bind_v over_o the_o master_n to_o the_o next_o quarter-session_n where_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o any_o four_o of_o they_o 1._o qu._n or_o the_o head-officer_n with_o the_o consent_n of_o 3_o not_o above_o three_o day_n at_o one_o time_n xxxvi_o the_o forfeiture_n aforesaid_a except_o those_o otherwise_o limit_v shall_v be_v divide_v betwixt_o the_o queen_n and_o the_o prosecutor_n and_o town_n corporate_a shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o head-officer_n to_o be_v collect_v as_o other_o fine_n and_o amerciament_n for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o same_o to_n xlii_o when_o a_o apprentice_n depart_v from_o his_o master_n service_n into_o another_o county_n or_o corporation_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a
he_o be_v so_o receive_v until_o final_a judgement_n give_v to_o the_o demandant_n iii_o here_o if_o the_o demandant_n recover_v the_o defendant_n shall_v be_v grievous_o amerce_v and_o if_o he_o
