forfeiture_n hereafter_o follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o say_a sheep_n wool_n woolfel_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n woolflock_n fuller_n earth_n and_o full_a clay_n so_o export_v transport_v carry_v convey_v pack_v or_o load_v contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v forfeit_v and_o that_o every_o offender_n and_o offender_n therein_o shall_v forfeit_v twenty_o shilling_n for_o every_o such_o sheep_n and_o three_o shilling_n for_o every_o pound_n weight_n of_o such_o wool_n woolfels_n mortlings_o shorling_n yarn_n make_v of_o wool_n woolflock_n fuller_n earth_n or_o full_a clay_n and_o also_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n know_v such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o interest_n in_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n with_o all_o their_o apparel_n and_o furniture_n to_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o belong_v and_o that_o the_o master_n and_o mariner_n thereof_o know_v such_o offence_n and_o witting_o and_o willing_o aid_v and_o assist_v thereunto_o shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o have_v imprisonment_n for_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n the_o one_o moiety_n of_o which_o say_v penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n shall_v be_v to_o the_o king_n majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n or_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n or_o in_o the_o general_n quarter_n session_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o which_o suit_n no_o essoyn_n protection_n or_o wager_n of_o law_n shall_v be_v allow_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o merchant_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v after_o the_o say_v fourteen_o day_n of_o january_n transport_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v transport_v any_o sheep_n wool_n wool-fel_n mortlings_o shorling_n woollen-yarn_n woolflock_n fullers-earth_n or_o fulling-clay_n contrary_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o this_o act_n and_o be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v that_o then_o he_o shall_v be_v disable_v to_o require_v any_o debt_n or_o account_n of_o any_o factor_n or_o other_o for_o or_o concern_v any_o debt_n or_o estate_n proper_o belong_v to_o such_o offendor_n provide_v always_o and_o it_o be_v nevertheless_o declare_v that_o this_o
upward_o upon_o the_o credit_n of_o this_o act_n and_o before_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o january_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o sixty_o pay_v the_o same_o unto_o the_o say_a treasurer_n than_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o continue_v or_o advance_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v not_o only_o do_v a_o very_a acceptable_a service_n but_o shall_v also_o receive_v from_o the_o say_a treasurer_n out_o of_o the_o last_o one_o hundred_o and_o ten_o thousand_o pound_n which_o shall_v be_v receive_v upon_o the_o second_o payment_n appoint_v by_o this_o act_n his_o and_o their_o principal_a money_n with_o interest_n at_o the_o rate_n of_o ten_o pound_n per_fw-la cent_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la from_o the_o time_n of_o such_o declaration_n and_o advancement_n respective_o any_o law_n act_n or_o statute_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o the_o say_a treasurer_n be_v hereby_o require_v to_o make_v payment_n according_o and_o not_o to_o receive_v any_o more_o money_n to_o be_v advance_v as_o aforesaid_a than_o what_o with_o the_o money_n so_o to_o be_v continue_v will_v amount_v to_o eighty_o thousand_o pound_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o the_o treasurer_n by_o this_o act_n appoint_v shall_v receive_v for_o they_o and_o those_o to_o be_v employ_v under_o they_o in_o this_o service_n one_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n in_o such_o manner_n as_o they_o ought_v to_o receive_v by_o the_o act_n last_o before_o mention_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o sum_n of_o money_n which_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v be_v pay_v to_o or_o receive_v by_o the_o treasurer_n aforesaid_a shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n be_v issue_v out_o according_a to_o such_o warrant_n and_o direction_n only_o as_o they_o or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o shall_v receive_v from_o the_o commissioner_n name_v in_o one_o act_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o speedy_a disband_n of_o the_o army_n and_o garrison_n of_o this_o kingdom_n or_o threé_o of_o they_o who_o be_v hereby_o require_v and_o enjoin_v at_o their_o peril_n to_o take_v care_n and_o provide_v that_o the_o army_n shall_v be_v whole_o disband_v than_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o money_n to_o be_v raise_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a act_n or_o due_a or_o behind_o on_o any_o former_a act_n shall_v be_v employ_v for_o and_o towards_o the_o pay_v off_o of_o the_o fleét_v and_o navy_n according_a to_o such_o rule_n order_n and_o instruction_n as_o touch_v the_o payment_n of_o the_o navy_n be_v herein_o aftermentioned_a and_o not_o otherwise_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o a_o account_n of_o all_o the_o money_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n to_o be_v receive_v shall_v be_v give_v by_o the_o say_a treasurer_n to_o this_o or_o any_o other_o succeed_v parliament_n which_o shall_v require_v the_o same_o or_o to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o by_o this_o or_o any_o other_o succeed_v parliament_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v provide_v always_o and_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o non_fw-la manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n which_o be_v former_o assess_v and_o tax_v for_o and_o towards_o former_a assessment_n and_o land-tax_n and_o be_v now_o in_o the_o possession_n or_o hold_v of_o his_o majesty_n or_o of_o the_o queéns_n highness_n or_o of_o any_o ecclesiastical_a person_n or_o person_n or_o he_o her_o or_o their_o farmer_n and_o tenant_n shall_v be_v exempt_v from_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o several_a sum_n of_o money_n in_o this_o act_n comprise_v but_o that_o the_o say_v manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n shall_v be_v rate_v assess_v and_o tax_v for_o and_o towards_o the_o say_v several_a sum_n of_o money_n in_o this_o act_n comprise_v in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o they_o be_v of_o late_o rate_v tax_v and_o assess_v for_o and_o towards_o the_o say_a former_a landrate_n any_o law_n statute_n or_o custom_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o that_o nothing_o herein_o contain_v shall_v be_v draw_v into_o example_n to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o the_o
