whatsoever_o thou_o have_v and_o pay_v the_o debt_n although_o he_o may_v go_v forward_o and_o say_v thou_o must_v pay_v for_o this_o my_o law_n require_v which_o i_o will_v not_o have_v abrogate_a for_o thy_o sake_n yet_o will_v he_o not_o deal_v with_o he_o by_o the_o law_n but_o change_v the_o law_n into_o grace_n and_o favour_n take_v pity_n on_o he_o and_o dimiss_v he_o with_o his_o wife_n child_n and_o all_o his_o substance_n and_o do_v also_o forgive_v he_o the_o debt_n this_o be_v that_o which_o god_n suffer_v to_o be_v preach_v by_o the_o gospel_n unto_o he_o that_o believe_v be_v remit_v not_o only_o the_o fault_n but_o also_o the_o punishment_n and_o that_o of_o mere_a mercy_n not_o for_o any_o work_v sake_n for_o he_o that_o preach_v that_o by_o work_n the_o fault_n and_o the_o punishment_n may_v be_v put_v away_o have_v even_o then_o deny_v the_o gospel_n together_o mercy_n and_o merit_n can_v not_o agree_v together_o forasmuch_o as_o these_o two_o can_v not_o agree_v together_o that_o god_n have_v mercy_n on_o thou_o and_o yet_o that_o thou_o do_v merit_v some_o thing_n for_o if_o it_o be_v grace_n it_o be_v not_o merit_v but_o if_o it_o be_v merit_n then_o shall_v it_o not_o be_v grace_n but_o debt_n for_o if_o thou_o pay_v thy_o debt_n he_o show_v thou_o no_o mercy_n but_o if_o he_o show_v thou_o mercy_n thou_o do_v not_o make_v payment_n wherefore_o we_o must_v needs_o acknowledge_v his_o mercy_n towards_o we_o we_o must_v receive_v of_o he_o and_o believe_v in_o he_o which_o the_o gospel_n here_o require_v after_o therefore_o that_o this_o servant_n be_v thus_o humble_v with_o the_o knowledge_n of_o his_o sin_n the_o word_n be_v exceed_o comfortable_a unto_o he_o wherein_o the_o lord_n pronounce_v he_o free_a and_o forgive_v he_o both_o the_o fault_n and_o the_o punishment_n profit_v who_o the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n profit_v whereby_o be_v also_o declare_v that_o it_o touch_v not_o sluggish_a heart_n that_o feel_v no_o sin_n neither_o those_o that_o be_v carry_v with_o rashness_n but_o only_o such_o afflict_a conscience_n as_o be_v press_v with_o the_o heavy_a burden_n of_o their_o sin_n which_o do_v great_o desire_v to_o be_v deliver_v from_o they_o of_o they_o god_n have_v mercy_n and_o forgive_v they_o all_o wherefore_o it_o behove_v this_o servant_n to_o receive_v the_o word_n for_o unless_o he_o have_v receive_v it_o forgiveness_n have_v profit_v nothing_o nay_o there_o have_v be_v no_o forgiveness_n at_o all_o it_o be_v not_o therefore_o enough_o that_o god_n suffer_v remission_n of_o sin_n and_o a_o golden_a year_n full_a of_o grace_n to_o be_v preach_v unto_o we_o but_o it_o be_v necessary_a that_o we_o receive_v and_o believe_v it_o in_o heart_n if_o thou_o believe_v thou_o be_v free_a from_o and_o obtain_v grace_n for_o the_o divine_a majesty_n alone_o behold_v our_o misery_n have_v pity_n upon_o we_o for_o the_o text_n show_v manifest_o that_o god_n pardon_v and_o forgive_v they_o that_o have_v nothing_o and_o conclude_v that_o we_o have_v nothing_o leave_v wherewith_o we_o may_v pay_v god_n howsoever_o therefore_o thou_o have_v free_a will_n in_o temporal_a matter_n yet_o thou_o hear_v here_o that_o it_o be_v nothing_o before_o god_n wherefore_o if_o thou_o desire_v to_o be_v deliver_v from_o thy_o sin_n thou_o must_v cease_v to_o trust_v in_o any_o of_o thy_o work_n and_o must_v plain_o despeire_v concern_v they_o and_o fly_v unto_o christ_n pray_v unto_o god_n for_o grace_n final_o receive_v the_o gospel_n by_o faith_n now_o follow_v the_o other_o part_n wherein_o the_o fellow_n servant_n also_o be_v deal_v with_o this_o servant_n now_o have_v enough_o he_o save_v his_o body_n good_n wife_n child_n etc._n etc._n and_o have_v his_o lord_n favourable_a unto_o he_o wherefore_o he_o shall_v sure_o be_v very_o foolish_a if_o he_o shall_v now_o depart_v and_o do_v what_o he_o be_v able_a for_o the_o reconciliation_n of_o his_o lord_n for_o his_o lord_n may_v we_o believe_v we_o have_v god_n favourable_a &_o merciful_a unto_o we_o neither_o do_v we_o need_v any_o thing_n more_o favour_n we_o must_v endeavour_n by_o our_o work_n to_o profit_v our_o neighbour_n &_o not_o seek_v to_o obtain_v god_n favour_n but_o now_o it_o be_v time_n that_o we_o shall_v forthwith_o die_v notwithstanding_o if_o we_o must_v as_o yet_o live_v still_o in_o the_o will_v confess_v the_o truth_n may_v be_v enforce_v to_o say_v that_o he_o have_v so_o live_v that_o he_o have_v be_v a_o example_n to_o every_o man_n of_o live_v well_o which_o will_v only_o but_o follow_v he_o and_o this_o be_v call_v a_o good_a conscience_n before_o man_n or_o against_o the_o complaint_n and_o reprehension_n of_o man_n and_o albeit_o such_o a_o conscience_n be_v not_o able_a to_o stand_v before_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n no_o nor_o any_o pureness_n of_o the_o hart_n in_o the_o outward_a life_n and_o work_n of_o love_n we_o continue_v in_o sin_v often_o time_n before_o god_n yet_o we_o must_v attain_v unto_o such_o a_o hart_n that_o we_o may_v comfort_v ourselves_o before_o he_o also_o and_o say_v this_o god_n have_v bid_v and_o command_v to_o be_v do_v therefore_o shall_v hear_v yet_o we_o must_v earnest_o endeavour_n ourselves_o in_o this_o also_o that_o we_o may_v be_v without_o blame_n before_o god_n and_o when_o we_o shall_v not_o attain_v thereunto_o we_o must_v fly_v to_o prayer_n and_o say_v before_o god_n and_o man_n forgive_v we_o our_o trespass_n &c_n &c_n that_o at_o the_o least_o wise_a our_o life_n may_v remain_v without_o blame_n neighbour_n what_o we_o must_v do_v when_o we_o fail_v in_o our_o duty_n towards_o our_o neighbour_n and_o we_o may_v obtain_v a_o good_a conscience_n before_o man_n and_o if_o this_o can_v not_o be_v bring_v to_o pass_v by_o perfect_a love_n and_o pureness_n of_o the_o hart_n yet_o let_v it_o be_v do_v by_o humility_n that_o we_o may_v pray_v for_o and_o desire_v of_o all_o man_n pardon_v of_o our_o
