godly_a shall_v be_v bring_v to_o light_v nay_o it_o seem_v very_o suitable_a to_o the_o great_a design_n of_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v to_o illustrate_v and_o commend_v in_o the_o high_a manner_n the_o free_a grace_n of_o god_n the_o great_a love_n of_o christ_n the_o power_n of_o his_o death_n and_o infinite_a virtue_n of_o his_o sacrifice_n as_o that_o day_n be_v a_o day_n of_o wrath_n to_o the_o wicked_a etc._n etc._n so_o a_o day_n of_o love_n to_o the_o saint_n wherein_o the_o love_n of_o christ_n shall_v in_o the_o fullness_n of_o it_o be_v display_v and_o to_o commend_v it_o the_o more_o it_o seem_v not_o incongruous_a to_o affirm_v that_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o godly_a shall_v be_v bring_v to_o light_v even_o their_o secret_a sin_n he_o shall_v come_v to_o be_v glorify_v in_o his_o saint_n and_o admire_v in_o they_o that_o believe_v his_o great_a love_n to_o saint_n shall_v cause_v great_a admiration_n that_o be_v they_o shall_v admire_v the_o love_n of_o christ_n not_o only_o to_o themselves_o but_o other_o saint_n and_o angel_n shall_v admire_v christ_n in_o the_o saint_n now_o the_o knowledge_n of_o sin_n and_o of_o free_a grace_n rejoice_v over_o it_o or_o of_o the_o love_n of_o christ_n etc._n etc._n this_o shall_v be_v a_o mean_n to_o heighten_v much_o their_o admiration_n and_o seâ—_n of_o the_o great_a love_n of_o christ_n with_o the_o more_o lustre_n that_o this_o be_v none_o other_o but_o the_o word_n of_o god_n again_o we_o know_v how_o we_o love_v ourselves_o by_o nature_n even_o so_o as_o that_o self-love_n be_v the_o supreme_a law_n with_o corrupt_a nature_n now_o that_o such_o a_o one_o shall_v because_o the_o word_n say_v if_o any_o man_n will_v be_v my_o disciple_n let_v he_o deny_v himself_o cast_v off_o self-love_n and_o self-respect_n and_o sacrifice_n or_o give_v himself_o up_o to_o christ_n and_o be_v his_o only_a and_o prize_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n more_o than_o his_o own_o good_a yea_o choose_v to_o undergo_v the_o great_a evil_n rather_o then_o dishonour_n god_n this_o show_v the_o invincible_a power_n of_o the_o word_n again_o if_o you_o have_v any_o knowledge_n of_o yourselves_o you_o know_v what_o
