration_n of_o this_o cause_v they_o sometime_o to_o quake_v a_o little_a what_o then_o shall_v the_o fear_n of_o their_o undoubted_a and_o just_a jeopardy_n cause_v they_o to_o do_v they_o be_v yet_o in_o this_o life_n begin_v to_o suffer_v sensible_o the_o grief_n and_o reproach_n of_o the_o reprobate_n and_o in_o one_o very_a moment_n be_v both_o quick_a and_o dead_a for_o bewail_v the_o present_a pleasure_n which_o they_o must_v forsake_v begin_v to_o seel_v the_o future_a misery_n which_o so_o much_o they_o fear_v they_o hold_v they_o most_o happy_a which_o tarry_v here_o behind_o whereby_o they_o be_v provoke_v to_o envy_n which_o great_o augment_v their_o grief_n to_o those_o the_o sun_n go_v down_o at_o noon_n day_n for_o so_o much_o as_o which_o way_n soever_o they_o cast_v their_o eye_n they_o see_v themselves_o debar_v on_o every_o side_n from_o access_n to_o heaven_n and_o that_o no_o beam_n or_o spark_n of_o comfort_n appear_v unto_o they_o for_o if_o they_o regard_v the_o bounty_n of_o god_n they_o see_v how_o sore_o they_o have_v offend_v he_o if_o they_o they_o the_o chief_a cause_n of_o their_o discomfort_n it_o be_v a_o good_a thing_n i_o grant_v for_o a_o man_n to_o see_v his_o son_n his_o friend_n his_o house_n his_o worldly_a work_n and_o all_o that_o he_o love_v beside_o but_o then_o this_o cheerful_a light_n shall_v be_v altogether_o convert_v to_o profound_a darkness_n for_o that_o all_o these_o thing_n shall_v heap_v more_o heaviness_n and_o shall_v become_v most_o bitter_a persecuter_n of_o their_o affection_a lover_n for_o as_o by_o nature_n and_o common_a custom_n we_o take_v no_o small_a delight_n in_o the_o present_a possession_n of_o those_o thing_n which_o we_o love_v and_o like_v well_o so_o likewise_o the_o loss_n thereof_o bring_v excessive_a grief_n therefore_o let_v the_o sweet_a child_n depart_v out_o of_o their_o father_n sight_n when_o he_o lie_v at_o point_n of_o death_n and_o let_v the_o mother_n also_o absent_a herself_o that_o she_o may_v not_o give_v and_o receive_v by_o her_o presence_n so_o many_o sharp_a assault_n of_o sorrow_n and_o his_o departure_n be_v into_o so_o far_a country_n his_o journey_n through_o so_o strange_a and_o unknown_a way_n the_o pinch_a smart_n which_o he_o abide_v will_v not_o permit_v he_o to_o have_v confidence_n in_o any_o thing_n neither_o will_v grant_v he_o to_o take_v his_o leave_n of_o his_o friend_n if_o thou_o stand_v now_o upon_o the_o same_o term_n i_o speak_v of_o thou_o shall_v well_o perceive_v i_o have_v not_o swerve_v from_o the_o truth_n
10._o final_o there_o shall_v be_v inward_a and_o outward_a darkness_n both_o of_o the_o body_n and_o mind_n far_o more_o obscure_a than_o those_o of_o egypt_n which_o may_v be_v feel_v and_o touch_v with_o the_o hand_n there_o shall_v be_v fire_n but_o not_o such_o as_o we_o use_v common_o which_o smart_v a_o little_a and_o vanish_v quick_o but_o such_o as_o be_v most_o fit_a for_o that_o place_n that_o be_v which_o afflict_v vehement_o and_o never_o cease_v to_o torment_v if_o this_o be_v true_a how_o can_v it_o be_v that_o those_o which_o believe_v and_o confess_v the_o same_o shall_v line_v so_o loose_o and_o sleep_n in_o such_o security_n what_o danger_n what_o tedious_a toil_n will_v not_o any_o man_n glad_o undertake_v rather_o than_o he_o will_v endure_v one_o day_n yea_o one_o hour_n the_o least_o of_o these_o torment_n why_o then_o to_o shun_v a_o perpetuity_n of_o calamity_n so_o tragical_a do_v they_o not_o employ_v themselves_o to_o so_o easy_a travail_n as_o that_o which_o be_v requisite_a to_o the_o follow_v of_o virtue_n this_o thing_n be_v enough_o to_o sequester_v a_o man_n soul_n from_o his_o sense_n and_o to_o bring_v he_o to_o a_o extacie_n that_o deliberate_v advise_o hereupon_o yet_o if_o among_o these_o huge_a heap_n of_o misery_n be_v any_o hope_n of_o end_n or_o redress_v it_o will_v qualify_v somewhat_o their_o gripe_n corsy_z but_o alas_o they_o find_v it_o there_o far_o otherwise_o for_o the_o gate_n of_o comfort_n be_v close_v up_o on_o all_o side_n in_o all_o kind_n of_o heaviness_n that_o may_v happen_v in_o this_o life_n rest_v always_o some_o relief_n wherein_o the_o afflict_a may_v repose_v himself_o as_o that_o which_o be_v administer_v either_o by_o reason_n of_o time_n friend_n or_o company_n of_o many_o which_o do_v participate_v with_o he_o in_o the_o same_o mishap_n or_o by_o hope_n to_o be_v release_v at_o last_o may_v mitigate_v their_o malady_n but_o in_o this_o evil_a only_a the_o conduit_n of_o grace_n be_v so_o stop_v and_o the_o passage_n of_o common_a comfort_n so_o interrupt_v that_o these_o unhappy_a creature_n can_v find_v favour_n on_o no_o side_n neither_o from_o heaven_n neither_o from_o the_o earth_n neither_o of_o the_o time_n pass_v nor_o present_a nor_o of_o that_o to_o come_v nor_o of_o aught_o that_o can_v be_v else_o but_o they_o seem_v to_o be_v press_v and_o pierce_v of_o all_o part_n and_o that_o all_o creature_n conspire_v against_o they_o whereby_o at_o last_o they_o wear_v wood_n and_o wrath_n with_o themselves_o this_o be_v the_o extreme_a straightness_n their_o ghastly_a look_n which_o way_n they_o will_v let_v they_o extend_v their_o hand_n to_o what_o place_n they_o list_n they_o shall_v find_v no_o crumb_n of_o comfort_n be_v it_o never_o so_o small_a and_o as_o one_o fall_v into_o the_o sea_n plunge_v in_o the_o depth_n of_o the_o water_n can_v find_v no_o perfect_a foot_n and_o often_o stretch_v out_o his_o arm_n catch_v and_o grasp_v round_o about_o in_o vain_a be_v now_o even_o swallow_v in_o the_o gulf_n so_o shall_v it_o happen_v to_o the_o accurse_a crew_n to_o who_o the_o world_n be_v without_o any_o stability_n for_o wade_v in_o the_o wave_n of_o such_o woe_n &_o wretchedness_n and_o always_o strive_v with_o death_n without_o trust_n or_o stay_v of_o any_o succour_n to_o lean_v unto_o of_o all_o the_o grief_n which_o be_v suffer_v in_o that_o mischéevous_a place_n and_o harbour_v of_o adversity_n this_o be_v the_o great_a for_o if_o these_o punishment_n be_v determinable_a by_o any_o time_n yea_o though_o it_o be_v a_o thousand_o year_n or_o a_o hundred_o thousand_o million_o of_o year_n it_o be_v some_o kind_n of_o comfort_n for_o that_o which_o have_v end_n be_v not_o altogether_o to_o be_v dispraïse_v but_o the_o pain_n of_o the_o wicked_a shall_v be_v eternal_a and_o the_o time_n of_o their_o distress_n shall_v be_v coequal_a with_o the_o divine_a glory_n of_o god_n so_o long_o as_o god_n shall_v live_v so_o long_o shall_v they_o die_v and_o when_o god_n shall_v cease_v to_o be_v that_o he_o be_v then_o shall_v they_o likewise_o leave_v to_o be_v that_o they_o be_v o_o die_a life_n o_o living_n and_o immortal_a death_n i_o know_v not_o whether_o i_o shall_v call_v thou_o life_n or_o death_n for_o if_o thou_o be_v life_n why_o die_v thou_o if_o thou_o be_v death_n how_o do_v thou_o
