admit_v that_o god_n alone_o have_v the_o royalty_n over_o conscience_n but_o than_o it_o must_v be_v add_v that_o god_n by_o that_o power_n which_o he_o have_v over_o the_o conscience_n do_v also_o of_o mind_n do_v proceed_v from_o the_o ill_a disposition_n of_o it_o and_o man_n can_v reconcile_v their_o duty_n with_o their_o interest_n why_o then_o indeed_o our_o state-physician_n must_v cure_v it_o as_o they_o can_v by_o gentle_a application_n or_o severe_a remedy_n as_o the_o distemper_n be_v not_o so_o hurtful_a or_o as_o it_o be_v ulcerous_a and_o inveterate_a but_o some_o man_n tenderness_n be_v shrewd_o to_o be_v suspect_v when_o it_o shall_v be_v consider_v that_o most_o of_o those_o thing_n for_o which_o they_o so_o earnest_o contend_v against_o the_o law_n do_v evident_o serve_v the_o end_n of_o money_n and_o ambition_n and_o have_v great_a design_n upon_o riches_n and_o power_n than_o heaven_n or_o the_o soul_n of_o their_o proselyte_n and_o let_v the_o indifferent_a and_o unconcern_v part_n of_o the_o world_n determine_v when_o man_n shall_v cry_v out_o tenderness_n of_o mind_n against_o the_o prince_n law_n and_o have_v no_o tenderness_n at_o all_o for_o his_o person_n when_o they_o shall_v scruple_n his_o command_n but_o make_v no_o scruple_n to_o invade_v his_o right_n when_o they_o themselves_o can_v kneel_v at_o the_o communion_n and_o yet_o shall_v make_v their_o king_n kneel_v to_o a_o block_n when_o they_o shall_v endeavour_v to_o set_v up_o christ_n kingdom_n only_o as_o a_o pretence_n to_o pull_v down_o caesar_n and_o make_v way_n for_o their_o unlimited_a usurpation_n when_o it_o shall_v be_v no_o treason_n to_o fight_v against_o the_o king_n nor_o no_o sacrilege_n to_o make_v themselves_o rich_a with_o church-plate_n and_o church-revenue_n every_o man_n in_o these_o case_n can_v see_v with_o half_a a_o eye_n that_o tenderness_n of_o mind_n can_v have_v no_o good_a meaning_n and_o the_o law_n must_v not_o be_v overbear_v
