you_o confess_v with_o a_o unfeigned_a heart_n to_o almighty_a god_n your_o sin_n and_o unkindness_n towards_o his_o majesty_n commit_v either_o by_o will_n word_n or_o deed_n infirmity_n or_o ignorance_n and_o that_o with_o inward_a sorrow_n and_o tear_n you_o bewail_v your_o offence_n and_o require_v of_o almighty_a god_n mercy_n and_o pardon_n promise_v to_o he_o from_o the_o bottom_n of_o your_o heart_n the_o amendment_n of_o your_o former_a life_n and_o among_o all_o other_o i_o be_o command_v of_o god_n especial_o to_o move_v and_o exhort_v you_o to_o reconcile_v yourselves_o to_o your_o neighbour_n who_o you_o have_v offend_v or_o who_o have_v offend_v you_o put_v out_o of_o your_o heart_n all_o hatred_n and_o malice_n against_o they_o and_o to_o be_v in_o love_n and_o charity_n with_o all_o the_o world_n and_o to_o forgive_v other_o as_o you_o will_v that_o god_n shall_v forgive_v you_o and_o if_o there_o be_v any_o of_o you_o who_o conscience_n be_v trouble_v and_o grieve_v in_o any_o thing_n lack_v comfort_n or_o counsel_n let_v he_o come_v to_o i_o or_o some_o other_o discreet_a and_o learned_a priest_n teach_v in_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o confess_v and_o open_v his_o sin_n and_o grief_n secret_o that_o he_o may_v receive_v such_o ghostly_a counsel_n advise_v and_o comfort_n that_o his_o conscience_n may_v be_v relieve_v and_o that_o of_o we_o as_o a_o minister_n of_o god_n and_o of_o the_o church_n he_o may_v receive_v comfort_n and_o absolution_n to_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o his_o mind_n and_o avoid_v of_o all_o scruple_n and_o doubtfulness_n require_v such_o as_o shall_v be_v satisfy_v with_o a_o general_a confession_n not_o to_o be_v offend_v with_o they_o that_o do_v use_v to_o their_o further_a satisfy_v the_o auricular_a and_o secret_a confession_n to_o the_o priest_n nor_o those_o also_o which_o think_v needful_a or_o convenient_a for_o the_o quietness_n of_o their_o own_o conscience_n particular_o to_o open_v their_o sin_n to_o the_o priest_n to_o be_v offend_v with_o they_o which_o be_v satisfy_v with_o their_o humble_a confession_n to_o god_n and_o the_o general_a confession_n to_o the_o church_n but_o in_o all_o these_o thing_n to_o follow_v and_o keep_v the_o rule_n of_o charity_n and_o every_o man_n to_o be_v satisfy_v with_o his_o own_o conscience_n not_o judge_v other_o man_n mind_n or_o act_n whereas_o he_o have_v no_o warrant_n of_o god_n word_n for_o the_o same_o the_o time_n of_o communion_n shall_v be_v immediate_o after_o that_o the_o priest_n himself_o have_v receive_v the_o sacrament_n without_o the_o vary_a of_o any_o other_o rite_n or_o ceremony_n in_o the_o mass_n until_o other_o order_n shall_v be_v provide_v but_o as_o heretofore_o usual_o the_o priest_n have_v do_v with_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o body_n to_o prepare_v less_o and_o consecrate_v so_o much_o as_o will_v serve_v the_o people_n so_o it_o shall_v yet_o continue_v still_o after_o the_o same_o manner_n and_o form_n save_v that_o he_o shall_v bless_v and_o consecrate_v the_o big_a chalice_n or_o some_o fair_a and_o convenient_a cup_n or_o cup_n full_a of_o wine_n with_o some_o water_n put_v unto_o it_o and_o that_o day_n not_o drink_v it_o all_o up_o himself_o but_o take_v one_o only_o sup_v or_o draught_n leave_v the_o rest_n upon_o the_o altar_n cover_v and_o turn_v to_o they_o that_o be_v dispose_v to_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o communion_n and_o shall_v thus_o exhort_v they_o as_o follow_v dear_o belove_v in_o the_o lord_n you_o come_v to_o this_o holy_a communion_n must_v consider_v what_o s._n paul_n write_v to_o the_o corinthian_n how_o he_o exhort_v all_o person_n diligent_o to_o try_v and_o examine_v themselves_o or_o ever_o they_o presume_v to_o eat_v of_o this_o bread_n and_o drink_n of_o this_o cup_n for_o as_o the_o benefit_n be_v great_a if_o with_o a_o true_o penitent_a heart_n and_o lively_a faith_n we_o receive_v this_o holy_a sacrament_n for_o then_o we_o spiritual_o eat_v the_o flesh_n of_o christ_n and_o drink_v his_o blood_n then_o we_o dwell_v in_o christ_n and_o christ_n in_o we_o we_o be_v make_v one_o with_o christ_n and_o christ_n with_o we_o so_o be_v the_o danger_n great_a if_o we_o receive_v the_o same_o unworthy_o for_o than_o we_o become_v guilty_a of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n our_o saviour_n we_o eat_v and_o drink_v our_o own_o damnation_n because_o we_o make_v no_o difference_n of_o the_o lord_n body_n we_o kindle_v god_n wrath_n over_o we_o we_o provoke_v he_o to_o plague_v we_o with_o divers_a disease_n and_o sundry_a kind_n of_o death_n judge_v therefore_o yourselves_o brethren_n that_o you_o be_v not_o judge_v of_o the_o lord_n let_v your_o mind_n be_v without_o desire_n to_o sin_n repent_v you_o true_o for_o your_o sin_n past_a have_v a_o earnest_n and_o lively_a faith_n in_o christ_n our_o saviour_n be_v in_o perfect_a charity_n with_o all_o man_n so_o shall_v you_o be_v continual_a remembrance_n of_o the_o same_o his_o own_o bless_a body_n and_o precious_a blood_n for_o we_o spiritual_o to_o feed_v upon_o to_o our_o endless_a comfort_n and_o consolation_n to_o he_o
