the_o master_n of_o the_o ship_n down_o under_o the_o hatch_n and_o find_v jonas_n fast_o a_o sleep_n awake_v he_o say_v oh_o thou_o sléeper_n what_o mean_v thou_o arise_v and_o call_v upon_o thy_o god_n that_o we_o perish_v not_o and_o when_o no_o remedy_n can_v be_v have_v they_o agree_v to_o cast_v lot_n that_o thereby_o they_o may_v know_v for_o who_o cause_n they_o be_v trouble_v and_o so_o do_v the_o lot_n fall_v on_o jonas_n they_o see_v that_o say_v tell_v we_o for_o who_o cause_n we_o be_v thus_o trouble_v and_o what_o thine_o occupasion_n be_v and_o what_o thou_o be_v and_o whence_o thou_o come_v &_o whither_o thou_o go_v and_o what_o country_n man_n thou_o be_v &_o of_o what_o nation_n i_o be_o say_v jonas_n a_o hebrew_n bear_v and_o fear_v the_o lord_n god_n of_o heaven_n which_o make_v both_o the_o sea_n and_o dry_a land_n and_o be_o flee_v from_o his_o presence_n and_o when_o they_o hear_v that_o they_o be_v more_o afraid_a than_o before_o &_o say_v what_o shall_v we_o do_v unto_o thou_o that_o the_o sea_n may_v cease_v from_o trouble_v of_o we_o take_v i_o quoth_v jonas_n and_o cast_v i_o into_o the_o sea_n and_o you_o shall_v have_v rest_n for_o i_o wot_v it_o be_v for_o my_o sake_n that_o this_o evil_n be_v come_v upon_o you_o nevertheless_o the_o man_n be_v loath_a to_o commit_v such_o a_o deed_n assay_v with_o row_v to_o bring_v the_o ship_n to_o land_n and_o when_o they_o see_v the_o sea_n so_o troublous_a against_o they_o that_o it_o will_v not_o be_v they_o cry_v unto_o the_o lord_n and_o say_v oh_o lord_n let_v we_o not_o perish_v for_o this_o man_n death_n neither_o lay_v thou_o innocent_a blood_n unto_o our_o charge_n for_o thou_o oh_o lord_n have_v do_v even_o as_o thy_o pleasure_n be_v and_o so_o they_o take_v jonas_n and_o cast_v he_o into_o the_o sea_n which_o incontinent_a be_v calm_a and_o still_o and_o a_o certain_a great_a fish_n prepare_v of_o the_o lord_n receive_v jonas_n and_o swallow_v he_o up_o into_o his_o body_n where_o he_o lie_v in_o prayer_n three_o day_n and_o three_o night_n and_o be_v then_o cast_v out_o again_o on_o dry_a land_n the_o lord_n command_v he_o eftsoon_o to_o go_v to_o ninive_n and_o do_v as_o he_o have_v charge_v he_o and_o when_o he_o come_v to_o the_o city_n &_o be_v enter_v a_o day_n journey_n in_o the_o same_o he_o cry_v out_o say_v there_o be_v yet_o forty_o day_n and_o then_o shall_v ninive_n be_v overthrow_v but_o when_o his_o prophecy_n come_v to_o none_o effect_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o people_n great_a repentance_n he_o be_v sore_o displease_v and_o in_o his_o
