that_o excellent_a bishop_n and_o no_o question_n but_o he_o be_v acknowledge_v on_o both_o side_n for_o learning_n piety_n prudence_n experience_n all_o part_n requisite_a for_o a_o perfect_a casuist_n as_o credible_a as_o any_o other_o the_o generation_n afford_v and_o from_o his_o mouth_n what_o person_n do_v not_o snatch_v at_o satisfaction_n let_v we_o then_o hear_v what_o he_o say_v in_o the_o case_n 1._o he_o express_o affirm_v that_o no_o law_n that_o have_v a_o command_n express_v be_v pure_o penal_a 2._o that_o all_o humane_a law_n that_o be_v not_o pure_o penal_a do_v in_o mean_n yet_o also_o to_o our_o power_n and_o with_o our_o life_n and_o estate_n and_o what_o need_v of_o all_o this_o if_o we_o may_v only_o petition_v in_o a_o regular_a and_o legal_a course_n and_o so_o and_o no_o otherwise_o endeavour_v there_o be_v no_o other_o lawful_a way_n of_o endeavour_n in_o our_o place_n but_o these_o that_o i_o can_v think_v of_o and_o as_o for_o petition_v too_o if_o declare_v upon_o a_o solemn_a occasion_n that_o may_v they_o see_v any_o material_a alteration_n in_o the_o government_n grant_v there_o they_o shall_v hold_v themselves_o satisfy_v as_o to_o the_o covenant_n in_o that_o point_n beside_o
