because_o we_o shall_v conceive_v that_o faith_n which_o jesus_n christ_n have_v in_o himself_o but_o that_o faith_n in_o we_o whereby_o he_o be_v have_v and_o possess_v of_o we_o and_o be_v so_o call_v for_o three_o reason_n first_o because_o the_o son_n of_o god_n have_v purchase_v it_o for_o us._n the_o father_n will_v not_o have_v will_v it_o we_o the_o holy_a ghost_n will_v not_o have_v wrought_v it_o in_o we_o if_o christ_n have_v not_o buy_v it_o for_o us._n second_o because_o only_o the_o son_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n do_v make_v our_o faith_n to_o be_v lawful_a and_o laudable_a as_o christ_n be_v man_n he_o be_v a_o creature_n and_o we_o must_v not_o fly_v to_o any_o creature_n for_o life_n and_o salvation_n and_o therefore_o not_o believe_v in_o he_o this_o then_o be_v it_o which_o make_v our_o faith_n in_o he_o to_o be_v warrantable_a that_o he_o be_v the_o only_a son_n of_o god_n three_o because_o it_o be_v not_o belief_n in_o any_o other_o person_n in_o the_o divine_a nature_n that_o do_v convey_v life_n unto_o us._n as_o vein_n artery_n sinew_n muscle_n and_o the_o like_a do_v not_o convey_v life_n sense_n and_o motion_n into_o the_o part_n of_o a_o man_n body_n but_o as_o they_o do_v receive_v they_o from_o their_o own_o proper_a head_n and_o heart_n from_o whence_o they_o be_v shoot_v so_o faith_n do_v not_o convey_v spiritual_a life_n but_o as_o it_o do_v receive_v it_o from_o our_o spiritual_a head_n christ_n jesus_n thus_o you_o may_v see_v our_o faith_n instrumentalièr_n relatiuè_fw-fr obiectiuè_fw-fr instrumentalièr_n call_v the_o faith_n of_o christ_n in_o respect_n of_o that_o relation_n which_o be_v betwixt_o he_o and_o it_o he_o be_v the_o save_a object_n of_o it_o and_o that_o be_v the_o instrument_n to_o convey_v life_n from_o he_o to_o every_o believer_n thus_o we_o have_v the_o several_a phrase_n of_o the_o text_n which_o in_o their_o total_a sum_n make_v up_o the_o apostle_n meaning_n to_o be_v thus_o much_o text._n sum_z of_o the_o text._n do_v not_o think_v that_o by_o the_o doctrine_n of_o justification_n by_o faith_n alone_o in_o christ_n i_o do_v abolish_v the_o doctrine_n of_o sanctification_n by_o the_o same_o christ_n for_o by_o virtue_n of_o my_o union_n with_o christ_n by_o faith_n i_o do_v find_v that_o from_o the_o fountain_n of_o his_o holiness_n out_o of_o who_o fullness_n i_o do_v receive_v grace_n for_o grace_n my_o sinful_a lust_n be_v crucify_v and_o i_o perceive_v myself_o so_o quicken_v in_o the_o inner_a man_n &_o translate_v from_o one_o glory_n to_o another_o into_o the_o image_n of_o but_o dead_a man_n second_o our_o estate_n in_o grace_n which_o be_v express_v and_o may_v be_v set_v down_o in_o three_o chief_a point_n of_o doctrine_n first_o that_o we_o have_v communion_n in_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n second_o that_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o communion_n we_o live_v by_o faith_n three_o that_o it_o be_v from_o the_o virtue_n of_o christ_n that_o we_o be_v quicken_v unto_o all_o holy_a obedience_n to_o come_v first_o to_o paul_n method_n we_o be_v to_o observe_v that_o as_o paul_n say_v he_o be_v crucify_v before_o he_o live_v so_o we_o must_v die_v before_o we_o can_v be_v make_v alive_a i_o may_v here_o distinguish_v betwixt_o death_n natural_a death_n civil_a as_o it_o be_v term_v in_o law_n death_n spiritual_a and_o death_n eternal_a that_o so_o i_o may_v
