yet_o there_o be_v a_o condescension_n to_o low_a estate_n under_o both_o to_o believe_v jew_n and_o gentile_n even_o in_o outward_a ministry_n help_n and_o service_n but_o all_o centre_n in_o the_o inward_a life_n and_o substance_n christ_n minister_n both_o immediate_o and_o instrumental_o both_o in_o doctrine_n of_o faith_n and_o practice_n both_o with_o respect_n to_o divine_a faith_n and_o a_o christian_a conversation_n good_a order_n and_o society_n under_o his_o government_n in_o his_o church_n and_o therefore_o all_o the_o effect_n and_o precept_n of_o the_o new_a covenant_n be_v not_o confine_v within_o to_o a_o invisibility_n because_o that_o covenant_n be_v inward_a and_o the_o law_n of_o it_o first_o write_v in_o the_o heart_n we_o can_v reduce_v and_o confine_v our_o assembly_n society_n and_o christian_n counsel_n and_o admonition_n which_o many_o have_v need_n of_o all_o to_o a_o invisibility_n because_o the_o new_a covenant_n be_v invisible_a for_o visible_a church-government_n discipline_n etc._n etc._n but_o be_v still_o contrary_a to_o the_o say_a epistle_n sign_v by_o he_o arthur_z eastmead_n and_o other_o at_z anne_z traver_n 1673._o as_o also_o contradictory_n to_o what_o he_o himself_o have_v grant_v p._n 23._o 3d_o part_n in_o these_o word_n viz._n not_o that_o i_o will_v be_v hereby_o understand_v that_o it_o be_v not_o necessary_a to_o be_v in_o the_o exercise_n of_o outward_a order_n with_o respect_n to_o that_o gospel_n discipline_n which_o become_v the_o church_n of_o christ_n thus_o w._n r._n have_v grant_v both_o outward_a church-government_n and_o the_o outward_a method_n and_o form_n thereof_o as_o also_o observe_v further_o how_o manifest_o he_o have_v overturn_v his_o work_n by_o what_o follow_v and_o therein_o behold_v w._n r_n self-confutation_n in_o his_o own_o word_n 3d_o part_n p._n 82_o 83._o viz._n i_o doubt_v not_o but_o there_o be_v many_o who_o be_v ready_a to_o conclude_v that_o a_o universal_a unity_n ought_v to_o be_v establish_v in_o the_o church_n by_o the_o assistance_n of_o outward_a instrument_n that_o as_o we_o be_v member_n of_o one_o body_n so_o we_o may_v not_o only_o be_v one_o in_o faith_n one_o in_o doctrine_n but_o also_o one_o in_o practice_n with_o relation_n to_o discipline_n order_n and_o outward_a form_n of_o government_n my_o soul_n shall_v rejoice_v to_o see_v that_o day_n wherein_o we_o may_v be_v all_o so_o lead_v by_o the_o appearance_n of_o christ_n spirit_n in_o we_o under_o his_o government_n which_o ought_v to_o be_v exalt_v over_o all_o as_o that_o this_o oneness_n may_v thereby_o be_v witness_v among_o all_o the_o family_n of_o god_n people_n at_o this_o day_n thus_o far_o w._n r._n we_o need_v not_o explicate_v upon_o this_o passage_n it_o call_v they_o a_o image_n a_o idol_n etc._n etc._n but_o w._n r._n appear_v more_o warey_a in_o this_o point_n in_o not_o so_o direct_o and_o absolute_o oppose_v the_o meeting_n themselves_o as_o some_o have_v do_v but_o only_o give_v a_o history_n of_o the_o different_a sense_n and_o jealousy_n of_o some_o about_o they_o as_o also_o his_o friend_n j._n w._n and_o j._n s._n write_v more_o cautious_o in_o this_o point_n of_o woman_n meeting_n in_o these_o word_n viz._n that_o it_o be_v not_o agreeable_a with_o the_o line_n of_o truth_n to_o oppose_v other_o in_o the_o exercise_n and_o appoint_a service_n of_o the_o say_a meeting_n who_o be_v conscious_a therein_o etc._n etc._n and_o if_o it_o shall_v please_v the_o lord_n to_o manifest_v a_o service_n in_o those_o meeting_n in_o the_o country_n as_o well_o as_o city_n the_o same_o integrity_n towards_o god_n which_o have_v dwell_v with_o we_o these_o many_o year_n past_a we_o believe_v will_v become_v a_o bond_n on_o we_o to_o join_v hand_n and_o heart_n with_o other_o our_o brethren_n and_o sister_n therein_o etc._n etc._n thus_o far_o j._n w._n and_o j._n s._n four_o part_n pag._n 38._o herein_o they_o appear_v meeting_n that_o they_o may_v have_v the_o advantage_n thereof_o in_o order_n to_o their_o furtherance_n in_o the_o truth_n and_o service_n as_o the_o lord_n shall_v make_v they_o capable_a for_o from_o who_o he_o distinguish_v the_o christian-quaker_n in_o his_o title_n page_n and_o yet_o as_o person_n not_o irrecoverable_o fall_v but_o that_o they_o may_v be_v restore_v to_o a_o true_a sight_n and_o sense_n unto_o repentance_n but_o how_o notorious_o in_o this_o matter_n have_v he_o contradict_v the_o testimony_n of_o his_o frequent_o term_v two_o ancient_a and_o honourable_a
