both_o to_o be_v have_v upon_o the_o same_o condition_n that_o he_o shall_v single_v out_o his_o own_o death_n and_o leave_v the_o tree_n of_o life_n untouched_a and_o what_o be_v further_a strange_a even_o after_o his_o election_n of_o death_n he_o have_v a_o interval_n of_o time_n before_o his_o expulsion_n out_o of_o paradise_n to_o have_v retrieve_v his_o fate_n by_o put_v forth_o his_o hand_n to_o the_o tree_n of_o life_n and_o that_o yet_o he_o omit_v this_o too_o but_o by_o all_o this_o it_o be_v manifest_a that_o as_o the_o form_n or_o person_n of_o man_n in_o his_o first_o creation_n be_v capable_a of_o eternal_a life_n without_o die_v so_o the_o fall_n of_o man_n which_o happen_v to_o he_o after_o his_o creation_n have_v not_o disable_v his_o person_n from_o that_o capacity_n of_o eternal_a life_n and_o therefore_o dare_v man_n even_o then_o have_v break_v through_o the_o cherubin_n and_o flame_a sword_n or_o can_v he_o now_o any_o way_n come_v at_o the_o tree_n of_o her_o eat_n and_o adam_n before_o his_o eat_n of_o the_o forbid_v tree_n be_v in_o two_o different_a state_n from_o one_o another_o she_o in_o the_o state_n of_o death_n and_o he_o in_o the_o state_n of_o life_n and_o yet_o this_o do_v not_o present_o change_v their_o affection_n one_o to_o another_o which_o put_v the_o case_n much_o hard_a upon_o he_o than_o it_o be_v before_o upon_o she_o for_o she_o by_o her_o very_a creation_n be_v make_v so_o much_o a_o part_n of_o himself_o from_o his_o passion_n of_o love_n to_o she_o that_o he_o can_v not_o be_v happy_a while_o she_o be_v miserable_a and_o hence_o perhaps_o we_o read_v of_o no_o other_o argument_n she_o use_v to_o he_o for_o breach_n of_o the_o command_n than_o that_o she_o have_v do_v it_o before_o he_o the_o violation_n of_o his_o honour_n by_o that_o man_n christ_n jesus_n he_o do_v at_o the_o same_o time_n find_v that_o this_o will_v not_o only_o do_v but_o overdo_v all_o that_o man_n have_v misdo_v and_o that_o this_o superabundancy_n may_v not_o run_v in_o waste_n god_n do_v declare_v that_o for_o this_o man_z shall_v have_v eternal_a life_n absolute_a as_o christ_n himself_o have_v it_o and_o hence_o eternal_a life_n be_v call_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n through_o our_o lord_n and_o saviour_n jesus_n christ_n over_o and_o above_o our_o redemption_n so_o that_o now_o by_o this_o covenant_n of_o eternal_a life_n we_o be_v not_o only_o ransom_v from_o that_o law_n under_o which_o we_o fall_v in_o adam_n but_o be_v deliver_v over_o into_o a_o state_n and_o title_n which_o we_o never_o have_v before_o the_o fall_n viz._n that_o absolute_a and_o indefeasible_a estate_n of_o eternal_a life_n in_o which_o christ_n be_v install_v by_o his_o resurrection_n from_o the_o dead_a and_o this_o redemption_n from_o one_o law_n and_o deliverance_n over_o into_o another_o be_v both_o do_v at_o the_o same_o instant_n without_o any_o interval_n of_o time_n pass_v between_o they_o as_o in_o conveyance_n among_o man_n the_o title_n ve_v and_o deve_v from_o one_o to_o another_o by_o one_o and_o the_o same_o act._n and_o hence_o this_o covenant_n be_v not_o call_v the_o covenant_n of_o redemption_n but_o the_o covenant_n of_o eternal_a life_n as_o the_o most_o worthy_a title_n and_o therefore_o he_o that_o take_v any_o thing_n by_o this_o covenant_n must_v take_v eternal_a life_n or_o nothing_o
