true_a and_o for_o that_o reason_n the_o difference_n in_o this_o controversy_n be_v not_o altogether_o of_o so_o great_a consequence_n as_o they_o have_v seem_v to_o some_o yet_o they_o that_o think_v the_o difference_n either_o to_o be_v none_o at_o all_o or_o not_o of_o considerable_a moment_n judge_v not_o aright_o for_o albeit_o it_o be_v all_o one_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o governor_n propria_fw-la and_o immediate_o then_o shall_v the_o conscience_n of_o the_o subject_n be_v bind_v to_o obey_v the_o constitution_n of_o the_o magistrate_n ex_fw-la intuitu_fw-la praecepti_fw-la
