on_o benefit_n ticket_n and_o also_o for_o secure_v their_o principal_a and_o interest_n from_o the_o day_n of_o the_o month_n enter_v thereon_o and_o the_o say_a receiver_n and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v permit_v every_o such_o adventurer_n to_o write_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v write_v his_o name_n surname_n and_o place_n of_o abide_v and_o day_n of_o the_o month_n on_o the_o two_o correspond_v ticket_n in_o the_o same_o book_n and_o at_o the_o same_o time_n the_o say_a receiver_n shall_v deliver_v to_o the_o say_a adventurer_n the_o say_a ticket_n so_o cut_v off_o which_o he_o she_o or_o adventure_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o say_v several_a receiver_n on_o the_o twelve_o day_n of_o january_n next_o ensue_a or_o on_o such_o other_o day_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n shall_v receive_v shall_v receiver_n to_o redeliver_v the_o book_n on_o 12_o january_n next_o with_o a_o account_n in_o write_v of_o the_o money_n receive_v redeliver_v to_o the_o say_a manager_n at_o their_o say_a office_n or_o place_n of_o meet_v or_o to_o such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v appoint_v as_o aforesaid_a all_o the_o say_a book_n and_o therein_o all_o the_o ticket_n of_o the_o first_o and_o second_o colume_n before_o mention_v and_o so_o many_o of_o the_o say_a ticket_n of_o the_o extreme_a colume_n if_o any_o such_o be_v as_o the_o say_a receiver_n shall_v not_o have_v cut_v out_o and_o deliver_v to_o the_o adventurer_n for_o their_o money_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o shall_v then_o and_o there_o also_o deliver_v to_o the_o say_a manager_n and_o director_n a_o true_a and_o just_a account_n in_o write_v under_o their_o hand_n of_o all_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n accrue_v or_o come_v to_o the_o hand_n of_o such_o receiver_n respective_o by_o or_o for_o the_o ticket_n deliver_v out_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o how_o the_o same_o or_o how_o much_o thereof_o shall_v have_v be_v actual_o pay_v by_o every_o such_o receiver_n into_o the_o royal_a bank_n of_o england_n to_o and_o for_o the_o use_v aforesaid_a column_n that_o the_o manager_n shall_v roll_v up_o the_o ticket_n in_o the_o middle_a column_n and_o the_o say_a manager_n and_o director_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o which_o shall_v be_v present_a at_o a_o meeting_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v cause_v all_o the_o ticket_n of_o the_o say_v middle_a column_n in_o the_o book_n which_o shall_v be_v deliver_v back_o to_o they_o by_o or_o from_o the_o say_a receiver_n in_o case_n all_o the_o correspond_v ticket_n in_o the_o extreme_a column_n shall_v have_v be_v dispose_v for_o money_n as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v careful_o roll_v up_o and_o make_v fast_o with_o thread_n or_o silk_n and_o in_o case_n all_o the_o ticket_n in_o the_o extreme_a column_n shall_v not_o have_v be_v dispose_v for_o money_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o say_a manager_n and_o director_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o which_o shall_v be_v present_a as_o aforesaid_a shall_v cause_v so_o many_o of_o the_o ticket_n of_o the_o say_v middle_a colume_n as_o shall_v correspond_v with_o or_o be_v the_o counterpart_v of_o those_o of_o the_o extreme_a column_n which_o shall_v have_v be_v cut_v out_o and_o dispose_v for_o money_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o none_o other_o to_o be_v careful_o roll_v up_o and_o make_v fast_o with_o thread_n or_o silk_n as_o be_v before_o mention_v adventurer_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o adventurer_n and_o the_o say_a manager_n and_o director_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v in_o their_o presence_n and_o in_o the_o presence_n of_o such_o of_o the_o adventurer_n as_o will_v be_v there_o cause_n all_o the_o ticket_n which_o be_v to_o be_v so_o roll_v up_o and_o make_v fast_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v cut_v off_o indentwise_o through_o the_o say_v oblique_a line_n key_n and_o put_v they_o into_o a_o box_n lock_v with_o three_o lock_n and_o key_n and_o put_v into_o a_o box_n to_o be_v prepare_v for_o this_o purpose_n and_o to_o be_v mark_v with_o the_o letter_n a_o which_o box_n be_v present_o to_o be_v put_v into_o another_o strong_a box_n and_o to_o be_v lock_v up_o with_o three_o different_a lock_n
then_o present_a shall_v take_v out_o or_o draw_v one_o ticket_n from_o that_o box_n where_o the_o say_v number_v ticket_n shall_v be_v as_o aforesaid_a put_v and_o one_o other_o indifferent_a and_o fit_a person_n to_o be_v appoint_v and_o direct_v in_o like_a manner_n shall_v present_o take_v out_o a_o ticket_n or_o lot_n from_o that_o box_n where_o the_o say_v fortunate_a and_o blank_a ticket_n shall_v be_v promiscuous_o put_v and_o immediate_o both_o the_o ticket_n so_o draw_v shall_v be_v open_v and_o the_o number_a ticket_n with_o the_o day_n of_o the_o month_n the_o name_n surname_n quality_n and_o place_n of_o abide_v of_o the_o party_n thereon_o write_v as_o well_o as_o the_o fortunate_a or_o blank_a ticket_n shall_v be_v name_v aloud_o ticket_n and_o of_o file_v the_o ticket_n and_o if_o the_o ticket_n take_v or_o draw_v from_o the_o box_n contain_v the_o fortunate_a and_o blank_a lot_n shall_v appear_v to_o be_v a_o blank_a than_o the_o number_a ticket_n so_o draw_v with_o adventurer_n as_o will_v be_v there_o money_n to_o give_v satisfaction_n that_o every_o person_n have_v a_o fair_a chance_n for_o their_o money_n for_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o all_o person_n concern_v that_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a ticket_n be_v put_v into_o the_o say_a box_n and_o drawn_n and_o that_o they_o have_v a_o fair_a chance_n for_o their_o money_n manager_n the_o fortunate_a adventurer_n or_o their_o agent_n to_o appear_v with_o their_o ticket_n to_o the_o manager_n and_o far_o that_o at_o any_o time_n after_o six_o day_n and_o within_o sixty_o day_n after_o the_o draw_v shall_v be_v finish_v the_o several_a adventurer_n or_o their_o agent_n or_o assign_n who_o shall_v be_v actual_o possess_v of_o the_o number_v ticket_n deliver_v out_o by_o the_o abovesaid_a receiver_n for_o which_o fortunate_a lot_n shall_v be_v draw_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v or_o may_v appear_v with_o the_o say_a ticket_n so_o in_o their_o respective_a possession_n for_o the_o manager_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o which_o shall_v be_v present_a at_o a_o meeting_n as_o aforesaid_a to_o see_v and_o take_v care_n that_o due_a entry_n be_v make_v in_o the_o say_a book_n of_o the_o respective_a day_n of_o the_o month_n the_o name_n surname_n quality_n and_o place_n of_o abide_v of_o the_o respective_a person_n to_o who_o the_o fortunate_a lot_n shall_v several_o belong_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o the_o several_a share_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n and_o premise_n and_o of_o the_o gain_n profit_n and_o proceed_v thereof_o absent_a or_o present_a may_v know_v to_o what_o degree_n they_o have_v be_v so_o as_o soon_o as_o the_o draw_v be_v over_o the_o say_a manager_n shall_v forthwith_o cause_v to_o be_v print_v and_o publish_v the_o number_n of_o the_o ticket_n draw_v against_o each_o fortunate_a ticket_n and_o the_o day_n of_o the_o month_n the_o name_n surname_n quality_n and_o place_n of_o abide_v of_o the_o party_n thereon_o write_v and_o also_o the_o share_n or_o share_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n late_o of_o sir_n carbery_n pryse_n write_v on_o such_o fortunate_a ticket_n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o
