describe_v as_o she_o be_v in_o the_o height_n and_o top_n of_o her_o pride_n and_o security_n when_o she_o hold_v the_o dominion_n of_o the_o king_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o boast_v that_o she_o be_v the_o head_n of_o the_o catholic_a church_n carry_v herself_o very_o insolent_o above_o all_o king_n and_o emperor_n tread_v upon_o their_o neck_n and_o make_v they_o attend_v at_o her_o gate_n barefoot_a in_o the_o midst_n of_o winter_n as_o the_o story_n report_n yea_o and_o that_o she_o be_v no_o widow_n that_o be_v no_o solitary_a or_o desolate_a person_n but_o one_o that_o have_v many_o lover_n which_o be_v strong_a to_o defend_v she_o so_o as_o she_o shall_v feel_v no_o want_n nor_o see_v any_o sorrow_n but_o the_o time_n will_v come_v and_o draw_v on_o apace_o wherein_o she_o condemn_v she_o if_o this_o strong_a god_n take_v against_o she_o who_o can_v uphold_v she_o can_v the_o king_n of_o spain_n can_v the_o cardinal_n can_v the_o emperor_n can_v all_o the_o duke_n of_o italy_n and_o all_o the_o potentate_n of_o the_o earth_n that_o take_v part_n with_o she_o no_o no_o 23._o they_o be_v all_o too_o weak_a for_o if_o god_n take_v against_o a_o man_n who_o can_v reclaim_v he_o say_v the_o holy-ghost_n for_o he_o do_v whatsoever_o he_o will_n and_o again_o god_n be_v wise_a in_o heart_n 9_o and_o mighty_a in_o strength_n who_o ever_o harden_v his_o hart_n against_o he_o and_o prosper_v if_o god_n call_v not_o back_o his_o anger_n the_o most_o proud_a help_n be_v bow_v under_o he_o and_o god_n say_v by_o the_o prophet_n can_v thy_o hand_n be_v strong_a rome_n shall_v be_v utter_o destroy_v but_o behold_v yet_o strong_a and_o plain_a proof_n chapter_n 18._o verse_n 2._o for_o saint_n john_n say_v a_o mighty_a angel_n take_v up_o a_o stone_n like_o a_o great_a millstone_n and_o cast_v it_o into_o the_o sea_n say_v with_o such_o violence_n shall_v that_o great_a city_n babylon_n be_v cast_v down_o and_o shall_v be_v find_v no_o more_o all_o man_n there_o the_o man_n take_v up_o a_o stone_n here_o the_o angel_n take_v up_o a_o great_a stone_n like_o a_o millstone_n there_o the_o stone_n be_v cast_v into_o the_o river_n here_o into_o the_o deep_a sea_n all_o these_o circumstance_n be_v apply_v to_o rome_n do_v great_o aggravate_v the_o matter_n recovery_n and_o very_o plain_o show_v that_o it_o shall_v fall_v without_o all_o hope_n of_o recovery_n for_o the_o lord_n declare_v by_o this_o forcible_a sign_n of_o cast_v a_o millstone_n into_o the_o sea_n that_o the_o city_n and_o kingdom_n of_o antichrist_n shall_v be_v cast_v deep_o down_o into_o perdition_n and_o shall_v lie_v overwhelm_v and_o drown_v in_o the_o same_o for_o ever_o for_o if_o old_a babylon_n be_v utter_o destroy_v and_o come_v to_o a_o final_a desolation_n in_o of_o god_n that_o he_o speak_v &_o utter_v nothing_o that_o be_v his_o own_o he_o be_v well_o know_v to_o the_o church_n to_o be_v one_o of_o christ_n apostle_n his_o authority_n among_o all_o the_o faithful_a be_v thorough_o know_v and_o approve_a for_o we_o must_v consider_v that_o what_o a_o apostle_n do_v utter_v he_o do_v utter_v it_o as_o the_o instrument_n of_o the_o spirit_n which_o can_v err_v for_o the_o prophet_n &_o apostle_n do_v not_o write_v the_o holy_a scripture_n as_o they_o be_v man_n only_o nor_o yet_o as_o they_o be_v minister_n of_o the_o church_n only_o but_o as_o they_o be_v the_o immediate_a &_o certain_a instrument_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n of_o purpose_n choose_v &_o set_v apart_o to_o pen_n &_o publish_v the_o holy_a book_n of_o god_n 21_o this_o s._n peter_n right_a hand_n be_v because_o he_o work_v by_o they_o and_o their_o ministry_n as_o a_o artificer_n with_o his_o tool_n in_o his_o right_a hand_n the_o thing_n which_o christ_n have_v do_v by_o these_o instrument_n be_v glorious_a and_o admirable_a for_o by_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o gospel_n he_o have_v convert_v many_o sinner_n &_o save_v many_o soul_n than_o the_o which_o nothing_o vision_n be_v rehearse_v in_o the_o epistle_n to_o the_o church_n but_o to_o conclude_v john_n be_v thus_o humble_v and_o cast_v down_o in_o himself_o be_v comfort_v and_o raise_v up_o by_o christ_n of_o the_o earth_n every_o one_o of_o these_o seven_o epistle_n contain_v four_o thing_n first_o a_o exordium_n or_o entrance_n into_o the_o matter_n second_o a_o general_a proposition_n three_o a_o narration_n last_o a_o conclusion_n the_o exordium_n or_o entrance_n of_o every_o epistle_n contain_v two_o thing_n namely_o the_o person_n to_o who_o the_o epistle_n be_v write_v and_o the_o person_n from_o who_o the_o epistle_n be_v write_v the_o proposition_n be_v one_o &_o the_o same_o in_o all_o these_o epistle_n contain_v in_o these_o word_n i_o know_v thy_o work_n the_o narration_n contain_v the_o matter_n of_o each_o epistle_n and_o consist_v of_o commendation_n and_o discommendation_n of_o admonition_n reprehension_n threat_n and_o promise_n the_o conclusion_n of_o every_o epistle_n be_v one_o and_o the_o same_o in_o these_o word_n let_v he_o that_o have_v a_o ear_n hear_v what_o the_o spirit_n say_v to_o the_o church_n first_o concern_v the_o person_n to_o who_o these_o epistle_n be_v send_v he_o be_v name_v in_o the_o begin_n of_o every_o epistle_n to_o be_v the_o angel_n of_o such_o a_o church_n by_o this_o word_n angel_n he_o mean_v not_o the_o invisible_a spirit_n which_o we_o call_v the_o angel_n of_o heaven_n for_o the_o thing_n attribute_v to_o these_o angel_n can_v in_o no_o wise_n agree_v to_o the_o invisible_a spirit_n as_o to_o be_v angel_n of_o several_a church_n to_o be_v neither_o hot_a nor_o cold_a to_o leave_v their_o first_o love_n to_o repent_v and_o amend_v and_o sundry_a such_o like_a attribute_n throughout_o all_o these_o epistle_n amplify_v their_o reason_n thus_o that_o he_o have_v make_v we_o of_o slave_n and_o servant_n vers_fw-la 10_o king_n and_o of_o profane_a person_n priest_n unto_o the_o most_o high_a god_n and_o last_o of_o all_o that_o we_o shall_v reign_v upon_o the_o earth_n not_o mean_v hereby_o that_o we_o shall_v reign_v as_o earthly_a king_n or_o only_o enjoy_v a_o earthly_a kingdom_n for_o out_o of_o righteousness_n for_o the_o heaven_n and_o the_o earth_n be_v redintegrate_v and_o purge_v from_o corruption_n shall_v be_v the_o portion_n of_o the_o saint_n and_o the_o habitation_n of_o the_o elect_a for_o evermore_o after_o all_o this_o vers_n 11_o john_n hear_v the_o voice_n of_o innumerable_a angel_n beside_o the_o four_o beast_n that_o be_v the_o cherubin_n and_o seraphin_n or_o
