will_v say_v may_v i_o not_o as_o well_o lend_v my_o money_n for_o gain_v i_o answer_v no_o for_o if_o he_o beside_o the_o charge_n do_v also_o bear_v the_o hazard_n of_o the_o land_n which_o he_o have_v buy_v and_o be_v his_o own_o it_o be_v good_a reason_n that_o he_o shall_v have_v the_o fruit_n thereof_o and_o what_o reason_n be_v it_o that_o when_o he_o which_o bear_v all_o the_o charge_n and_o hazard_n receive_v scarce_o five_o pound_n a_o year_n he_o shall_v allow_v thou_o ten_o but_o if_o thou_o take_v the_o bargain_n into_o thy_o hand_n the_o fruit_n that_o rise_v be_v of_o thy_o own_o and_o as_o thou_o bear_v the_o hazard_n either_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o title_n or_o in_o regard_n of_o some_o common_a calamity_n so_o be_v it_o good_a reason_n thou_o shall_v have_v the_o profit_n thereof_o as_o for_o the_o other_o he_o sustainenth_fw-mi no_o disadvantage_n for_o by_o this_o mean_v he_o may_v be_v assure_v of_o the_o land_n which_o he_o desire_v when_o he_o can_v procure_v the_o money_n and_o if_o he_o never_o procure_v the_o money_n it_o be_v no_o reason_n he_o shall_v ever_o have_v the_o land_n 5._o again_o whereas_o i_o say_v that_o money_n be_v lend_v be_v the_o borrower_n both_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o property_n and_o also_o of_o the_o hazard_n and_o therefore_o the_o profit_n thereof_o belong_v to_o the_o borrower_n and_o not_o to_o the_o lender_n who_o have_v transfer_v from_o himself_o both_o the_o property_n and_o the_o hazard_n for_o a_o time_n the_o usurer_n demand_v what_o reason_n be_v there_o say_v he_o that_o i_o shall_v lend_v my_o money_n and_o by_o lend_v make_v it_o another_o man_n without_o recompense_n i_o answer_v if_o you_o do_v but_o lend_v your_o money_n the_o borrower_n be_v bind_v by_o the_o very_a contract_n of_o loan_n to_o make_v you_o recompense_n by_o restore_v the_o principal_a in_o the_o full_a value_n thereof_o yea_o but_o why_o shall_v i_o make_v that_o which_o be_v my_o another_o man_n and_o transfer_v the_o dominion_n and_o property_n from_o myself_o to_o another_o if_o i_o may_v not_o require_v some_o gain_n therefore_o i_o answer_v because_o the_o lord_n himself_o have_v so_o straight_o command_v thou_o who_o be_v of_o ability_n to_o lend_v free_o to_o thy_o brother_n be_v in_o need_n 9_o as_o that_o if_o thou_o refuse_v to_o lend_v unto_o he_o it_o be_v sin_n unto_o thou_o and_o second_o because_o he_o have_v most_o straight_o forbid_v all_o lend_n for_o gain_n and_o condemn_v it_o as_o a_o abomination_n which_o whosoever_o commit_v he_o shall_v not_o live_v but_o die_v a_o everlasting_a death_n and_o three_o because_o the_o patron_n of_o usury_n themselves_o do_v confess_v that_o for_o the_o duty_n or_o courtesy_n
