with_o this_o holy_a sacrament_n if_o he_o come_v with_o a_o true_a and_o right_a faith_n or_o refuse_v if_o he_o come_v not_o so_o be_v jesus_n christ_n perfect_a god_n that_o make_v all_o thing_n of_o nought_o and_o perfect_a man_n that_o die_v for_o mankind_n on_o the_o cross_n he_o that_o receive_v must_v remember_v and_o know_v himself_o to_o be_v a_o man_n and_o not_o a_o beast_n and_o therefore_o must_v present_v himself_o to_o this_o sacrament_n like_o a_o man_n in_o who_o the_o image_n of_o god_n be_v renew_a through_o the_o work_n &_o grace_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n all_o malice_n and_o beastliness_n of_o sin_n be_v subdue_v and_o not_o suffer_v to_o reign_v and_o in_o stead_n thereof_o true_a faith_n and_o godliness_n though_o not_o perfect_a which_o be_v reserve_v covetous_a to_o scrape_v together_o hold_v and_o keep_v so_o rude_a and_o unmannured_a so_o prodigal_a riotous_a and_o gluttonous_a in_o raiment_n meat_n and_o drink_v without_o all_o hunger_n desire_n or_o thirst_n to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n the_o precious_a clothing_n and_o food_n of_o the_o soul_n so_o attentive_a to_o toy_n and_o fable_n so_o sleepy_a to_o all_o holy_a exercise_n so_o light_o displease_v and_o rigorous_a to_o reprove_v other_o man_n fault_n so_o deaf_a blind_a &_o froward_a to_o hear_v see_v or_o amend_v his_o own_o fault_n so_o glad_a in_o prosperity_n so_o
