from_o fear_n of_o hell_n from_o fear_n of_o judgement_n in_o sickness_n from_o the_o apprehension_n of_o death_n and_o calamity_n in_o such_o case_n we_o may_v be_v stir_v up_o to_o do_v they_o and_o then_o even_o as_o the_o wheel_n that_o be_v set_v a_o go_n by_o a_o spring_n when_o the_o spring_n be_v down_o you_o know_v they_o cease_v their_o motion_n so_o common_o it_o be_v in_o these_o good_a fit_n in_o these_o good_a mood_n of_o godliness_n when_o that_o which_o set_v they_o a_o work_n be_v remove_v there_o be_v a_o end_n of_o it_o and_o therefore_o if_o you_o will_v know_v whether_o the_o work_n that_o you_o do_v be_v right_a or_o no_o such_o as_o god_n will_v accept_v at_o the_o last_o day_n consider_v if_o they_o proceed_v from_o a_o inward_a principle_n from_o a_o principle_n death_n and_o o_o that_o we_o can_v think_v of_o sin_n of_o every_o sin_n as_o a_o motion_n to_o death_n and_o of_o every_o good_a action_n as_o a_o put_n on_o towards_o life_n that_o we_o can_v think_v this_o life_n of_o grace_n to_o be_v far_o more_o excellent_a than_o the_o life_n of_o nature_n or_o the_o life_n of_o sinful_a lust_n and_o pleasure_n and_o delight_n for_o so_o it_o be_v sure_o that_o life_n which_o god_n and_o angel_n live_v must_v needs_o be_v the_o most_o excellent_a and_o the_o full_a of_o joy_n and_o this_o life_n they_o live_v to_o encourage_v we_o to_o it_o let_v we_o but_o consider_v how_o god_n interlace_v this_o life_n of_o grace_n with_o the_o life_n of_o joy_n and_o of_o peace_n and_o outward_a prosperity_n as_o you_o see_v in_o diverse_a example_n gideon_n as_o long_o as_o he_o do_v the_o action_n of_o this_o life_n you_o know_v how_o he_o prosper_v but_o when_o he_o set_v up_o a_o golden_a ephod_n after_o which_o the_o people_n go_v awhoring_a it_o be_v the_o destruction_n of_o he_o and_o his_o house_n solomon_n how_o glorious_a be_v his_o rise_n as_o a_o bright_a morning_n without_o cloud_n and_o so_o he_o continue_v to_o the_o evening_n dark_a night_n neither_o lose_v their_o light_n nor_o fall_v from_o their_o place_n and_o this_o you_o shall_v find_v in_o all_o the_o story_n of_o the_o king_n of_o israel_n and_o judah_n that_o either_o their_o suffering_n of_o idolatry_n and_o superstition_n at_o home_n or_o their_o rest_n upon_o ashar_n and_o egypt_n abroad_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o all_o their_o misery_n for_o when_o
