shall_v so_o far_o stupefie_v the_o soul_n as_o to_o hinder_v it_o from_o emerge_v in_o time_n out_o of_o sleep_n in_o which_o it_o may_v seem_v to_o have_v be_v cast_v and_o according_o from_o calling_n to_o mind_n what_o have_v be_v before_o transact_v within_o it_o because_o though_o the_o body_n may_v be_v some_o hindrance_n to_o the_o faculty_n of_o the_o soul_n yet_o it_o do_v not_o hinder_v they_o from_o come_v in_o time_n to_o exert_v their_o proper_a operation_n so_o it_o be_v much_o less_o easy_a to_o suppose_v that_o god_n shall_v not_o however_o bring_v to_o its_o memory_n its_o past_a state_n and_o action_n by_o which_o it_o offend_v against_o he_o partly_o to_o make_v it_o sensible_a of_o its_o former_a guilt_n and_o god_n choose_v to_o punish_v it_o by_o thrust_v it_o into_o a_o body_n and_o partly_o to_o make_v it_o so_o much_o the_o more_o careful_a to_o break_v off_o from_o those_o sin_n by_o which_o it_o have_v before_o offend_v he_o these_o as_o they_o difficulty_n of_o two_o of_o the_o former_a even_o those_o which_o resolve_v original_a sin_n into_o the_o malignity_n of_o some_o evil_a spirit_n or_o the_o pravity_n of_o matter_n so_o they_o can_v much_o less_o be_v think_v to_o be_v of_o force_n against_o the_o testimony_n of_o the_o scripture_n if_o that_o as_o i_o shall_v afterward_o show_v favour_v its_o arise_v from_o the_o pravity_n of_o difficulty_n may_v well_o be_v lay_v in_o the_o balance_n against_o the_o other_o yea_o allege_v as_o a_o bar_n to_o the_o suppose_a force_n of_o it_o for_o why_o shall_v my_o inability_n to_o apprehend_v how_o infant_n and_o child_n can_v consent_v to_o original_a sin_n prevail_v with_o i_o to_o deny_v the_o be_v of_o it_o when_o a_o far_o great_a inability_n to_o apprehend_v how_o the_o scripture_n have_v determine_v so_o no_o plausibility_n whatsoever_o can_v come_v in_o competition_n with_o the_o determination_n of_o god_n such_o as_o those_o of_o the_o scripture_n be_v but_o such_o it_o seem_v be_v the_o restlessness_n of_o some_o man_n mind_n that_o if_o they_o can_v satisfy_v their_o scruple_n from_o what_o the_o scripture_n have_v advance_v they_o will_v be_v set_v up_o other_o hypothesis_n to_o do_v it_o by_o wherein_o yet_o they_o be_v for_o the_o most_o part_n so_o unlucky_a as_o to_o advance_v such_o thing_n themselves_o as_o have_v nothing_o at_o all_o of_o probability_n in_o they_o for_o who_o can_v think_v it_o any_o way_n probable_a that_o if_o man_n soul_n have_v a_o existence_n antecedent_n to_o their_o conception_n in_o the_o womb_n they_o shall_v they_o shall_v never_o light_v upon_o any_o one_o thing_n which_o may_v bring_v back_o to_o their_o mind_n what_o they_o have_v former_o transact_v or_o but_o so_o much_o as_o that_o they_o have_v a_o be_v antecedent_n to_o their_o present_a one_o for_o whoever_o be_v so_o forgetful_a of_o his_o dream_n as_o not_o to_o remember_v he_o be_v sometime_o in_o a_o dream_a condition_n yea_o that_o he_o actual_o dream_v in_o it_o be_v it_o second_o as_o the_o same_o learned_a man_n go_v on_o by_o a_o desuetude_n of_o think_v of_o their_o former_a action_n and_o whereby_o it_o sometime_o come_v to_o he_o neither_o know_v nor_o well_o can_v whether_o they_o be_v traduce_v or_o infuse_v and_o partly_o because_o the_o testimony_n of_o scripture_n with_o the_o experience_n we_o have_v of_o its_o
