pewterer_n or_o brazier_n shall_v from_o henceforth_o sell_v or_o change_v any_o pewter_n or_o brass_n new_a or_o old_a at_o any_o place_n or_o place_n within_o this_o realm_n but_o only_o in_o open_a fair_n or_o market_n or_o in_o their_o own_o dwellinge_a house_n but_o if_o they_o be_v desire_v by_o the_o buyer_n of_o such_o ware_n upon_o pain_n of_o forfeiture_n for_o every_o such_o default_n ten_o pound_n forasmuch_o as_o the_o same_o forfeiture_n be_v to_o the_o only_a use_n of_o the_o king_n highness_n hawkers_o hawkers_o and_o that_o any_o party_n search_v or_o find_v the_o same_o be_v not_o entitle_v to_o have_v any_o benefit_n thereby_o it_o have_v not_o be_v know_v that_o any_o person_n or_o person_n have_v take_v any_o pain_n to_o insearch_v or_o make_v any_o inquire_v thereof_o by_o reason_n whereof_o diverse_a &_o many_o evil_n dispose_v person_n usinge_v buy_v and_o sell_v both_o of_o brass_n &_o pewter_n and_o not_o regard_v the_o say_v good_a act_n nor_o the_o say_a penalty_n daily_o go_v about_o from_o village_n to_o village_n town_n and_o town_n and_o from_o house_n to_o house_n to_o sell_v such_o pewter_n and_o brass_n which_o be_v not_o good_a and_o also_o use_v deceivable_a weyghte_n and_o beam_n as_o they_o do_v before_o the_o make_n of_o the_o say_a act_n to_o the_o great_a hurt_n and_o deceit_n of_o the_o king_n true_a liege_n people_n and_o subject_n hawkers_o penalty_n for_o hawkers_o wherefore_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n abovesaide_v that_o aswell_o the_o moyte_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n of_o ten_o pound_n limit_v in_o the_o say_a estatute_n make_v in_o the_o say_v four_o year_n as_o also_o the_o moyte_n of_o all_o other_o forfeyture_n before_o express_v and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o king_n highness_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moyte_n of_o the_o same_o forfeyture_n and_o every_o of_o they_o to_o the_o use_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v seize_v find_v or_o present_v the_o say_a forfeyture_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o that_o shall_v sue_v for_o thesame_n in_o any_o competent_a court_n or_o court_n within_o this_o realm_n by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n wherein_o the_o defendant_n shall_v in_o no_o wise_n be_v admit_v to_o wage_v his_o law_n or_o any_o protection_n or_o essoyne_v to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v impeach_v to_o have_v offend_v contrary_a to_o the_o form_n and_o effect_n of_o this_o statute_n shall_v be_v allowable_a this_o act_n to_o endure_v to_o the_o last_o day_n of_o the_o next_o parlyament_n the_o annotation_n of_o the_o confirmation_n and_o renovation_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a statute_n
