who_o thou_o have_v send_v and_o though_o the_o ungodly_a like_o not_o to_o retain_v god_n in_o their_o knowledge_n and_o be_v so_o far_o beside_o themselves_o as_o to_o say_v unto_o god_n depart_v forget_v it_o put_v they_o in_o mind_n therefore_o say_v st._n paul_n to_o be_v subject_a to_o principality_n and_o power_n to_o obey_v magistrate_n what_o follow_v to_o be_v ready_a to_o every_o good_a work_n why_o for_o ruler_n be_v not_o a_o terror_n to_o good_a work_n but_o to_o the_o evil_n he_o be_v a_o minister_n of_o god_n to_o every_o one_o for_o good_a both_o to_o the_o good_a and_o to_o the_o evil_a to_o make_v evil_a man_n good_a and_o good_a man_n better_o the_o supreme_a power_n which_o be_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n be_v not_o to_o be_v resist_v upon_o pain_n of_o
