be_v condemn_v before_o god_o and_o he_o shall_v be_v judge_n of_o they_o if_o we_o on_o our_o part_n will_v not_o judge_v they_o now_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n we_o be_v to_o magnify_v the_o mercy_n of_o our_o god_n that_o when_o we_o be_v so_o many_o way_n culpable_a he_o yet_o receive_v we_o as_o just_a and_o righteous_a let_v we_o compare_v together_o the_o justice_n we_o obtain_v by_o the_o mean_n of_o faith_n and_o the_o malediction_n which_o be_v on_o we_o wherein_o we_o be_v plunge_v be_v we_o culpable_a before_o god_o of_o one_o offence_n of_o three_o of_o any_o number_n nay_o rather_o be_v we_o not_o plunge_v into_o such_o bottomless_a gulf_n that_o when_o we_o shall_v begin_v to_o make_v our_o account_n we_o shall_v be_v overwhelm_v and_o confound_v with_o the_o multitude_n of_o our_o offence_n a_o hundred_o millian_n of_o fault_n be_v the_o hundred_o part_n of_o they_o which_o we_o have_v commit_v in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_o we_o be_v guilty_a in_o so_o many_o that_o there_o be_v neither_o end_n nor_o measure_n in_o our_o sin_n yet_o for_o all_o this_o god_o receive_v we_o so_o to_o mercy_n that_o we_o be_v account_v just_a before_o he_o as_o if_o there_o be_v in_o we_o all_o integrity_n and_o perfection_n and_o that_o we_o want_v nothing_o of_o fulfil_v the_o whole_a law_n therefore_o when_o god_n bestow_v on_o we_o this_o gift_n of_o faith_n whereby_o we_o apprehend_v and_o take_v hold_v of_o the_o grace_n and_o mercy_n which_o have_v be_v purchase_v we_o by_o the_o death_n and_o passion_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n that_o we_o will_v now_o do_v he_o this_o honour_n to_o say_v lord_n it_o be_v in_o thy_o mere_a goodness_n and_o free_a mercy_n that_o our_o salvation_n consist_v when_o god_o i_o say_v pardon_v we_o such_o a_o infinite_a number_n of_o sin_n and_o offence_n and_o clothe_v we_o with_o his_o own_o justice_n see_v we_o not_o how_o far_o we_o be_v bind_v unto_o he_o for_o this_o inestimable_a goodness_n so_o then_o when_o the_o law_n of_o god_n shall_v have_v utter_o confound_v we_o see_v not_o only_o our_o concupiscence_n exceed_v all_o number_n but_o that_o we_o be_v bury_v in_o they_o as_o under_o great_a and_o huge_a mountain_n if_o god_o will_v severe_o deal_v with_o we_o for_o they_o let_v we_o know_v that_o god_n will_v not_o leave_v we_o in_o despair_n but_o as_o soon_o as_o we_o be_v beat_v to_o the_o ground_n he_o help_v we_o up_o again_o when_o he_o see_v our_o weakness_n he_o reach_v we_o out_o his_o hand_n and_o call_v we_o unto_o he_o and_o will_v we_o to_o be_v of_o good_a comfort_n when_o he_o for_o his_o mercy_n sake_n will_v impute_v none_o of_o our_o sin_n unto_o we_o loe_o in_o what_o sort_n the_o faithful_a continue_v in_o glorify_v of_o god_n although_o they_o be_v in_o themselves_o condemn_v and_o at_o this_o end_n we_o must_v always_o begin_v to_o be_v veterlie_o confound_v in_o ourselves_o that_o our_o lord_n may_v deliver_v we_o from_o the_o deep_a dungeon_n of_o death_n see_v that_o our_o only_a salvation_n lie_v and_o consist_v in_o his_o mere_a mercy_n and_o grace_n now_o withal_o let_v we_o walk_v in_o all_o heedfulness_n let_v we_o diligent_o look_v unto_o ourselves_o know_v that_o when_o we_o shall_v have_v employ_v great_a pain_n to_o serve_v god_o when_o we_o shall_v have_v shun_v all_o occasion_n which_o may_v lead_v we_o unto_o evil_n when_o we_o shall_v have_v subdue_v our_o lust_n and_o affection_n when_o we_o shall_v have_v further_o endeavour_v to_o repress_v wicked_a thought_n we_o be_v yet_o to_o condemn_v ourselves_o and_o to_o stand_v in_o great_a fear_n of_o the_o anger_n and_o displeasure_n of_o god_n for_o although_o through_o the_o virtue_n and_o power_n of_o his_o grace_n sin_n reign_v not_o in_o we_o yet_o do_v it_o always_o dwell_v in_o we_o and_o stain_v we_o still_o with_o some_o blot_n of_o filthiness_n and_o uncleanness_n let_v we_o therefore_o bewail_v ourselves_o hereof_o and_o lament_v in_o such_o sort_n that_o we_o be_v hereby_o incite_v and_o prick_v forward_o to_o do_v our_o duty_n we_o see_v in_o what_o sort_n saint_n paul_n speak_v after_o that_o he_o have_v profit_v so_o far_o and_o be_v come_v even_o to_o a_o angelical_a holiness_n oh_o wretched_a man_n that_o i_o be_o 24._o who_o shall_v deliver_v i_o from_o this_o body_n of_o death_n and_o why_o be_v it_o so_o that_o he_o desire_v death_n in_o himself_o for_o no_o other_o reason_n but_o because_o he_o see_v sin_n abide_v in_o his_o body_n now_o moreover_o we_o must_v know_v that_o we_o ought_v not_o although_o every_o day_n we_o see_v a_o millian_a of_o fault_n in_o we_o to_o be_v discourage_v loe_o why_o saint_n paul_n exhort_v the_o faithful_a to_o flee_v from_o vice_n say_v not_o let_v not_o sin_n dwell_v in_o you_o but_o he_o say_v 12._o let_v not_o sin_n reign_v in_o you_o i_o grant_v it_o be_v to_o be_v desire_v that_o sin_n dwell_v not_o at_o all_o in_o we_o but_o although_o we_o be_v not_o altogether_o rid_v thereof_o yet_o must_v we_o not_o be_v to_o much_o dismay_v but_o when_o he_o say_v that_o sin_n dwell_v in_o we_o let_v we_o know_v that_o this_o ●s_n first_o to_o warn_v we_o of_o our_o miserable_a condition_n and_o again_o to_o admonish_v we_o that_o we_o must_v be_v exercise_v continual_o in_o combat_n and_o fight_v with_o sin_n to_o the_o end_n we_o shall_v more_o feruenthe_n desire_v the_o aid_n and_o help_v of_o our_o god_n pray_v he_o to_o fortify_v and_o strengthen_v we_o by_o his_o power_n and_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n which_o he_o
