mercy_n on_o they_o that_o he_o will_v be_v favourable_a unto_o they_o &_o forgive_v they_o i_o hear_v it_o neither_o do_v i_o here_o stand_v to_o decide_v with_o how_o earnest_a attention_n of_o mind_n with_o what_o zeal_n &_o fervency_n of_o spirit_n they_o do_v that_o but_o be_v it_o that_o they_o pray_v with_o a_o mind_n ardent_a &_o lift_v up_o unto_o god_n and_o with_o a_o most_o manner_n and_o reform_v their_o life_n now_o what_o do_v the_o popish_a priest_n these_z forsooth_o as_o one_o of_o their_o own_o profession_n say_v make_v haste_n from_o the_o wicked_a company_n of_o their_o concubine_n to_o go_v to_o the_o altar_n and_o this_o they_o do_v very_o often_o unpunished_a without_o all_o shame_n they_o have_v no_o care_n to_o amend_v their_o life_n they_o think_v not_o of_o put_v away_o their_o harlot_n final_o they_o be_v touch_v with_o no_o grief_n in_o their_o mind_n by_o consider_v their_o sin_n and_o not_o to_o use_v many_o word_n they_o seem_v christian_n in_o name_n only_o and_o word_n but_o in_o very_a deed_n be_v plain_a heathen_a how_o many_o occasion_n have_v they_o to_o repent_v and_o turn_v unto_o goodness_n they_o visit_v such_o as_o be_v afflict_v with_o grievous_a disease_n they_o hear_v they_o confess_v their_o sin_n they_o comfort_v they_o &_o give_v they_o wholesome_a exhortation_n and_o be_v oftentimes_o present_a with_o they_o when_o they_o yield_v up_o the_o ghost_n moreover_o they_o celebrate_v their_o funeral_n &_o exequy_n and_o with_o great_a ceremony_n bury_v they_o &_o commit_v their_o body_n to_o the_o earth_n they_o walk_v in_o the_o temple_n oftentimes_o read_v epitaph_n and_o verse_n grave_v upon_o tomb_n &_o sepulchre_n they_o oftentimes_o hear_v and_o read_v of_o the_o come_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o resurrection_n at_o the_o last_o day_n of_o the_o voice_n of_o the_o archangel_n of_o the_o trump_n of_o god_n etc_n etc_n so_o that_o by_o these_o mean_v they_o may_v remember_v not_o only_o the_o dead_a but_o even_o death_n itself_o hang_v over_o their_o head_n every_o hour_n they_o may_v remember_v also_o the_o last_o judgement_n the_o tribunal_n seat_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o many_o other_o thing_n which_o may_v move_v they_o to_o amend_v but_o see_v by_o all_o these_o they_o be_v not_o bring_v to_o repent_v one_o of_o these_o two_o must_v needs_o be_v true_a either_o that_o they_o count_v a_o fable_n those_o thing_n which_o they_o read_v in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n of_o the_o judgement_n to_o come_v and_o be_v with_o the_o epicureans_n persuade_v that_o the_o soul_n be_v extinct_a and_o do_v perish_v with_o the_o body_n or_o else_o as_o i_o have_v say_v that_o they_o flatter_v themselves_o with_o a_o vaiâ—_n and_o false_a hope_n and_o trust_v of_o god_n mercy_n of_o be_v grow_v up_o with_o we_o how_o tender_o &_o gentle_o parent_n bring_v up_o their_o child_n from_o their_o infancy_n we_o all_o do_v know_v from_o their_o tender_a age_n they_o be_v accustom_v to_o long_a life_n than_o which_o nothing_o assure_o be_v more_o vain_a and_o deceitful_a do_v not_o dream_v that_o thou_o shall_v have_v opportunity_n neither_o appoint_v the_o time_n when_o thou_o will_v write_n of_o the_o apostle_n final_o which_o of_o these_o thing_n be_v either_o in_o the_o primative_a church_n observe_v or_o by_o the_o true_a general_a judgement_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o church_n at_o all_o time_n receive_v and_o allow_v as_o profitable_a to_o salvation_n much_o less_o as_o necessary_a he_o therefore_o that_o lament_v not_o his_o sin_n before_o his_o death_n can_v not_o obtain_v salvation_n albeit_o he_o be_v furnish_v even_o with_o a_o thousand_o popish_a pardon_n and_o bull_n wherefore_o unless_o thou_o will_v bring_v thy_o salvation_n in_o doubt_n omit_v
