lord_n as_o christ_n be_v for_o if_o a_o man_n defile_v with_o filthiness_n &_o stink_n be_v unworthy_a to_o stand_v in_o the_o presence_n of_o a_o king_n how_o much_o more_o unworthy_a be_v any_o man_n as_o of_o himself_o to_o receive_v christ_n in_o the_o precious_a sacrament_n for_o why_o all_o our_o good_a deed_n be_v but_o as_o uncleanness_n in_o his_o sight_n what_o be_v our_o sin_n then_o nevertheless_o his_o goodness_n and_o his_o pity_n be_v more_o than_o all_o our_o wretchedness_n and_o therefore_o with_o all_o humbleness_n and_o lowliness_n and_o with_o a_o reverend_a dread_n in_o a_o full_a trust_n and_o confidence_n of_o his_o great_a mercy_n let_v he_o go_v unto_o he_o for_o his_o worthiness_n shall_v make_v he_o worthy_a let_v he_o offer_v himself_o in_o humble_a and_o hearty_a prayer_n unto_o god_n commit_v unto_o he_o both_o his_o body_n &_o soul_n to_o be_v make_v by_o his_o grace_n and_o through_o the_o work_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n in_o his_o heart_n a_o worthy_a partaker_n of_o this_o holy_a sacrament_n that_o together_o in_o by_z and_o with_o the_o same_o he_o may_v receive_v and_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o real_a natural_a holy_a flesh_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n through_o which_o he_o may_v be_v purge_v of_o all_o his_o sin_n and_o receive_v grace_n of_o good_a life_n for_o why_o for_o that_o cause_n among_o other_o be_v this_o holy_a sacrament_n ordain_v that_o a_o man_n through_o offer_v of_o his_o prayer_n to_o god_n and_o partake_v of_o this_o sacrament_n shall_v ask_v pardon_n and_o forgiveness_n of_o all_o his_o sin_n and_o grace_n of_o good_a life_n and_o shall_v obtain_v it_o if_o time_n therefore_o do_v suffer_v before_o the_o receive_n of_o the_o bless_a sacrament_n let_v he_o meditate_v or_o say_v on_o this_o manner_n lord_n all_o thing_n be_v thou_o that_o be_v in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n i_o desire_v to_o offer_v myself_o unto_o thou_o in_o a_o free_a &_o perpetual_a offering_n so_o that_o i_o may_v be_v perpetual_o with_o thou_o in_o singleness_n and_o simplicity_n of_o heart_n i_o offer_v i_o this_o day_n to_o be_v thy_o seruamt_a in_o thy_o service_n and_o although_o i_o be_o unworthy_a to_o serve_v thou_o yet_o be_v not_o thou_o unworthy_a to_o have_v my_o service_n make_v i_o therefore_o worthy_a of_o that_o which_o thou_o be_v worthy_a of_o so_o shall_v i_o be_v worthy_a of_o that_o which_o now_o i_o be_o unworthy_a of_o make_v i_o as_o thy_o will_n be_v to_o cease_v from_o sin_n that_o as_o my_o duty_n bind_v i_o i_o may_v serve_v thou_o i_o offer_v also_o unto_o thou_o o_o lord_n all_o my_o sin_n and_o offence_n that_o i_o have_v commit_v before_o thou_o from_o the_o day_n that_o i_o may_v first_o offend_v unto_o this_o day_n that_o thou_o vouchsafe_v through_o thy_o great_a goodness_n to_o put_v away_o all_o my_o sin_n out_o of_o thy_o sight_n and_o remembrance_n and_o to_o cleanse_v
