dispose_v and_o and_o fit_v for_o prayer_n where_o ever_o we_o be_v in_o what_o place_n or_o dungeon_n we_o be_v god_n be_v above_o and_o heaven_n be_v above_o our_o father_n mansion_n house_n so_o that_o no_o time_n shall_v we_o miss_v of_o he_o nor_o no_o time_n shall_v he_o be_v from_o home_n 6._o to_o have_v ever_o a_o strong_a confidence_n and_o faith_n to_o be_v hear_v in_o prayer_n man_n may_v hinder_v much_o good_a do_v upon_o the_o earth_n and_o may_v encompass_v the_o saint_n like_o bee_n than_o his_o hope_n be_v this_o that_o their_o hand_n be_v but_o short_a they_o can_v keep_v all_o the_o petition_n be_v of_o great_a concernment_n and_o indeed_o necessary_a to_o come_v to_o god_n beg_v trifle_n be_v below_o his_o majesty_n and_o grandour_n a_o dâ—is_n nihil_fw-la pretendum_fw-la nisi_fw-la bona_fw-la simpliciter_fw-la 2._o to_o pray_v for_o nothing_o but_o what_o be_v good_a there_o be_v nothing_o in_o the_o petition_n that_o be_v hurtful_a either_o for_o the_o soul_n or_o body_n of_o man_n this_o shall_v learn_v we_o to_o be_v far_o from_o curse_v or_o wish_v evil_a to_o any_o person_n and_o indeed_o the_o curse_n may_v fall_v upon_o they_o that_o daily_a bread_n etc._n etc._n those_o petition_n that_o concern_v god_n go_v before_o the_o other_o show_v that_o before_o all_o thing_n we_o ought_v to_o seek_v the_o thing_n concern_v the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n and_o of_o all_o those_o thing_n the_o glory_n of_o god_n ought_v to_o be_v most_o and_o first_o in_o our_o eye_n hâ—llowed_a be_v thy_o name_n be_v the_o first_o petition_n god_n be_v above_o all_o thing_n most_o jealous_a of_o that_o and_o will_v have_v it_o hallow_v 1._o over_o all_o 2._o by_o all_o 3._o in_o all_o that_o it_o may_v be_v hallow_v by_o we_o we_o pray_v next_o for_o the_o come_n of_o his_o kingdom_n 1._o of_o grace_n in_o our_o heart_n 2._o of_o glory_n in_o the_o cloud_n he_o have_v need_n have_v a_o good_a cause_n that_o pray_v for_o the_o come_n of_o the_o judge_n we_o must_v have_v his_o kingdom_n to_o come_v in_o our_o heart_n by_o grace_n or_o then_o that_o in_o the_o cloud_n will_v never_o come_v to_o our_o soul_n in_o comfort_n and_o without_o these_o his_o name_n by_o we_o shall_v never_o be_v hallow_v but_o grace_n inward_o tend_v not_o much_o to_o edification_n if_o it_o be_v not_o act_v outward_o and_o therefore_o we_o pray_v again_o that_o his_o will_n may_v be_v do_v in_o earth_n as_o it_o be_v do_v in_o heaven_n obedience_n be_v better_a than_o sacrifice_n and_o what_o better_a pattern_n can_v we_o have_v before_o we_o than_o heaven_n now_o there_o be_v a_o twofold_a heaven_n 1._o a_o sensible_a or_o visible_a heaven_n wherein_o he_o have_v put_v a_o tabernacle_n for_o the_o sun_n which_o keep_v the_o ordinance_n he_o give_v it_o from_o the_o beginning_n 2._o a_o rational_a or_o invisible_a heaven_n this_o be_v the_o saint_n and_o angel_n though_o chief_o the_o angel_n be_v here_o understand_v who_o spend_v their_o eternity_n in_o do_v the_o will_n of_o god_n 1._o full_o 2._o free_o 3._o cheerful_o 4._o speedy_o 5._o satisfactory_o 6._o unwearied_o and_o in_o all_o these_o thing_n we_o ought_v to_o endeavour_n to_o be_v like_o the_o angel_n of_o god_n by_o which_o mean_v it_o will_v appear_v that_o his_o kingdom_n of_o grace_n be_v establish_v in_o we_o and_o therefore_o his_o kingdom_n of_o for_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o body_n and_o two_o for_o the_o soul_n show_v that_o in_o prayer_n our_o care_n labour_n zeal_n for_o the_o good_a of_o the_o soul_n shall_v at_o least_o be_v double_a to_o that_o of_o the_o body_n two_o of_o these_o be_v for_o the_o obtain_n of_o good_a give_v we_o this_o day_n our_o daily_a bread_n etc._n etc._n and_o one_o for_o the_o avoid_n of_o evil_a lead_v we_o not_o into_o temptation_n show_v that_o if_o we_o by_o faith_n struggle_v hard_o for_o grace_n though_o it_o be_v but_o like_o a_o mustard_n seed_n yet_o it_o shall_v prove_v effectual_a to_o keep_v we_o from_o a_o great_a deal_n of_o evil_a and_o by_o consequence_n prevent_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o sorrow_n that_o for_o the_o body_n show_v that_o in_o prayer_n we_o shall_v ask_v nothing_o but_o what_o be_v necessary_a for_o we_o as_o bread_n in_o which_o be_v include_v drink_n sleep_n raiment_n and_o what_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o life_n of_o man_n yet_o we_o must_v understand_v that_o according_a to_o man_n state_n and_o condition_n their_o necessity_n be_v either_o more_o or_o less_o it_o be_v necessary_a for_o a_o king_n a_o general_n of_o a_o army_n or_o for_o a_o judge_n what_o be_v not_o for_o i_o and_o according_a to_o that_o state_n and_o quality_n they_o may_v pray_v for_o a_o supply_n of_o their_o necessity_n from_o the_o body_n by_o a_o short_a transition_n or_o cut_v we_o be_v bring_v by_o our_o saviour_n to_o look_v upon_o the_o soul_n upon_o which_o we_o be_v bind_v to_o dwell_v long_o by_o one_o petition_n at_o least_o for_o aâ—ter_v our_o daily_a bread_n we_o present_o pray_v for_o forgiveness_n of_o sin_n etc._n etc._n note_v 1_o that_o there_o may_v be_v danger_n in_o long_a feast_n 2_o that_o there_o may_v be_v sin_n commit_v in_o a_o short_a meal_n indeed_o when_o man_n have_v eat_v and_o be_v full_a they_o be_v in_o danger_n of_o sin_n and_o to_o prevent_v judgement_n it_o be_v fit_a to_o pray_v forgive_v we_o our_o trespass_n or_o son_n of_o thunder_n but_o we_o must_v know_v that_o our_o forgive_a other_o be_v not_o the_o meritorious_a cause_n of_o god_n forgive_a we_o but_o a_o declarative_a sign_n of_o it_o a_o certain_a condition_n of_o our_o part_n &_o cause_n sine_fw-la qua_fw-la non_fw-la of_o our_o forgiveness_n it_o be_v a_o very_a mock_n of_o almighty_a god_n to_o beg_v forgiveness_n for_o sin_n after_o we_o have_v eat_v except_o the_o bread_n be_v our_o own_o he_o in_o this_o case_n of_o rape_n require_v restitution_n which_o some_o in_o this_o age_n refuse_v to_o do_v lay_v aside_o this_o prayer_n they_o eat_v that_o bread_n which_o to_o enjoy_v they_o have_v possible_o banish_v the_o owner_n murder_v the_o parent_n and_o make_v the_o child_n a_o exile_n through_o the_o fraily_a of_o nature_n and_o subtlety_n of_o the_o tempter_n god_n become_v no_o soon_o merciful_a than_o man_n become_v sinful_a which_o make_v our_o saviour_n next_o to_o forgiveness_n of_o sin_n show_v that_o we_o must_v
