by_o you_o take_v heed_n that_o when_o you_o worship_n god_n you_o worship_v he_o to_o purpose_n i_o have_v spend_v time_n in_o prayer_n and_o hear_v but_o for_o want_v of_o this_o i_o find_v i_o shadow_n of_o his_o wing_n there_o be_v the_o shadow_n of_o a_o tree_n and_o that_o may_v help_v from_o some_o kind_n of_o trouble_n but_o there_o be_v another_o manner_n of_o shadow_n under_o the_o shadow_n of_o the_o wing_n of_o the_o hen_n because_o that_o nourish_v the_o chicken_n the_o man_n of_o the_o world_n they_o have_v the_o shadow_n of_o the_o tree_n as_o it_o be_v god_n general_a of_o sanctify_v the_o name_n of_o god_n in_o holy_a duty_n all_o the_o time_n thou_o have_v spend_v be_v lose_v and_o yet_o further_o you_o that_o have_v be_v false_a in_o the_o perform_n of_o duty_n and_o hypocrite_n not_o only_o all_o your_o pain_n and_o labour_n be_v quite_o lose_v for_o if_o that_o be_v so_o it_o may_v be_v well_o with_o you_o but_o you_o have_v aggravate_v your_o sin_n by_o your_o holy_a duty_n those_o duty_n that_o other_o have_v enjoy_v communion_n with_o god_n in_o and_o further_v their_o eternal_a life_n by_o thou_o have_v aggravate_v thy_o sin_n by_o they_o yet_o it_o be_v thy_o duty_n to_o do_v they_o but_o i_o say_v by_o not_o sanctify_v of_o god_n name_n thou_o have_v aggravate_v thy_o sin_n so_o much_o the_o more_o as_o those_o that_o be_v godly_a they_o work_v out_o their_o salvation_n even_o in_o their_o natural_a action_n they_o sanctify_v god_n name_n in_o eat_v and_o drink_v and_o follow_v their_o business_n they_o perform_v those_o action_n in_o such_o a_o holy_a manner_n as_o they_o honour_v god_n in_o they_o and_o further_o their_o eternal_a peace_n but_o as_o they_o in_o their_o natural_a and_o civil_a action_n work_v out_o their_o salvation_n so_o thou_o in_o the_o very_o religious_a action_n do_v work_v out_o thy_o damnation_n certain_o wicked_a man_n that_o be_v not_o acquaint_v with_o this_o work_n of_o godliness_n to_o sanctify_v god_n name_n in_o holy_a duty_n they_o work_v out_o their_o damnation_n even_o in_o the_o performance_n of_o they_o you_o will_v say_v then_o they_o have_v better_a not_o do_v they_o yes_o they_o be_v bind_v to_o do_v they_o but_o they_o be_v bind_v to_o do_v they_o in_o a_o right_a manner_n as_o sometime_o i_o have_v give_v you_o this_o instance_n and_o it_o be_v a_o full_a and_o a_o clear_a one_o to_o show_v that_o man_n be_v bind_v to_o perform_v holy_a duty_n and_o not_o to_o leave_v they_o undo_v and_o yet_o they_o may_v further_o their_o own_o damnation_n while_o they_o be_v he_o have_v forfeit_v by_o the_o law_n if_o he_o do_v not_o come_v he_o may_v be_v a_o dead_a man_n but_o now_o if_o this_o man_n be_v drink_v on_o that_o day_n and_o come_v drink_v into_o the_o king_n presence_n he_o may_v be_v a_o dead_a man_n too_o for_o presume_v to_o come_v drink_v before_o he_o so_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a man_n whether_o they_o worship_v or_o worship_v not_o they_o be_v in_o danger_n to_o perish_v but_o of_o this_o more_o when_o we_o come_v to_o show_v that_o god_n will_v be_v sanctify_v in_o the_o four_o place_n here_o be_v a_o use_n of_o exhortation_n that_o see_v we_o have_v this_o truth_n thus_o present_v to_o we_o and_o open_v before_o we_o oh_o that_o we_o have_v heart_n to_o apply_v ourselves_o now_o to_o it_o with_o all_o our_o might_n to_o seek_v not_o they_o shall_v be_v damn_v and_o there_o be_v a_o end_n of_o they_o so_o that_o i_o say_v we_o have_v need_v to_o look_v to_o it_o that_o we_o sanctify_v the_o name_n of_o god_n in_o his_o word_n upon_o these_o three_o ground_n because_o there_o be_v so_o much_o of_o god_n in_o his_o word_n because_o he_o have_v appoint_v it_o to_o convey_v the_o great_a mercy_n to_o his_o saint_n and_o because_o god_n be_v very_o quick_a in_o his_o word_n one_o way_n or_o other_o we_o shall_v now_o proceed_v to_o the_o application_n of_o this_o point_n and_o first_o by_o way_n of_o reprehension_n to_o all_o those_o that_o do_v not_o sanctify_v god_n name_n in_o hear_v the_o word_n and_o herein_o we_o shall_v show_v their_o fearful_a condition_n and_o how_o god_n will_v sanctify_v his_o name_n upon_o they_o in_o way_n of_o judgement_n and_o then_o when_o we_o come_v to_o the_o use_n of_o exhortation_n to_o exhort_v you_o to_o sanctify_v the_o name_n of_o god_n there_o we_o shall_v show_v nothing_o whether_o they_o come_v to_o hear_v it_o
any_o certain_a sign_n of_o reprobation_n therefore_o i_o can_v say_v of_o any_o man_n he_o have_v now_o such_o a_o mark_n upon_o he_o as_o do_v evident_o prove_v that_o he_o be_v a_o reprobate_n we_o can_v tell_v that_o because_o we_o know_v not_o what_o god_n may_v do_v afterward_o but_o we_o may_v say_v this_o that_o it_o be_v as_o dreadful_a a_o sign_n as_o any_o there_o be_v not_o any_o more_o they_o shall_v be_v by_o god_n providence_n so_o dispose_v of_o as_o to_o live_v under_o a_o faithful_a and_o powerful_a ministry_n and_o that_o it_o shall_v not_o work_v upon_o they_o these_o be_v receive_v blessing_n from_o god_n but_o say_v he_o that_o which_o bear_v thorn_n and_o briar_n be_v reject_v and_o be_v nigh_o unto_o curse_v who_o end_n be_v to_o be_v burn_v the_o meaning_n be_v congregation_n that_o they_o be_v fit_a yet_o the_o truth_n be_v it_o concern_v the_o church_n as_o well_o to_o look_v who_o come_v there_o and_o likewise_o the_o minister_n i_o say_v to_o look_v about_o he_o that_o he_o do_v not_o say_v the_o body_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n be_v give_v to_o thou_o when_o he_o know_v they_o be_v profane_a and_o wicked_a it_o concern_v the_o minister_n but_o the_o minister_n according_a to_o the_o institution_n shall_v give_v the_o sacrament_n to_o no_o particular_a but_o in_o general_a to_o the_o church_n and_o therefore_o if_o there_o be_v but_o any_o particular_a that_o the_o minister_n upon_o a_o particular_a knowledge_n do_v know_v to_o be_v naught_o he_o may_v in_o great_a part_n discharge_v himself_o as_o profess_v against_o this_o or_o that_o particular_a man_n for_o it_o be_v not_o in_o his_o power_n alone_o to_o keep_v any_o from_o the_o sacrament_n but_o if_o so_o be_v that_o he_o shall_v profess_v against_o such_o
