of_o their_o salvation_n for_o when_o the_o devil_n and_o their_o conscience_n expose_v before_o they_o the_o justice_n of_o god_n the_o severity_n of_o his_o law_n and_o the_o infinite_a measure_n of_o their_o offence_n the_o extreme_a terror_n and_o sense_n of_o their_o wickedness_n do_v so_o confound_v their_o understanding_n that_o often_o they_o execute_v upon_o themselves_o torment_n and_o other_o lest_o they_o shall_v be_v partial_a in_o their_o own_o cause_n but_o a_o faithful_a christian_n shall_v examine_v himself_o of_o his_o crime_n note_n verse_n 31.32_o note_n and_o be_v his_o own_o judge_n his_o own_o accuser_n and_o his_o own_o condemner_n for_o no_o man_n know_v the_o spirit_n of_o man_n but_o the_o spirit_n which_o be_v in_o man_n which_o will_v condemn_v he_o if_o he_o be_v guilty_a and_o tell_v he_o all_o that_o he_o have_v do_v and_o with_o what_o mind_n he_o do_v it_o and_o what_o punishment_n he_o deserve_v for_o the_o same_o this_o be_v the_o close_a session_n evidence_n against_o thou_o whether_o thou_o be_v a_o christian_n or_o a_o infidel_n a_o son_n or_o a_o bastard_n a_o servant_n or_o a_o rebel_n a_o sincere_a believer_n or_o a_o hypocrite_n if_o upon_o examination_n thou_o find_v not_o faith_n nor_o fear_n nor_o love_n nor_o zeal_n in_o thyself_o let_v no_o man_n make_v thou_o believe_v thou_o be_v holy_a that_o thou_o be_v godly_a note_n note_n that_o thou_o be_v sanctify_v that_o thou_o be_v a_o christian_n that_o thou_o be_v a_o believer_n because_o thou_o be_v worse_o than_o thou_o seem_v to_o thyself_o to_o be_v therefore_o if_o
