be_v not_o sufficient_a to_o mortify_v a_o intemperate_a appetite_n that_o we_o abstain_v from_o drunkenness_n and_o gluttony_n but_o beside_o this_o we_o must_v for_o a_o while_n at_o least_o be_v very_o abstemious_a till_o we_o have_v reduce_v our_o appetite_n from_o its_o wild_a exorbitance_n and_o not_o indulge_v to_o ourselves_o the_o utmost_a liberty_n of_o lawful_a eat_v and_o drink_v it_o be_v not_o sufficient_a for_o the_o subdue_a our_o wanton_a inclination_n that_o we_o abstain_v from_o adultery_n and_o fornication_n but_o we_o must_v also_o forbear_v those_o meat_n and_o drink_n those_o gesture_n and_o society_n those_o sight_n and_o sport_n which_o be_v apt_a to_o administer_v fuel_n to_o our_o immodest_a flame_n to_o tame_v our_o malicious_a and_o revengful_a passion_n it_o be_v not_o enough_o that_o we_o abstain_v from_o all_o unjust_a retaliation_n of_o injury_n but_o we_o must_v moreover_o restrain_v ourselves_o even_o from_o that_o lawful_a
