therefore_o of_o thy_o undue_a suffering_n so_o to_o have_v increase_v thy_o torment_n and_o rob_v thou_o of_o that_o comfort_n and_o content_n thou_o may_v have_v take_v in_o god_n in_o the_o midst_n very_a kind_n as_o when_o the_o earth_n want_v rain_n and_o the_o field_n be_v scorch_v with_o drought_n how_o do_v he_o in_o such_o a_o strait_n and_o forlorn_a hope_n send_v seasonable_a shower_n sense_n of_o god_n just_a displeasure_n with_o a_o assure_a hope_n of_o plenty_n 12._o whereas_o also_o on_o the_o contrary_a enterprise_n how_o do_v we_o see_v he_o defeat_v by_o his_o powerful_a wisdom_n the_o subtle_a device_n of_o those_o that_o in_o their_o own_o conceit_n be_v able_a to_o support_v themselves_o so_o that_o what_o they_o enterprise_n they_o fail_v to_o effect_v 13._o and_o every_o foot_n he_o entrap_v the_o headlong_o wise_a of_o this_o world_n in_o their_o own_o gin_n and_o the_o proud_a politician_n he_o bring_v to_o ruin_v by_o their_o own_o counsel_n 14._o in_o the_o midst_n of_o all_o their_o hope_n night_n he_o frustrate_v their_o design_n and_o make_v their_o wisdom_n fail_v they_o send_v they_o event_n cross_v to_o what_o they_o confident_o promise_v themselves_o leave_v they_o utter_o to_o seek_v of_o their_o expectation_n 15_o but_o he_o
terror_n carnal_a confidence_n how_o that_o all_o his_o outward_a hope_n shall_v be_v turn_v upside_o down_o and_o nothing_o shall_v be_v leave_v for_o he_o to_o lay_v hold_n upon_o yea_o destruction_n shall_v pursue_v he_o to_o utter_v ruin_n not_o only_o of_o all_o that_o be_v he_o but_o also_o of_o himself_o too_o for_o it_o shall_v never_o leave_v he_o till_o it_o have_v bring_v he_o through_o a_o multitude_n of_o horror_n to_o that_o which_o be_v worst_a of_o all_o even_o to_o death_n itself_o 15._o destruction_n shall_v put_v he_o quite_o habitation_n out_o of_o all_o and_o shall_v take_v possession_n of_o all_o which_o he_o have_v so_o unjust_o come_v by_o nothing_o of_o all_o he_o have_v shall_v escape_v the_o consume_a fire_n of_o the_o lord_n indignation_n 16._o god_n will_v make_v a_o clean_a riddance_n off_o of_o he_o and_o all_o his_o whole_a house_n he_o will_v quite_o cut_v he_o off_o root_n and_o branch_n father_n and_o son_n even_o he_o and_o all_o his_o posterity_n from_o off_o the_o face_n of_o the_o earth_n 17._o and_o let_v he_o have_v be_v of_o never_o street_n so_o great_a note_n yet_o as_o he_o so_o his_o memory_n and_o reputation_n in_o all_o the_o world_n find_v relief_n 13._o he_o have_v not_o leave_v i_o a_o friend_n to_o i_o help_v or_o comsort_v i_o but_o those_o which_o be_v as_o near_o and_o dear_a to_o i_o as_o brethren_n and_o which_o shall_v have_v be_v so_o to_o i_o he_o have_v quite_o turn_v their_o heart_n from_o i_o my_o very_a bosome-friend_n and_o acquaintance_n will_v not_o now_o own_v i_o for_o make_v stop_v 3._o and_o do_v thou_o set_v thyself_o strict_o thou_o to_o view_v the_o imperfection_n of_o such_o a_o creature_n and_o to_o question_v i_o in_o the_o rigour_n of_o thy_o righteous_a judgement_n 4._o why_o thou_o know_v if_o thou_o proceed_v one_o in_o that_o way_n i_o must_v needs_o be_v cast_v that_o be_o even_o bear_v a_o sinner_n as_o every_o man_n else_o be_v for_o must_v not_o a_o corrupt_a tree_n needs_o bring_v forth_o corrupt_a fruit_n 5._o but_o see_v that_o as_o we_o be_v sinner_n pass_v by_o nature_n so_o by_o sin_n we_o be_v mortal_a and_o that_o thou_o have_v to_o make_v he_o live_v again_o or_o in_o the_o least_o measure_n be_v serviceable_a to_o his_o owner_n here_o but_o on_o the_o contrary_a he_o consume_v to_o dust_n and_o become_v utter_o useless_a for_o when_o man_n once_o give_v up_o the_o ghost_n there_o be_v no_o further_a hope_n of_o he_o 11._o for_o as_o the_o water_n which_o after_o up_o some_o exundation_n of_o the_o sea_n or_o some_o great_a river_n be_v separate_v and_o leave_v upon_o the_o reflux_n thereof_o behind_o the_o rest_n upon_o the_o land_n which_o can_v return_v nor_o continue_v but_o therefore_o utter_o dry_v up_o and_o evaporate_v 12._o so_o man_n have_v once_o give_v up_o sleep_n the_o ghost_n be_v quite_o separate_v from_o the_o source_n of_o life_n never_o to_o be_v unite_v nor_o to_o live_v again_o till_o the_o day_n of_o the_o utter_a dissolution_n of_o all_o thing_n 13._o o_o that_o this_o be_v my_o lot_n and_o i_o that_o thou_o will_v grant_v i_o the_o grave_n for_o my_o portion_n so_o to_o escape_v the_o horror_n that_o be_v upon_o i_o and_o that_o so_o do_v thou_o will_v set_v
remember_v the_o time_n they_o see_v he_o thus_o and_o so_o shall_v never_o live_v to_o see_v the_o like_a again_o neither_o shall_v the_o place_n where_o he_o live_v so_o splendidous_o ever_o enjoy_v he_o so_o any_o more_o 10._o his_o child_n to_o stop_v the_o clamorous_a good_n mouth_n of_o the_o oppress_a poor_a shall_v be_v force_v to_o stoop_v to_o observe_v and_o entreat_v they_o with_o 16._o he_o shall_v be_v for_o all_o his_o seem_a he_o happiness_n in_o his_o ill_n get_v good_n but_o as_o a_o man_n that_o by_o mistake_n have_v suck_v the_o most_o deadly_a poison_n in_o stead_n of_o honey_n in_o the_o just_a wrath_n of_o god_n he_o shall_v be_v torment_v to_o death_n as_o if_o he_o be_v sting_v with_o viper_n 17._o though_o he_o have_v promise_v butter_n himself_o large_a contentment_n and_o felicity_n by_o his_o lawless_a and_o sinful_a course_n yet_o he_o shall_v find_v himself_o quite_o mistake_v and_o his_o expectation_n utter_o frustrate_v neither_o enjoy_v less_o nor_o more_o of_o all_o that_o happiness_n he_o hope_v for_o 18._o he_o shall_v be_v quite_o strip_v of_o all_o therein_o that_o which_o with_o careful_a thought_n take_v he_o have_v gain_v and_o shall_v part_v with_o it_o to_o other_o himself_o shall_v have_v no_o good_a by_o it_o how_o happy_a soever_o he_o promise_v himself_o to_o be_v yea_o to_o the_o utmost_a farthing_n shall_v he_o be_v disseize_v of_o all_o that_o ever_o he_o have_v for_o in_o retaliate_a justice_n god_n shall_v beggar_v he_o take_v it_o from_o he_o and_o distribute_v it_o to_o other_o man_n he_o shall_v take_v do_v another_o shall_v certain_o bring_v to_o pass_v so_o that_o one_o way_n or_o other_o he_o shall_v be_v sure_a to_o receive_v his_o death_n wound_n by_o a_o fierce_a discharge_n of_o god_n hypocrisy_n 7._o for_o my_o part_n i_o be_o sure_a i_o be_o no_o unrighteous_a such_o man_n as_o you_o conceit_n i_o to_o be_v nor_o do_v i_o account_v myself_o ever_o the_o less_o righteous_a or_o the_o less_o favour_v of_o god_n for_o these_o my_o suffering_n but_o it_o be_v my_o enemy_n and_o he_o that_o have_v do_v i_o wrong_n that_o be_v both_o the_o unrighteous_a and_o the_o unhappy_a wicked_a oppressor_n be_v in_o though_o he_o be_v never_o so_o prosperous_a and_o have_v gain_v never_o so_o much_o when_o god_n once_o summon_v he_o by_o death_n 9_o for_o how_o in_o vain_a do_v god_n let_v he_o he_o cry_v for_o comfort_n not_o give_v he_o any_o when_o the_o conscience_n of_o his_o sin_n torment_v he_o and_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n approach_v seize_v on_o he_o 10._o and_o what_o little_a joy_n he_o have_v to_o god_n think_v of_o god_n and_o how_o unable_a he_o be_v to_o sustain_v or_o comfort_v himself_o with_o faithful_a and_o constant_a seek_v and_o pray_v to_o the_o lord_n 11._o i_o will_v show_v you_o by_o my_o own_o conceal_v observation_n of_o god_n usual_a proceed_n towards_o wicked_a man_n what_o he_o have_v in_o store_n if_o that_o he_o please_v to_o execute_v it_o for_o such_o wicked_a wretch_n as_o have_v do_v i_o this_o wrong_n thus_o unjust_o to_o oppress_v and_o rob_v i_o be_v innocent_a for_o what_o i_o know_v to_o be_v a_o truth_n touch_v the_o almighty_a i_o will_v neither_o deny_v nor_o conceal_v it_o though_o i_o thereby_o oppose_v your_o false_a conclusion_n and_o collection_n touch_v your_o prescribe_v god_n and_o wrong_v i_o 12._o nor_o be_v it_o any_o other_o than_o what_o vain_a yourselves_o have_v confess_v and_o affirm_v to_o have_v note_v as_o well_o as_o i_o only_o by_o the_o way_n tell_v i_o then_o how_o you_o can_v be_v so_o inconsiderate_a in_o what_o you_o say_v as_o to_o affirm_v outward_a prosperity_n and_o wealth_n to_o be_v the_o sign_n of_o god_n favour_n and_o the_o contrary_a a_o sign_n of_o his_o disfavour_n 13._o see_v as_o i_o say_v you_o know_v that_o oppressor_n this_o be_v the_o portion_n that_o god_n have_v allot_v to_o wicked_a man_n and_o that_o which_o be_v due_a to_o they_o from_o the_o almighty_a and_o which_o they_o often_o actual_o receive_v 14._o that_o be_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v accurse_v bread_n both_o they_o and_o they_o and_o shall_v be_v unhappy_a in_o their_o happiness_n for_o though_o their_o child_n multiply_v never_o so_o it_o shall_v be_v but_o the_o more_o to_o serve_v and_o satisfy_v god_n revengeful_a displeasure_n against_o they_o who_o will_v
