remain_v not_o in_o safety_n and_o capable_a of_o judgement_n which_o commit_v just_a or_o unjust_a act_n but_o he_o that_o commit_v all_o thing_n in_o his_o life_n which_o must_v be_v judge_v be_v the_o soul_n only_o shall_v be_v condemn_v for_o those_o thing_n to_o the_o which_o according_a to_o his_o own_o nature_n it_o have_v neither_o desire_n nor_o motion_n nor_o inclination_n as_o superfluity_n in_o carnal_a pleasure_n violence_n covetousness_n injustice_n &_o other_o offence_n which_o be_v commit_v for_o this_o cause_n for_o if_o many_o offence_n be_v commit_v because_o man_n consider_v where_o be_v here_o equity_n see_v the_o soul_n be_v condemn_v for_o those_o thing_n which_o the_o body_n be_v desirous_a of_o and_o draw_v the_o mind_n to_o the_o fellowship_n of_o the_o same_o affection_n that_o it_o may_v obtain_v the_o thing_n desire_v and_o see_v desire_n pleasure_n fear_v grief_n the_o unruliness_n of_o which_o affection_n be_v subject_a to_o judgement_n have_v their_o beginning_n from_o the_o body_n notwithstanding_o the_o offence_n proceed_v from_o thence_o and_o the_o punishment_n for_o they_o do_v lie_n upon_o the_o soul_n shoulder_n which_o require_v no_o such_o thing_n which_o desire_v no_o such_o thing_n nor_o fear_v nor_o suffer_v any_o such_o thing_n by_o itself_o as_o man_n be_v accustom_v to_o suffer_v furthermore_o if_o we_o say_v that_o they_o be_v affection_n not_o only_o of_o the_o body_n but_o of_o man_n because_o he_o have_v a_o life_n consist_v of_o both_o part_n yet_o can_v we_o not_o affirm_v that_o they_o pertain_v to_o the_o soul_n if_o we_o plain_o behold_v the_o proper_a matter_n thereof_o for_o if_o it_o have_v no_o need_n at_o all_o of_o any_o nourishment_n it_o will_v never_o desire_v those_o thing_n who_o use_n it_o
