we_o falshearted_o and_o cowardly_o not_o only_o not_o due_o strive_v against_o and_o resist_v it_o but_o even_o base_o yield_v unto_o it_o so_o infirm_a be_v our_o best_a ability_n that_o our_o may_v not_o sit_v still_o in_o quiet_a till_o we_o get_v ease_n by_o repentance_n the_o conscience_n like_o a_o stomach_n that_o be_v displease_v with_o meat_n do_v vomit_n till_o she_o can_v be_v as_o our_o word_n and_o thus_o consider_v after_o a_o while_o we_o begin_v to_o feel_v out_o the_o knot_n that_o indeed_o it_o be_v no_o marvel_n why_o we_o can_v not_o perform_v that_o which_o we_o do_v promise_v when-as_a we_o do_v promise_v that_o which_o we_o can_v not_o perform_v that_o which_o of_o ourselves_o we_o be_v no_o way_n able_a to_o bring_v to_o pass_v now_o therefore_o it_o be_v easy_a to_o see_v the_o folly_n of_o our_o too-violent_a and_o vehement_a earnestness_n in_o say_v we_o will_v do_v this_o and_o we_o will_v do_v that_o the_o which_o be_v not_o in_o our_o power_n to_o effect_v and_o therefore_o more_o due_o weigh_v within_o ourselves_o that_o it_o be_v god_n alone_o who_o work_v both_o the_o will_n and_o the_o deed_n as_o saint_n paul_n speak_v we_o learn_v desire_n we_o may_v also_o in_o saint_n paul_n word_n true_o say_v that_o we_o labour_v labour_n in_o our_o mind_n to_o be_v rid_v of_o sin_n and_o to_o attain_v some_o better_a condition_n of_o life_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v not_o we_o but_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n which_o be_v with_o we_o it_o be_v our_o labour_n and_o it_o be_v not_o we_o something_o there_o be_v no_o question_n in_o we_o to_o set_v forward_o in_o the_o business_n and_o yet_o this_o something_o without_o god_n we_o do_v sufficient_o find_v to_o be_v even_o as_o nothing_o we_o may_v as_o indeed_o we_o must_v be_v do_v and_o so_o we_o our_o endeavour_n but_o let_v we_o know_v and_o be_v assure_v that_o there_o can_v be_v no_o harvest_n except_o god_n prosper_v it_o for_o it_o shall_v be_v like_o the_o corn_n grow_v mean_v his_o natural_a inclination_n to_o some_o virtue_n more_o than_o ordinary_a the_o evil_a angel_n his_o natural_a inclination_n to_o some_o vice_n above_o the_o rest_n if_o we_o do_v keep_v out_o this_o evil_a angel_n this_o devil_n of_o we_o this_o satan_n and_o deceiver_n at_o arm_n end_n that_o be_v not_o suffer_v the_o temptation_n to_o enter_v in_o too_o near_o unto_o we_o we_o even_o this_o so_o poor_a a_o hope_n can_v we_o hardly_o grant_v ourselves_o o_o now_o shall_v we_o think_v how_o happy_a be_v that_o soul_n that_o be_v but_o in_o probability_n of_o salvation_n oh_o it_o be_v not_o preferment_n credit_n rich_a apparel_n or_o outward_a pleasure_n the_o common_a joy_n and_o felicity_n of_o this_o world_n that_o stand_v high_a in_o our_o esteem_n we_o can_v now_o value_v these_o earthly_a thing_n true_o as_o they_o be_v even_o as_o nothing_o we_o envy_v not_o the_o happiness_n of_o those_o that_o have_v they_o nor_o be_v we_o discontent_a to_o be_v without_o and_o this_o transcendent_a unhappiness_n of_o the_o mind_n which_o be_v now_o so_o full_a of_o the_o hell_n of_o torment_a distemper_n and_o despair_n that_o we_o can_v think_v ourselves_o possible_o capable_a of_o that_o most_o holy_a place_n and_o glorious_a condition_n which_o be_v only_o fit_a for_o the_o purity_n of_o saint_n and_o angel_n yet_o be_v there_o no_o question_n a_o kind_n of_o close_a stubbornness_n usual_o join_v with_o it_o even_o in_o this_o our_o low_a dejection_n thus_o i_o say_v there_o may_v be_v though_o we_o do_v not_o all_o perceive_v it_o too_o much_o stomach_n in_o we_o too_o much_o stomach_n as_o much_o as_o to_o say_v since_o that_o god_n have_v not_o deliver_v we_o from_o these_o sin_n and_o wretched_a untowardness_n we_o be_v therefore_o as_o it_o be_v
