respective_a sub-provincial_a register_n of_o so_o much_o as_o lie_v within_o his_o sub-province_n and_o no_o more_o 14._o certificate_n sub-provincial_a certificate_n each_o several_a sub-provincial_a register_n shall_v within_o six_o day_n after_o receipt_n of_o such_o certificate_n as_o aforesaid_a from_o his_o provincial_a register_n make_v the_o like_a certificate_n to_o each_o parochial_a register_n within_o his_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o name_n nature_n and_o value_n of_o every_o several_a and_o respective_a estate_n with_o he_o enter_v or_o to_o he_o certify_v and_o by_o who_o and_o by_o what_o title_n the_o same_o be_v claim_v and_o in_o who_o occupation_n the_o same_o be_v that_o be_v to_o say_v to_o each_o distinct_a parochial_a register_n of_o so_o much_o as_o lie_v within_o his_o parish_n only_o and_o no_o more_o 15._o certify_v double_o claim_v to_o be_v certify_v each_o several_a and_o respective_a parochial_a register_n forthwith_o upon_o receipt_n of_o the_o several_a certificate_n aforesaid_a shall_v examine_v all_o the_o entry_n make_v in_o his_o respective_a registry_n and_o where_o several_a claim_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o several_a person_n under_o several_a title_n to_o one_o and_o the_o same_o thing_n the_o register_n shall_v give_v notice_n thereof_o to_o the_o present_a inhabitant_n tenant_n or_o occupier_n thereof_o and_o also_o to_o his_o sub-provincial_a register_n within_o six_o day_n and_o if_o it_o exceed_v the_o cognizance_n of_o the_o sub-provincial_a register_n he_o shall_v certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o provincial_a register_n who_o if_o it_o exceed_v his_o cognizance_n shall_v certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o national_a register_n each_o to_o certify_v to_o other_o within_o six_o day_n after_o the_o date_n of_o the_o certificate_n to_o he_o direct_v 16._o certificate_n parochial_a register_n certificate_n each_o parochial_a register_n shall_v likewise_o certify_v to_o the_o sub-provincial_a register_n under_o who_o jurisdion_fw-la he_o be_v the_o name_n and_o value_v of_o all_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n lie_v within_o the_o same_o parish_n and_o of_o all_o fee-farme-rent_n quitrent_n rent_n of_o assize_n copyhold-rent_n or_o other_o dry-rent_n whatsoever_o issue_v out_o of_o the_o same_o parish_n also_o the_o name_n quality_n and_o habitation_n of_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a owner_n and_o proprietor_n thereof_o whether_o resiant_a in_o the_o same_o parish_n or_o elsewhere_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o the_o first_o entry_n thereof_o in_o his_o parochial_a registry_n shall_v be_v perfect_v and_o also_o the_o total_a annual_a value_n of_o all_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n within_o his_o parish_n or_o registry_n in_o one_o entire_a sum_n at_o the_o foot_n thereof_o 17._o certificate_n sub-province_n certificate_n each_o sub-provincial_a register_n shall_v likewise_o certify_v to_o his_o provincial_a register_n within_o who_o jurisdiction_n he_o shall_v respective_o be_v the_o several_a and_o respective_a name_n and_o value_v of_o all_o estate_n lie_v and_o be_v in_o his_o sub-province_n and_o the_o name_n quality_n and_o habitation_n of_o all_o person_n whatsoever_o owner_n thereof_o and_o also_o the_o whole_a clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o all_o such_o cast_v up_o in_o one_o sum_n at_o the_o foot_n thereof_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o his_o receipt_n of_o all_o the_o several_a parochial_a certificate_n aforesaid_a within_o his_o sub-province_n 18._o certificate_n province_n certificate_n each_o provincial_a register_n shall_v likewise_o certify_v to_o the_o national_a register_n within_o twenty_o day_n after_o his_o receipt_n of_o all_o the_o several_a certificate_n from_o the_o several_a register_n within_o his_o province_n the_o name_n quality_n and_o habitation_n of_o all_o person_n and_o person_n whatsoever_o not_o reside_v in_o his_o province_n who_o claim_v any_o estate_n in_o the_o same_o province_n and_o the_o whole_a yearly_a value_n of_o all_o estate_n so_o by_o they_o respective_o claim_v and_o also_o the_o whole_a and_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o whole_a province_n in_o one_o entire_a sum_n by_o its_o self_n 19_o certificate_n three_o year_n certificate_n the_o like_a certificate_n shall_v be_v make_v and_o renew_v every_o three_o year_n by_o several_a register_n aforesaid_a as_o follow_v each_o parochial_a register_n shall_v on_o or_o before_o the_o 10._o day_n of_o january_n triennial_o certify_v to_o the_o sub-provincial_a and_o each_o sub-provincial_a on_o or_o before_o the_o 30._o of_o the_o same_o month_n and_o the_o provincial_n to_o the_o national_a on_o or_o before_o the_o 20._o of_o february_n in_o the_o same_o year_n upon_o penalty_n of_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o 20_o li._n by_o each_o respective_a parochial_a register_n 40_o li._n by_o each_o sub-provincial_a register_n and_o 100_o li._n by_o each_o provincial_a register_n to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o republic_n to_o be_v levy_v by_o order_n of_o the_o next_o superintendent_n registerial_a court_n and_o also_o removal_n from_o their_o several_a registerial_a place_n of_o all_o register_n clerk_n or_o deputy_n who_o shall_v neglect_v the_o same_o 20._o month_n entry_n within_o six_o month_n the_o first_o entry_n to_o be_v make_v and_o perfect_v in_o all_o and_o every_o the_o respective_a registry_n aforesaid_a by_o the_o several_a owner_n occupant_n proprietor_n and_o claimant_n aforesaid_a within_o six_o month_n after_o erection_n of_o the_o registry_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o certificate_n to_o be_v all_o make_v and_o return_v and_o entry_n perfect_v thereof_o by_o every_o several_a and_o respective_a register_n within_o two_o month_n after_o the_o end_n of_o the_o say_v six_o month_n upon_o penalty_n to_o the_o register_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o upon_o double_a the_o penalty_n to_o each_o several_a and_o respective_a clerk_n assistant_n or_o deputy_n who_o shall_v neglect_v the_o same_o to_o what_o be_v impose_v on_o any_o provincial_a register_n and_o upon_o penalty_n of_o 500_o li._n to_o the_o national_a register_v himself_o 21._o seal_n national_a register_n seal_n the_o seal_n of_o the_o nation_n registry_n shall_v be_v the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n and_o the_o national_a register_n and_o his_o six_o assistant_n to_o be_v the_o keeper_n thereof_o the_o same_o not_o to_o be_v make_v use_n of_o to_o any_o purpose_n whatsoever_o save_v in_o presence_n of_o the_o national_a register_n

and_o in_o all_o case_n where_o witness_n live_v in_o the_o same_o parish_n or_o town_n they_o shall_v be_v examine_v viva_fw-la voce_fw-mi in_o open_a court_n if_o able_a to_o appear_v there_o if_o not_o the_o register_n his_o clerk_n assistant_n or_o deputy_n shall_v attend_v they_o and_o take_v their_o examination_n at_o least_o two_o day_n before_o the_o day_n of_o return_n 35._o summons_n execution_n of_o summons_n execution_n of_o all_o summons_n in_o the_o sub-provincial_a and_o parochial_a court_n for_o appearance_n at_o their_o own_o court_n shall_v be_v by_o the_o sheriff_n substitute_n and_o the_o constable_n for_o their_o respective_a liberty_n to_o who_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v direct_v or_o by_o their_o respective_a deputy_n inhabit_v in_o the_o same_o village_n or_o hamlet_n where_o the_o party_n to_o be_v summon_v life_n whereof_o return_n shall_v be_v make_v the_o next_o court-day_n upon_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o party_n employ_v and_o one_o witness_n more_o inhabit_v within_o the_o same_o village_n for_o in_o all_o case_n upon_o the_o oath_n of_o two_o witness_n shall_v every_o truth_n be_v establish_v to_o which_o end_n care_n shall_v be_v take_v that_o person_n of_o quality_n be_v take_v for_o witness_n who_o in_o case_n false_a testimony_n shall_v be_v prove_v to_o be_v give_v by_o they_o shall_v make_v satisfaction_n to_o the_o party_n by_o such_o false_a testimony_n wrong_v according_a to_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o court_n in_o that_o behalf_n 36._o decree_n execution_n of_o judgement_n and_o decree_n execution_n of_o all_o judgement_n decree_n and_o order_n of_o the_o national_a provincial_a and_o sub-provincial_a court_n shall_v be_v do_v by_o the_o sheriff_n his_o deputy_n or_o substitute_n within_o six_o day_n after_o his_o receipt_n thereof_o and_o within_o six_o day_n more_o return_n shall_v be_v make_v thereof_o to_o the_o respective_a register_n who_o send_v the_o same_o 37._o judgement_n of_o parochial_a judgement_n execution_n of_o all_o parochial_a judgement_n decree_n and_o order_n shall_v be_v do_v by_o the_o constable_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o his_o substitute_n live_v within_o the_o same_o village_n or_o hamlet_n where_o execution_n be_v to_o be_v do_v for_o which_o the_o constable_n shall_v be_v responsible_a the_o four_o day_n work_n a_o parliament_n well_o choose_v parliament_n parliament_n tie_v the_o hand_n of_o all_o exormity_n it_o best_o provide_v in_o public_a case_n so_o here_o it_o come_v the_o next_o in_o place_n 1._o let_v annual_o a_o parliament_n be_v elect_v and_o each_o person_n who_o whole_a estate_n shall_v be_v enter_v in_o the_o registry_n as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v capable_a of_o elect_v or_o be_v elect_v but_o none_o other_o the_o elector_n to_o have_v estate_n of_o 5_o li._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la or_o 100_o li._n in_o money_n or_o upward_o enter_v and_o certify_v as_o aforesaid_a 2._o election_n parochial_a election_n each_o first_o court-day_n to_o be_v hold_v in_o every_o parochial_a registry_n in_o january_n yearly_a all_o the_o inhabitant_n elector_n shall_v each_o personal_o present_v his_o paper_n seal_v up_o to_o the_o register_n wherein_o shall_v be_v write_v the_o name_n of_o two_o such_o person_n only_o of_o that_o parish_n as_o he_o shall_v think_v most_o worthy_a to_o be_v representee_n at_o the_o public_a election_n without_o subscription_n of_o his_o own_o name_n all_o which_o paper_n shall_v be_v put_v into_o a_o box_n or_o chest_n with_o a_o hole_n in_o the_o top_n lock_v or_o seal_v with_o three_o several_a lock_n or_o seal_n one_o key_n or_o seal_n whereof_o shall_v be_v keep_v by_o the_o constable_n one_o by_o the_o minister_n and_o a_o three_o by_o the_o churchwarden_n of_o the_o same_o parish_n or_o some_o of_o they_o and_o when_o all_o such_o paper_n shall_v be_v receive_v and_o put_v therein_o as_o aforesaid_a the_o box_n to_o be_v open_v and_o the_o paper_n also_o in_o presence_n and_o open_a view_n of_o the_o court_n and_o five_o person_n who_o shall_v have_v most_o nomination_n in_o the_o paper_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v the_o representee_n of_o that_o parish_n in_o all_o public_a election_n and_o transaction_n for_o that_o year_n 3._o election_n sub-provincial_a election_n the_o several_a repesentee_n of_o the_o several_a parish_n within_o each_o sub-province_n shall_v meet_v at_o the_o next_o sub-provincial_a court_n for_o that_o hundred_o and_o shall_v there_o give_v their_o paper_n seal_v to_o the_o box_n to_o be_v keep_v under_o the_o seal_v several_a of_o the_o register_n the_o sheriff_n deputy_n and_o the_o next_o justice_n of_o peace_n for_o the_o time_n be_v with_o each_o two_o name_n write_v therein_o and_o when_o all_o the_o paper_n shall_v be_v receive_v the_o box_n and_o paper_n shall_v be_v open_v and_o examine_v in_o open_a court_n and_o those_o two_o person_n within_o that_o sub-province_n who_o shall_v have_v most_o name_n or_o be_v often_o name_v in_o the_o paper_n shall_v be_v the_o representee_n of_o that_o sub-province_n for_o that_o year_n 4._o election_n provincial_n election_n the_o several_a sub_n provincial_a representee_n shall_v the_o next_o court-day_n to_o be_v hold_v for_o that_o province_n meet_v at_o the_o provincial_a court_n and_o there_o each_o shall_v give_v his_o paper_n seal_v up_o with_o two_o name_n only_o write_v therein_o to_o the_o like_a box_n there_o to_o be_v keep_v by_o the_o register_n the_o sheriff_n the_o major_a of_o the_o corporation_n where_o the_o office_n shall_v be_v keep_v and_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n under_o their_o several_a lock_n or_o seal_n till_o all_o the_o paper_n shall_v be_v receive_v thereinto_o and_o when_o all_o the_o paper_n shall_v be_v receive_v the_o box_n and_o paper_n shall_v be_v open_v and_o four_o choose_v who_o have_v most_o voice_n for_o the_o representee_n for_o that_o province_n for_o that_o year_n and_o for_o york_n six_o viz._n each_o ride_v then_o 5._o elect_v person_n elect_v to_o be_v resiant_n in_o the_o country_n for_o which_o they_o be_v to_o be_v elect_v it_o be_v to_o be_v observe_v that_o in_o each_o county_n or_o province_n twice_o so_o many_o representee_n shall_v be_v elect_v as_o be_v clerk_n assistant_n to_o the_o provincial_a register_n in_o that_o county_n and_o so_o in_o the_o province_n of_o york_n six_o representee_n shall_v be_v choose_v viz._n for_o each_o ride_v one_o who_o shall_v be_v resident_n within_o the_o same_o ride_v and_o so_o in_o the_o respective_a province_n where_o four_o be_v only_o to_o be_v they_o shall_v be_v for_o each_o clerk_n assistant_n jurisdiction_n two_o who_o shall_v be_v resident_a within_o the_o same_o and_o no_o person_n shall_v serve_v for_o any_o other_o place_n then_o where_o his_o constant_a residence_n shall_v be_v neither_o shall_v any_o person_n be_v elect_v who_o shall_v be_v solicit_v for_o either_o by_o letter_n message_n or_o otherways_o from_o any_o gentleman_n governor_n or_o commander_n of_o what_o rank_n quality_n or_o condition_n soever_o but_o that_o upon_o appearance_n thereof_o to_o the_o court_n all_o such_o shall_v be_v reject_v as_o unworthy_a and_o not_o to_o be_v admit_v of_o two_o year_n to_o be_v elect_v to_o the_o end_n all_o election_n may_v be_v free_a neither_o shall_v any_o person_n or_o person_n by_o who_o any_o letter_n shall_v be_v send_v or_o invitation_n make_v on_o any_o other_o behalf_n be_v elect_v for_o three_o year_n after_o whereby_o colour_n shall_v be_v prevent_v 6._o election_n corporation_n election_n each_o corporation_n who_o shall_v be_v at_o the_o charge_n may_v after_o the_o same_o manner_n chuve_fw-fr particular_a representees_n or_o may_v involve_v themselves_o into_o the_o sub-provincial_a election_n and_o there_o share_v with_o their_o neighbour_n for_o each_o representee_n shall_v have_v quarterly_o pay_v he_o during_o his_o time_n of_o service_n for_o the_o public_a twenty_o mark_n for_o none_o shall_v serve_v the_o public_a at_o his_o own_o charge_n nor_o none_o shall_v have_v so_o much_o allowance_n as_o mere_o for_o salary_n to_o invite_v he_o to_o the_o work_n 7._o presentatives_n number_n of_o presentatives_n for_o each_o county_n shall_v be_v choose_v four_o and_o for_o york_n six_o as_o aforesaid_a which_o shall_v be_v the_o representee_n for_o the_o whole_a county_n or_o province_n for_o which_o they_o shall_v be_v choose_v that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o each_o respective_a jurisdiction_n two_o and_o each_o sub-province_n shall_v elect_v two_o likewise_o who_o shall_v serve_v by_o turn_n that_o be_v to_o say_v one_o the_o one_o half_a the_o year_n and_o the_o other_o the_o other_o half_o he_o that_o have_v the_o pre-eminence_n in_o election_n to_o proceed_v in_o service_n and_o where_o equal_a number_n shall_v be_v elector_n the_o decision_n to_o be_v by_o lot_n 9_o depend_v none_o to_o be_v elect_v who_o shall_v have_v any_o suit_n in_o law_n depend_v no_o person_n who_o have_v any_o suit_n or_o cause_n

depend_v in_o law_n shall_v be_v elect_v nor_o be_v a_o elector_n for_o in_o all_o such_o case_n each_o act_n his_o own_o play_n neither_o shall_v any_o member_n of_o parliament_n for_o or_o during_o that_o year_n for_o which_o his_o service_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v receive_v any_o reward_n or_o compensation_n for_o loss_n salary_n or_o service_n other_o than_o his_o salary_n which_o shall_v quarterly_o be_v allow_v he_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v pay_v by_o the_o respective_a officer_n for_o the_o liberty_n for_o which_o he_o shall_v serve_v 10._o that_o the_o parliament_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o make_v and_o after_o law_n to_o treat_v of_o and_o conclude_v peace_n and_o war._n 11._o month_n committee_n for_o petition_n and_o grievance_n to_o be_v dispatch_v within_o a_o month_n that_o within_o one_o week_n after_o the_o sit_v of_o each_o respective_a parlaiemnt_n a_o committee_n shall_v be_v appoint_v to_o receive_v all_o petition_n and_o grievance_n and_o to_o read_v and_o consider_v thereof_o and_o such_o as_o be_v fit_a to_o present_v to_o the_o house_n to_o offer_v the_o same_o so_o as_o answer_v may_v within_o one_o month_n be_v give_v thereof_o for_o it_o ill_o become_v a_o free_a state_n to_o shut_v the_o door_n eye_n or_o ear_n of_o justice_n to_o any_o suppliant_a by_o which_o mean_v some_o hundred_o have_v perish_v of_o late_a year_n who_o blood_n it_o may_v be_v fear_v be_v not_o yet_o pacify_v 12._o li._n he_o that_o refuse_v to_o serve_v in_o parliament_n to_o pay_v 20_o li._n that_o none_o though_o elect_v shall_v be_v force_v to_o serve_v in_o parliament_n but_o if_o any_o shall_v refuse_v he_o shall_v contribute_v 20_o li._n towards_o the_o charge_n of_o the_o next_o election_n unless_o in_o case_n of_o sickness_n or_o any_o bodily_a infirmity_n in_o which_o case_n none_o shall_v be_v compel_v beyond_o his_o strength_n he_o be_v free_o to_o be_v excuse_v and_o the_o next_o in_o order_n to_o supply_v his_o place_n and_o where_o two_o or_o more_o shall_v be_v equal_o elect_v that_o be_v to_o say_v by_o equal_a number_n of_o elector_n decision_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o lot_n and_o not_o otherways_o 13._o parliament_n none_o of_o the_o two_o last_o to_o be_v in_o any_o the_o nextsuccee_a parliament_n none_o shall_v be_v elect_v a_o member_n of_o any_o succeed_a parliament_n who_o serve_v as_o member_n of_o either_o of_o the_o two_o last_o precede_v parliament_n the_o same_o rule_n annual_o to_o be_v observe_v but_o that_o freedom_n of_o all_o the_o nation_n be_v further_o admit_v and_o in_o all_o other_o officer_n of_o inferior_a rank_n in_o the_o whole_a commonwealth_n the_o registries_n except_v which_o be_v not_o to_o be_v alter_v unless_o in_o case_n of_o corruption_n neglect_n or_o abuse_v of_o trust_n so_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v free_a for_o each_o person_n who_o shall_v carry_v himself_o worthy_a thereof_o to_o be_v elect_v neither_o shall_v any_o man_n meanness_n of_o estate_n hinder_v his_o election_n if_o his_o part_n be_v such_o as_o the_o neighbourhood_n may_v confide_v therein_o but_o all_o person_n who_o estate_n be_v entrable_a in_o the_o sub-provincial_a registry_n be_v capable_a if_o they_o be_v according_o qualify_v of_o elect_v or_o be_v elect_v for_o they_o be_v term_n convertible_a the_o elect_a be_v a_o elector_n and_o the_o elector_n may_v be_v elect_v each_o have_v his_o single_a voice_n by_o his_o paper_n in_o the_o box_n month_n provincial_n representee_n to_o have_v double_a voice_n to_o the_o sub-provincial_a representee_n to_o serve_v only_o for_o six_o month_n and_o no_o more_o 14._o each_o provincial_a reprosentee_n convene_v in_o parliament_n shall_v have_v a_o double_a voice_n to_o each_o sub-provincial_a all_o voice_n to_o be_v give_v by_o ball_n wherein_o each_o provincial_n shall_v have_v two_o ball_n and_o each_o sub-provincial_a one_o ball_n but_o in_o the_o council_n of_o state_n they_o shall_v have_v equal_a voice_n 15._o the_o person_n elect_v shall_v serve_v by_o turn_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o be_v to_o say_v one_o half_a for_o six_o month_n and_o the_o other_o half_a for_o other_o six-month_n and_o for_o each_o six_o month_n one_o for_o each_o provincial_n ride_v and_o one_o for_o each_o sub-provincial_a registry_n shall_v meet_v at_o westminster_n the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n annual_o if_o it_o fall_v not_o on_o the_o lord_n day_n if_o so_o the_o day_n follow_v and_o there_o enter_v the_o house_n of_o parliament_n shall_v choose_v their_o speaker_n and_o take_v upon_o they_o the_o government_n of_o the_o nation_n for_o their_o time_n allot_v and_o at_o the_o end_n thereof_o leave_v the_o same_o to_o their_o successor_n whereof_o sixty_o to_o make_v a_o house_n and_o not_o under_o 16._o state_n council_n of_o state_n the_o first_o work_n they_o shall_v do_v after_o their_o meeting_n in_o march_n next_o shall_v be_v to_o elect_v forty_o person_n out_o of_o their_o whole_a number_n elect_v for_o that_o year_n to_o be_v a_o council_n of_o state_n twenty_o whereof_o shall_v be_v out_o of_o the_o number_n of_o the_o person_n then_o convene_v and_o twenty_o more_o out_o of_o the_o person_n to_o convene_v in_o september_n follow_v these_o forty_o person_n for_o the_o first_o year_n so_o elect_v to_o serve_v as_o member_n of_o the_o council_n for_o a_o whole_a year_n from_o the_o time_n of_o their_o respective_a convention_n and_o that_o twenty_o of_o the_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v continue_v in_o council_n till_o the_o first_o of_o march_n next_o shall_v continue_v there_o till_o the_o ten_o of_o september_n next_o the_o member_n yearly_a to_o be_v choose_v for_o the_o council_n to_o meet_v in_o council_n annual_o the_o ten_o of_o march_n and_o ten_o of_o september_n as_o their_o turn_n come_v and_o all_o who_o shall_v be_v elect_v to_o serve_v in_o council_n shall_v there_o serve_v one_o whole_a year_n and_o no_o long_o whereby_o engross_a of_o power_n and_o destroy_n of_o body_n shall_v be_v avoid_v any_o fifteen_o to_o be_v a_o council_n and_o not_o under_o 17._o each_o member_n shall_v forfeit_v 2_o li._n parliament_n forfeiture_n for_o not_o attend_v in_o parliament_n which_o shall_v not_o meet_v in_o parliament_n the_o first_o day_n whereon_o his_o service_n be_v to_o commence_v and_o for_o every_o day_n after_o which_o he_o shall_v be_v absent_a during_o the_o time_n of_o his_o appoint_a sit_v either_o in_o parliament_n or_o council_n without_o licence_n 20_o s._n unless_o in_o case_n of_o bodily_a distemper_n or_o weakness_n not_o
