brightness_n of_o his_o come_v and_o this_o be_v people_n come_v to_o the_o man_n of_o sin_n be_v to_o be_v throw_v down_o and_o the_o man_n of_o righteousness_n the_o manof_n god_n be_v reveal_v and_o son_n and_o daughter_n shall_v show_v he_o forth_o in_o the_o world_n and_o the_o mystery_n of_o god_n shall_v show_v itself_o forth_o over_o the_o world_n and_o in_o nation_n and_o bless_v be_v all_o they_o that_o come_v to_o the_o open_n of_o this_o mystery_n of_o god_n which_o be_v the_o mystery_n of_o life_n and_o eternal_a salvation_n chap._n iii_o a_o testimony_n concern_v true_a testimony_n as_o i_o have_v receive_v from_o the_o lord_n true_a liberty_n of_o conscience_n be_v liberty_n and_o freedom_n of_o the_o conscience_n from_o the_o bondage_n of_o sin_n and_o all_o transgression_n past_a and_o present_a and_o from_o whatsoever_o have_v be_v or_o be_v a_o burden_n or_o oppression_n upon_o the_o conscience_n whether_o inward_a or_o outward_a the_o conscience_n i_o say_v be_v at_o liberty_n when_o it_o be_v free_v from_o the_o burden_n of_o the_o gild_n of_o sin_n past_a and_o from_o the_o present_a temptation_n unto_o sin_n and_o till_o this_o be_v witness_v there_o be_v no_o true_a liberty_n of_o conscience_n for_o every_o thing_n whatsoever_o which_o be_v sin_n and_o transgression_n against_o god_n in_o work_n or_o word_n bring_v forth_o by_o the_o sin_n and_o death_n be_v put_v off_o and_o where_o the_o evil_a be_v crucify_v and_o the_o guilt_n of_o it_o take_v away_o and_o where_o the_o conscience_n be_v true_o exercise_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n which_o lead_v into_o all_o truth_n and_o preserve_v from_o all_o evil_a then_o be_v the_o conscience_n at_o liberty_n and_o this_o be_v true_a liberty_n of_o conscience_n when_o this_o be_v bring_v forth_o in_o the_o creature_n for_o where_o sin_n be_v bring_v forth_o and_o transgression_n live_v in_o there_o the_o conscience_n be_v bind_v and_o the_o cord_n of_o iniquity_n imbondage_v the_o conscience_n and_o it_o have_v not_o its_o liberty_n in_o the_o service_n of_o god_n nor_o from_o the_o service_n of_o the_o devil_n because_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n do_v not_o exercise_v it_o but_o the_o spirit_n of_o unrighteousness_n lead_v the_o mind_n into_o the_o lust_n of_o this_o world_n into_o lie_v swear_v pride_n drunkenness_n hypocrisy_n and_o idolatry_n and_o the_o guilt_n of_o these_o thing_n burden_v and_o press_v down_o and_o be_v a_o bondage_n upon_o the_o conscience_n and_o where_o the_o conscience_n be_v bind_v by_o unrighteousness_n within_o and_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o world_n which_o lead_v contrary_a to_o the_o lord_n there_o be_v no_o power_n of_o man_n without_o can_v set_v that_o conscience_n free_a or_o give_v liberty_n to_o it_o because_o the_o cord_n of_o iniquity_n have_v bind_v it_o within_o and_o the_o burden_n of_o guilt_n be_v upon_o it_o and_o conscience_n lie_v under_o bondage_n unexercised_a with_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n which_o be_v free_a and_o set_v free_a the_o conscience_n in_o the_o practice_n of_o all_o good_a and_o from_o the_o power_n and_o captivity_n of_o all_o evil._n therefore_o before_o true_a liberty_n of_o conscience_n be_v witness_v or_o any_o have_v true_a liberty_n in_o conscience_n iniquity_n must_v be_v purge_v out_o and_o sin_n crucify_v and_o the_o body_n of_o death_n put_v off_o and_o guilt_n wash_v away_o and_o the_o anoint_v receive_v that_o lead_v into_o all_o truth_n and_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n the_o seed_n feel_v that_o sprinklee_v the_o conscience_n from_o all_o sin_n and_o work_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o wash_v away_o all_o that_o which_o stain_v and_o defile_v the_o conscience_n and_o then_o the_o pure_a conscience_n have_v its_o true_a liberty_n from_o the_o bondage_n of_o all_o evil_a and_o from_o the_o guilt_n thereof_o and_o in_o the_o exercise_n of_o all_o good_a and_o this_o be_v true_a liberty_n of_o conscience_n and_o thus_o it_o be_v attain_v and_o by_o no_o other_o way_n nor_o mean_n than_o by_o the_o sword_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n which_o cut_v down_o the_o contrary_a and_o where_o conscience_n be_v thus_o free_v within_o by_o the_o power_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o deliver_v from_o the_o bondage_n of_o evil_a and_o from_o the_o burden_n of_o all_o guilt_n and_o exercise_v in_o all_o good_a by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n then_o nothing_o without_o nor_o any_o power_n of_o man_n which_o may_v work_v against_o such_o by_o persecution_n and_o act_n in_o opposition_n to_o such_o who_o conscience_n be_v thus_o free_v can_v embodage_n the_o conscience_n to_o god-ward_n or_o bring_v it_o under_o a_o burden_n to_o god-ward_n i_o say_v for_o it_o be_v not_o altogether_o bondage_n of_o conscience_n or_o the_o burden_n or_o oppression_n upon_o his_o conscience_n that_o be_v set_v free_a as_o aforesaid_a though_o he_o be_v outward_o persecute_v by_o man_n for_o that_o do_v but_o hinder_v the_o exercise_n of_o his_o conscience_n to_o manwards_o but_o not_o to_o god-ward_n for_o there_o his_o conscience_n be_v free_a in_o joy_n and_o peace_n though_o by_o reason_n of_o persecution_n he_o can_v have_v the_o exercise_n of_o it_o to_o man_n i_o say_v though_o such_o be_v put_v in_o prison_n banish_v or_o whatsoever_o suffer_v be_v lay_v upon_o they_o by_o any_o man_n or_o law_n without_o yet_o their_o pure_a conscience_n be_v free_a and_o at_o liberty_n in_o itself_o to_o god-ward_n through_o all_o this_o and_o over_o it_o all_o for_o the_o lord_n have_v set_v they_o free_a from_o all_o that_o bondage_n and_o gild_n of_o iniquity_n which_o have_v be_v a_o bondage_n upon_o their_o conscience_n within_o and_o whether_o they_o do_v suffer_v or_o have_v freedom_n or_o captivity_n in_o their_o person_n from_o man_n yet_o be_v their_o pure_a conscience_n at_o liberty_n to_o god-ward_n and_o in_o perfect_a freedom_n in_o itself_o and_o to_o themselves_o though_o for_o the_o name_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o truth_n they_o be_v persecute_v and_o all_o evil_n do_v against_o they_o by_o evil_a man_n and_o the_o exercise_n of_o their_o pure_a conscience_n prevent_v as_o to_o manward_n for_o that_o which_o defile_v the_o conscience_n do_v bring_v it_o under_o bondage_n but_o that_o which_o keep_v it_o pure_a and_o free_a from_o pollution_n that_o keep_v it_o in_o liberty_n and_o in_o perfect_a freedom_n to_o god_n over_o all_o persecution_n and_o evil_a man_n and_o unjust_a law_n which_o will_v exercise_v dominion_n in_o and_o over_o the_o conscience_n of_o the_o saint_n and_o bring_v they_o into_o captivity_n as_o sometime_o their_o person_n be_v by_o evil_a law_n and_o persecutor_n but_o who_o stand_v in_o the_o power_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o in_o the_o
