that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o person_n and_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v license_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v observe_v and_o conform_v he_o and_o themselves_o to_o the_o rule_n and_o provision_n herein_o after_o set_v down_o that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o every_o coachman_n license_v shall_v have_v a_o mark_v of_o distinction_n upon_o his_o coach_n by_o figure_n or_o otherwise_o as_o the_o court_n of_o the_o lord_n mayor_n and_o alderman_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o the_o end_n they_o may_v be_v know_v in_o case_n they_o shall_v misbehave_v themselves_o and_o also_o to_o distinguish_v they_o from_o coachman_n vnlicence_v and_o that_o none_o shall_v put_v the_o same_o mark_n or_o distinction_n upon_o his_o coach_n that_o be_v appoint_v for_o any_o other_o coach_n nor_o shall_v for_o hire_n drive_v or_o use_v any_o coach_n except_o as_o aforesaid_a that_o be_v not_o so_o mark_v or_o distinguish_v and_o further_o that_o no_o hackney-coachman_n so_o to_o be_v license_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v take_v for_o his_o hire_n above_o the_o rate_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v ten_o shilling_n for_o one_o day_n reckon_v twelve_o hour_n to_o the_o day_n and_o by_o the_o hour_n not_o above_o eighteen_o penny_n for_o the_o first_o hour_n and_o twelve_o penny_n for_o every_o hour_n after_o and_o from_o the_o inn_n of_o court_n or_o thereabouts_o within_o this_o city_n to_o any_o part_n of_o st._n james_n or_o city_n of_o westminster_n except_o beyond_o tuttle-street_n above_o twelve_o penny_n and_o the_o same_o price_n from_o the_o same_o place_n to_o the_o say_a inn_n of_o court_n or_o place_n thereabouts_o within_o this_o city_n and_o from_o any_o of_o the_o inn_n of_o court_n or_o place_n thereabouts_o within_o this_o city_n to_o the_o royal_a exchange_n or_o place_n of_o the_o like_a distance_n twelve_o penny_n and_o so_o from_o the_o say_a place_n to_o the_o say_a inn_n of_o court_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o the_o like_a rate_n from_o and_o to_o any_o place_n at_o the_o like_a distance_n with_o the_o place_n beforementioned_a upon_o pain_n that_o every_o coachman_n refuse_v to_o go_v for_o the_o say_a rate_n or_o exact_v more_o for_o his_o hire_n than_o the_o several_a rate_n herein_o before_o appointed_n or_o offend_a in_o any_o of_o the_o particular_n aforemention_v shall_v forfeit_v and_o pay_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o ten_o shilling_n of_o good_a english_a money_n to_o be_v levy_v by_o distress_n or_o action_n of_o debt_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o the_o person_n so_o to_o be_v license_v and_o every_o of_o and_o person_n offend_a in_o any_o of_o the_o say_a case_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o ten_o shilling_n of_o like_a lawful_a english_a money_n to_o be_v levy_v and_o recover_v by_o distress_n or_o action_n of_o debt_n in_o manner_n beforementioned_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o none_o of_o the_o say_a coachman_n shall_v use_v or_o drive_v two_o coach_n at_o the_o same_o time_n with_o one_o figure_n on_o the_o penalty_n of_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n to_o be_v levy_v and_o recover_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a and_o be_v it_o also_o further_o enact_v that_o once_o in_o every_o year_n a_o view_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o order_n of_o this_o court_n of_o the_o fitness_n of_o the_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v license_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n their_o servant_n horse_n and_o coach_n for_o the_o service_n to_o which_o they_o be_v license_v after_o which_o view_n as_o aforesaid_a once_o in_o every_o year_n the_o the_o say_a city_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o that_o then_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o offend_a shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o time_n wherein_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v offend_v in_o the_o
