wisdom_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o world_n be_v foolishness_n with_o god_n but_o the_o conceit_n of_o wisdom_n be_v much_o this_o 19_o must_v be_v captivate_v those_o high_a thought_n and_o we_o must_v become_v fool_n that_o we_o may_v be_v wise_a there_o must_v he_o a_o great_a change_n indeed_o which_o alas_o many_o a_o professor_n never_o have_v experience_n of_o be_v not_o satisfy_v nor_o make_v a_o shift_n to_o satisfy_v themselves_o and_o blind_a the_o world_n with_o their_o lamp_n which_o they_o carry_v and_o go_v as_o far_o with_o they_o a_o great_a while_n as_o the_o wise_a do_v but_o the_o end_n be_v that_o which_o difference_v person_n condition_n as_o the_o holy-ghost_n speak_v by_o the_o psalmist_n mark_v the_o perfect_a man_n behold_v the_o upright_a the_o end_n of_o that_o man_n be_v peace_n he_o do_v not_o say_v mark_v the_o perfect_a man_n for_o in_o his_o life_n time_n he_o have_v such_o a_o distinguish_a character_n his_o life_n be_v peace_n and_o the_o other_o be_v trouble_v no_o but_o the_o end_n whatever_o his_o life_n have_v be_v before_o his_o end_n be_v peace_n this_o be_v a_o clear_a case_n his_o profession_n will_v not_o carry_v he_o through_o all_o condition_n and_o that_o for_o these_o two_o reason_n one_o of_o they_o will_v be_v sure_a to_o meet_v with_o they_o all_o for_o either_o 1._o their_o profession_n fail_v they_o before_o the_o day_n of_o death_n and_o so_o carry_v they_o not_o through_o or_o else_o 2._o at_o death_n first_o then_o ordinary_o i_o think_v it_o be_v a_o truth_n that_o a_o formality_n or_o the_o grave_n such_o a_o peace_n as_o satan_n and_o a_o hard_a heart_n and_o sear_a conscience_n give_v but_o yet_o you_o see_v here_o in_o this_o parable_n that_o before_o the_o come_n of_o the_o guilt_n wear_v not_o away_o yet_o he_o can_v show_v the_o soul_n that_o it_o be_v but_o alchemy_n though_o the_o paint_n of_o the_o sepulchre_n continue_v and_o be_v not_o wash_v away_o he_o can_v show_v a_o man_n that_o he_o be_v a_o hypocrite_n not_o but_o that_o a_o child_n of_o god_n may_v think_v himself_o a_o hypocrite_n sometime_o under_o temptation_n but_o he_o be_v not_o so_o but_o when_o god_n reveal_v it_o to_o the_o soul_n he_o set_v it_o on_o with_o a_o evidence_n indeed_o that_o it_o be_v so_o but_o why_o do_v the_o lord_n than_o discover_v hypocrite_n before_o the_o day_n of_o the_o discovery_n of_o all_o thing_n why_o true_o it_o be_v first_o that_o they_o may_v have_v a_o taste_n of_o that_o bitter_a cup_n which_o they_o be_v to_o drink_v the_o dregs_o of_o to_o all_o eternity_n the_o hypocrite_n cup_n if_o any_o be_v more_o deep_a than_o other_o this_o be_v it_o and_o if_o any_o more_o deadly_a dregs_o in_o it_o this_o be_v it_o now_o god_n will_v kindle_v a_o beginning_n of_o hell_n in_o their_o conscience_n that_o as_o the_o saint_n have_v some_o fore-tasâ—s_a of_o heaven_n and_o the_o joy_n to_o be_v reveal_v to_o sweeten_v their_o cup_n of_o affliction_n so_o hypocrite_n may_v have_v some_o of_o the_o gall_n and_o wormwood_n to_o embitter_v all_o their_o delight_n in_o this_o

be_v lead_v by_o their_o appetite_n second_o as_o it_o be_v base_a drudgery_n so_o second_o the_o poor_a sinner_n have_v so_o many_o lust_n and_o so_o contrary_a to_o serve_v and_o satisfy_v that_o he_o must_v needs_o be_v distract_v between_o they_o one_o command_v he_o this_o way_n and_o the_o other_o command_v he_o that_o way_n as_o now_o for_o a_o man_n to_o serve_v his_o pride_n and_o covetousness_n or_o his_o luxury_n and_o covetousness_n these_o be_v contrary_a and_o distract_v and_o distort_v the_o mind_n and_o hurry_v he_o hither_o and_o thither_o he_o can_v enjoy_v no_o peace_n in_o his_o own_o spirit_n at_o all_o you_o shall_v see_v a_o man_n that_o will_v spend_v at_o no_o aim_n when_o he_o be_v in_o company_n and_o none_o seem_v to_o set_v less_o by_o the_o
