christian_n in_o their_o house_n and_o family_n o_o lord_n prepare_v our_o heart_n to_o pray_v bow_v down_o thy_o ear_n dear_a father_n and_o hear_v we_o open_v thy_o eye_n &_o look_v upon_o we_o by_o the_o voice_n of_o thy_o gospel_n yield_v themselves_o to_o be_v one_o sheepfold_v with_o us._n and_o we_o most_o humble_o thank_v thou_o o_o heavenly_a father_n for_o all_o thy_o love_a the_o end_n that_o they_o shall_v the_o better_o know_v thy_o great_a liberalitye_n so_o that_o they_o may_v be_v the_o more_o ready_a to_o serve_v &_o glorifye_v thou_o with_o the_o same_o so_o contrariwise_o when_o we_o have_v ill_o behave_v ourselves_o in_o offend_v thy_o majesty_n thou_o have_v accustom_v to_o admonish_v we_o and_o call_v we_o unto_o thou_o by_o diverse_a and_o sundry_a chastisemente_n through_o the_o which_o it_o have_v please_v thy_o goodness_n to_o subdue_v and_o tame_v our_o frail_a flesh_n but_o especial_o by_o thy_o grievous_a plague_n of_o sickness_n and_o disease_n use_v the_o same_o as_o a_o mean_a to_o awake_v &_o stir_v up_o the_o great_a dulness_n and_o negligence_n that_o be_v in_o we_o all_o and_o advertise_v we_o of_o our_o evil_a life_n by_o such_o infirmity_n &_o danger_n especial_o when_o as_o they_o threaten_v the_o very_a death_n which_o as_o assure_v messenger_n of_o the_o same_o be_v all_o to_o the_o flesh_n full_a of_o extreme_a anguish_n and_o torment_n although_o they_o be_v notwithstanding_o to_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o elect_a as_o medicine_n both_o good_a &_o wholesome_a for_o by_o they_o thou_o do_v move_v we_o to_o return_v unto_o thou_o for_o our_o salvation_n and_o to_o call_v upon_o thou_o in_o our_o affliction_n to_o have_v thy_o help_n which_o be_v our_o dear_a and_o love_a father_n in_o consideration_n whereof_o we_o most_o earnest_o pray_v unto_o thou_o our_o good_a god_n that_o it_o will_v please_v thy_o infinite_a goodness_n to_o have_v pity_n on_o this_o thy_o poor_a creature_n who_o thou_o have_v as_o it_o be_v bind_v and_o tie_v to_o the_o bed_n by_o most_o grievous_a sickness_n and_o bring_v to_o great_a extremity_n by_o the_o heaviness_n of_o thy_o hand_n o_o lord_n enter_v not_o saviour_n let_v it_o please_v thou_o o_o god_n to_o gyve_v he_o a_o true_a zeal_n and_o affection_n to_o receive_v and_o acknowledge_v he_o for_o his_o only_a redeemer_n to_o the_o end_n also_o that_o thou_o may_v receive_v this_o sick_a person_n to_o thy_o mercy_n qualifi_v all_o the_o trouble_n which_o his_o sin_n the_o horror_n of_o death_n and_o dreadful_a fear_n of_o the_o same_o may_v bring_v to_o his_o weak_a conscience_n neither_o suffer_v thou_o o_o lord_n the_o assault_n of_o the_o mighty_a adversary_n to_o prevail_v or_o to_o take_v from_o he_o the_o comfortable_a hope_n of_o salvation_n which_o thou_o give_v to_o thy_o dear_o belove_a child_n and_o for_o as_o much_o as_o we_o be_v all_o subject_n to_o the_o like_a state_n &_o condition_n and_o to_o be_v visit_v with_o like_a battle_n when_o it_o shall_v please_v thou_o to_o call_v we_o un_o to_o the_o same_o we_o beseech_v thou_o most_o humble_o o_o lord_n with_o this_o thy_o poor_a creature_n who_o thou_o now_o present_o chastise_v that_o thou_o will_v not_o extend_v thy_o rigorous_a judgement_n against_o he_o but_o that_o thou_o will_v vouchsafe_v to_o show_v he_o thy_o mercy_n for_o the_o love_n of_o thy_o dear_a son_n jesus_n christ_n our_o lord_n who_o have_v suffer_v the_o most_o shameful_a and_o extreme_a death_n of_o the_o cross_n bear_v willing_o the_o fault_n of_o this_o poor_a patient_n to_o the_o end_n that_o thou_o may_v acknowledge_v he_o as_o one_o redeem_v with_o his_o precious_a blood_n and_o receive_v into_o the_o communion_n of_o his_o body_n to_o be_v participant_a of_o eternal_a felicity_n in_o the_o company_n of_o thy_o bless_a angel_n wherefore_o o_o lord_n dispose_n &_o move_v his_o hart_n to_o recieu_n by_o thy_o grace_n with_o all_o meekness_n this_o gentle_a and_o against_o all_o the_o assault_n and_o tumult_n which_o the_o enemy_n of_o our_o salvation_n may_v raise_v up_o to_o trouble_v his_o conscience_n and_o see_v it_o have_v please_v thou_o that_o by_o adversity_n and_o for_o as_o much_o as_o all_o thing_n o_o heavenly_a father_n be_v know_v unto_o thou_o and_o thou_o can_v according_a to_o thy_o good_a pleasure_n minister_v unto_o he_o all_o such_o thing_n as_o shall_v be_v necessary_a and_o expedient_a let_v it_o please_v thou_o o_o lord_n so_o to_o satisfy_v he_o by_o thy_o grace_n as_o may_v seem_v most_o meet_a unto_o thy_o divine_a majesty_n receive_v he_o lord_n into_o thy_o protection_n for_o he_o have_v his_o recourse_n &_o access_n to_o thou_o alone_o &_o make_v he_o constant_a and_o firm_a in_o thy_o commandment_n and_o promise_n and_o also_o pardon_v all_o his_o sin_n both_o secret_a and_o those_o which_o be_v manifest_a by_o the_o which_o he_o have_v most_o grievouslye_o provoke_v thy_o wrath_n &_o severe_a
