in_o time_n of_o peace_n and_o war_n whereby_o he_o be_v more_o able_a to_o order_n and_o rule_v our_o say_a realm_n dominion_n and_o subject_n of_o the_o same_o and_o for_o the_o special_a confidence_n and_o trust_n that_o we_o have_v in_o our_o say_a uncle_n as_o well_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o our_o council_n and_o other_o our_o noble_n and_o prelate_n as_o also_o
