even_o after_o his_o election_n of_o death_n he_o have_v a_o interval_n of_o time_n before_o his_o expulsion_n out_o of_o paradise_n to_o have_v retrieve_v his_o fate_n by_o put_v forth_o his_o hand_n to_o the_o tree_n of_o life_n and_o that_o yet_o he_o omit_v this_o too_o but_o by_o all_o this_o it_o be_v manifest_a that_o as_o the_o form_n or_o person_n of_o man_n in_o his_o first_o creation_n be_v capable_a of_o eternal_a life_n without_o die_v so_o the_o fall_n of_o man_n which_o happen_v to_o he_o after_o his_o creation_n have_v not_o disable_v his_o person_n from_o that_o capacity_n of_o eternal_a life_n and_o therefore_o dare_v man_n even_o then_o have_v break_v through_o the_o cherubin_n and_o flame_a sword_n or_o can_v he_o now_o any_o way_n come_v at_o the_o tree_n of_o life_n he_o must_v yet_o live_v for_o ever_o notwithstanding_o his_o sin_n commit_v in_o paradise_n and_o his_o expulsion_n out_o of_o it_o but_o this_o tree_n of_o life_n now_o seem_v lose_v to_o as_o himself_o of_o which_o she_o take_v notice_n and_o repeat_v it_o to_o the_o serpent_n in_o the_o dialogue_n between_o they_o and_o as_o adam_n thus_o understand_v it_o so_o god_n declare_v it_o immediate_o after_o the_o fall_n to_o the_o woman_n he_o say_v i_o will_v great_o multiply_v thy_o sorrow_n etc._n etc._n to_o the_o man_n he_o say_v curse_a be_v the_o ground_n for_o thy_o sake_n though_o he_o do_v understand_v it_o to_o be_v a_o determination_n of_o his_o be_v yet_o he_o do_v not_o apprehend_v in_o what_o manner_n his_o be_v shall_v be_v so_o determine_v nor_o how_o he_o and_o the_o father_n lo_o i_o come_v to_o do_v thy_o will_n o_o god_n in_o the_o volume_n of_o the_o book_n it_o be_v write_v of_o i_o i_o will_v give_v thou_o the_o heathen_a for_o thy_o possession_n and_o the_o utmost_a part_n of_o the_o earth_n for_o thy_o inheritance_n the_o first_o text_n tell_v we_o what_o he_o come_v to_o do_v and_o in_o pursuance_n of_o what_o agreement_n the_o other_o superabundancy_n may_v not_o run_v in_o waste_n god_n do_v declare_v that_o for_o this_o man_z shall_v have_v eternal_a life_n absolute_a as_o christ_n himself_o have_v it_o and_o hence_o eternal_a life_n be_v call_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n through_o our_o lord_n and_o saviour_n jesus_n christ_n over_o and_o above_o our_o redemption_n so_o that_o now_o by_o this_o covenant_n of_o eternal_a the_o fall_n viz._n that_o absolute_a and_o indefeasible_a estate_n of_o eternal_a life_n in_o which_o christ_n be_v install_v by_o his_o resurrection_n from_o the_o dead_a and_o this_o redemption_n truth_n of_o religion_n be_v define_v by_o the_o number_n of_o professor_n then_o the_o mahometan_a be_v safe_a than_o the_o christian_n and_o the_o romish_a than_o the_o protestant_n the_o majority_n of_o vote_n in_o civil_a affair_n may_v conclude_v our_o right_n but_o it_o do_v thereby_o convince_v our_o judgement_n nor_o be_v our_o right_n thereby_o conclude_v further_o than_o for_o that_o revolution_n of_o time_n and_o therefore_o none_o but_o god_n himself_o who_o alone_o foreknow_v time_n and_o season_n can_v establish_v a_o eternal_a law_n when_o the_o vastness_n of_o empire_n in_o the_o persian_a monarchy_n have_v raise_v a_o pride_n in_o their_o king_n to_o arrogate_v to_o themselves_o this_o power_n it_o prove_v but_o a_o fallacy_n and_o thus_o when_o hadassah_n the_o queen_n have_v prevail_v upon_o ahasuerus_n to_o reverse_v his_o decree_n for_o the_o massacre_n of_o the_o jew_n the_o scribe_n who_o be_v the_o lawyer_n in_o those_o day_n soon_o find_v out_o a_o evasion_n sacred_a name_n of_o eternal_a law_n for_o the_o honour_n of_o the_o king_n that_o make_v they_o this_o i_o instance_n to_o show_v that_o the_o policy_n of_o man_n can_v constitute_v a_o eternal_a law_n and_o from_o hence_o i_o say_v i_o be_o not_o so_o much_o concern_v for_o the_o present_a opinion_n of_o the_o world_n against_o i_o because_o be_v but_o the_o opinion_n of_o man_n it_o be_v subject_a to_o a_o change_n and_o i_o know_v the_o time_n when_o the_o whole_a world_n be_v of_o another_o opinion_n adam_n and_o eve_n have_v no_o fear_n of_o death_n till_o they_o fall_v under_o
