offend_v he_o and_o if_o he_o have_v offend_v other_o to_o ask_v they_o forgevenesse_n and_o where_o he_o have_v do_v injury_n or_o wrong_n to_o any_o man_n that_o he_o make_v amends_n to_o the_o uttermost_a of_o his_o power_n and_o if_o he_o have_v not_o afore_o dispose_v his_o good_n let_v he_o than_o make_v his_o will_n but_o man_n must_v be_v oft_o admonysh_v that_o they_o set_v a_o order_fw-fr for_o their_o temporal_a good_n and_o land_n when_o they_o be_v in_o health_n and_o also_o declare_v his_o debt_n what_o he_o owe_v and_o what_o be_v owe_v unto_o he_o for_o discharge_v convenient_a place_n in_o the_o sick_a man_n house_n where_o the_o curate_n may_v reverent_o minister_v &_o a_o good_a number_a to_o receyve_v the_o communion_n with_o the_o sick_a person_n with_o all_o thing_n necessary_a for_o the_o same_o he_o shall_v there_o minister_v the_o holy_a communion_n the_o collect._n almighty_a everliving_a god_n maker_n of_o mankind_n which_o do_v correct_v sycke_n in_o their_o house_n for_o fear_n of_o the_o infection_n upon_o specyall_a request_n of_o the_o disease_a the_o minister_n may_v alone_a communicate_v with_o he_o ¶_o the_o order_n for_o the_o
