serve_v better_a to_o this_o purpose_n than_o any_o kind_n of_o meat_n to_o conclude_v it_o be_v meet_v for_o christian_n now_o and_o then_o to_o take_v upon_o they_o a_o lawful_a fast_o but_o that_o must_v not_o be_v a_o abstinence_n from_o certain_a but_o from_o all_o meat_n nor_o from_o meat_n only_o but_o also_o from_o all_o the_o dainty_n of_o this_o life_n whatsoever_o for_o what_o kind_n of_o fast_o be_v this_o what_o abstinence_n only_o to_o change_v the_o kind_n of_o dainty_n the_o which_o thing_n at_o this_o day_n they_o use_v to_o do_v which_o be_v count_v more_o religious_a than_o other_o see_v that_o s._n chrysostome_n do_v not_o account_v it_o to_o be_v a_o fast_n if_o we_o continue_v whole_o without_o meat_n even_o unto_o the_o evening_n except_o together_o with_o in_o the_o day_n of_o trouble_n etc._n etc._n three_o by_o this_o faith_n which_o do_v comfort_v the_o heart_n in_o repentance_n we_o do_v receive_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n who_o be_v give_v we_o to_o be_v our_o governor_n and_o helper_n that_o we_o shall_v resist_v sin_n and_o the_o devil_n and_o more_o and_o more_o acknowledge_v our_o own_o weakness_n and_o that_o the_o knowledge_n and_o
