thou_o in_o our_o sense_n and_o member_n as_o we_o ought_v and_o whereas_o thou_o have_v heap_v benefit_n infinite_o upon_o we_o haste_v trust_v we_o with_o life_n health_n wealth_n prosperity_n and_o peace_n we_o have_v be_v unthankful_a for_o they_o &_o abuse_v they_o so_o as_o thou_o may_v lord_n turn_v our_o life_n into_o death_n our_o wealth_n into_o woe_n our_o health_n into_o dangerous_a sickness_n and_o disease_n our_o prosperity_n into_o adversity_n our_o peace_n into_o war_n our_o plenty_n into_o scarcity_n &_o dearth_n &_o so_o punish_v the_o earth_n for_o our_o sin_n as_o thou_o have_v by_o some_o petty_a judgement_n begin_v oft_o to_o call_v we_o to_o repentance_n but_o we_o have_v not_o regard_v neither_o be_v fit_n nor_o scourge_n can_v move_v we_o to_o humble_a and_o tame_v we_o except_o thou_o o_o lord_n put_v to_o thy_o hand_n o_o dear_a father_n suffer_v we_o not_o to_o sin_n in_o hardness_n of_o hart_n and_o in_o unkindness_n towards_o thy_o majesty_n or_o against_o the_o mean_n &_o offer_v of_o grace_n but_o touch_v we_o we_o pray_v thou_o with_o a_o true_a remorse_n of_o conscience_n for_o our_o sin_n which_o we_o here_o unfaynedlie_o confess_v before_o thou_o frame_v our_o heart_n to_o true_a repentance_n accept_v this_o sacrifice_n of_o our_o confessyon_n &_o sorrow_n for_o our_o iniquity_n pardon_v all_o our_o sin_n bury_v they_o in_o the_o grave_n of_o thy_o son_n forget_v and_o forgive_v they_o and_o cause_v we_o to_o turn_v unto_o thou_o for_o we_o be_v ashamed_a of_o ourselves_o and_o abhor_v ourselves_o repent_v we_o of_o all_o our_o sin_n from_o our_o heart_n wherefore_o lord_n hear_v o_o lord_n forgive_v o_o lord_n consider_v and_o show_v mercy_n &_o receive_v we_o unto_o favour_n for_o with_o thou_o only_o be_v mercy_n and_o compassyon_n thou_o only_o forgive_v sin_n we_o renounce_v ourselves_o whole_o and_o all_o our_o own_o worthiness_n we_o appeal_v from_o all_o other_o to_o thou_o alone_o therefore_o accept_v of_o we_o in_o thy_o belove_a son_n christ_n jesus_n renew_v we_o by_o thy_o spirit_n guide_v we_o in_o thy_o way_n sanctify_v we_o in_o thy_o truth_n keep_v we_o in_o awe_n that_o we_o may_v give_v good_a example_n to_o our_o brethren_n and_o glorify_v thy_o name_n upon_o the_o earth_n and_o final_o may_v praise_v thou_o in_o the_o heaven_n without_o all_o corruption_n in_o perfect_a holiness_n and_o so_o be_v glorify_v with_o all_o thy_o saint_n through_o jesus_n christ_n our_o lord_n amen_n a_o form_n of_o prayer_n o_o lord_n our_o most_o gracious_a good_a and_o merciful_a father_n we_o thy_o servant_n &_o the_o work_n manshyp_n of_o thy_o hand_n fall_v down_o before_o thy_o high_a majesty_n humble_o acknowledge_v our_o manifold_a and_o heinous_a sin_n whereby_o we_o
