prejudice_v any_o any_o princess_n pretence_n or_o succession_n to_o any_o crown_n or_o dignity_n in_o the_o world_n but_o rather_o do_v hold_v that_o he_o ought_v to_o enjoy_v his_o pre-eminence_n but_o yet_o that_o he_o 〈◊〉_d not_o pr●judicall_a thereby_o to_o the_o whole_a body_n which_o be_v ever_o 〈◊〉_d be_v respect_v more_o than_o any_o one_o person_n whatsoever_o the_o nine_o speech_n according_a to_o law_n both_o civil_a and_o canon_n which_o be_v great_a reason_n it_o be_v a_o matter_n most_o certain_a that_o he_o who_o be_v judge_n and_o have_v to_o give_v sentence_n in_o the_o thing_n itself_o be_v also_o to_o judge_v of_o the_o cause_n for_o thereof_o be_v he_o call_v judge_n and_o if_o he_o have_v authority_n in_o the_o one_o good_a reason_n he_o shall_v also_o have_v the_o prince_n or_o pretender_n to_o the_o crown_n then_o must_v we_o also_o confess_v that_o the_o same_o common_a wealth_n have_v authority_n to_o judge_v of_o the_o lawfulness_n of_o the_o cause_n and_o consider_v further_o that_o it_o be_v in_o their_o own_o affair_n and_o in_o a_o matter_n that_o have_v his_o whole_a beginning_n continuance_n and_o subsistence_n from_o they_o alone_o i_o mean_v from_o the_o common_a wealth_n for_o that_o no_o man_n be_v king_n or_o prince_n by_o institution_n of_o nature_n as_o before_o have_v be_v declare_v but_o every_o king_n and_o king_n son_n another_o as_o they_o do_v often_o in_o england_n during_o the_o contention_n between_o york_n and_o lancaster_n and_o in_o other_o like_a occasion_n what_o can_v a_o private_a man_n judge_v
