calculate_v for_o the_o meridian_n of_o high_a presbytery_n or_o no_o the_o covenant_n be_v and_o therefore_o their_o confidence_n of_o a_o blessing_n from_o this_o upon_o that_o their_o interest_n be_v great_a than_o from_o those_o they_o think_v it_o impossible_a by_o virtue_n of_o the_o covenant_n that_o any_o man_n shall_v touch_v they_o and_o be_v innocent_a it_o can_v enter_v into_o they_o to_o imagine_v that_o the_o covenant_n consider_v who_o be_v the_o compiler_n of_o it_o and_o from_o who_o they_o receive_v it_o shall_v suffer_v any_o man_n with_o a_o good_a conscience_n to_o do_v together_o with_o many_o other_o oath_n in_o way_n of_o bar_n to_o the_o equity_n and_o lawfulness_n of_o the_o parliamentary_a proceed_n against_o the_o late_a king_n and_o to_o conclude_v all_o under_o perjury_n and_o breach_n of_o many_o oath_n who_o be_v under_o the_o band_n of_o these_o oath_n have_v either_o assist_v in_o or_o consent_v unto_o the_o say_v proceed_n and_o posture_v themselves_o upon_o this_o imaginary_a ground_n shake_v the_o dreadful_a rod_n of_o such_o scripture_n over_o their_o head_n as_o those_o which_o threaten_v perjury_n and_o swear_v false_o 1._o i_o wonder_v not_o a_o little_a how_o they_o come_v by_o a_o dispensation_n for_o perjury_n or_o oath-breaking_n themselves_o and_o that_o more_o palpable_a and_o with_o more-aggravating_a circumstance_n than_o they_o can_v so_o much_o as_o with_o colour_n charge_v upon_o other_o or_o in_o case_n they_o have_v no_o such_o dispensation_n but_o the_o guilt_n of_o the_o sin_n still_o cleave_v unto_o they_o where_o they_o get_v such_o armour_n of_o proof_n for_o their_o forehead_n that_o they_o dare_v charge_n perjury_n upon_o other_o man_n for_o to_o omit_v that_o which_o be_v former_o mention_v and_o have_v be_v prove_v to_o their_o face_n by_o other_o viz._n the_o express_a breach_n of_o all_o the_o manifold_a oath_n they_o speak_v of_o by_o themselves_o in_o such_o a_o notion_n or_o sense_n as_o they_o charge_v the_o breach_n of_o they_o upon_o other_o in_o their_o foment_v countenance_v abet_v the_o late_a war_n against_o the_o king_n with_o other_o practice_n relative_a hereunto_o have_v they_o not_o violate_v the_o many_o oath_n wherein_o they_o swear_v obedience_n canonical_a obedience_n to_o their_o ordinary_n as_o bishop_n chancellor_n etc._n etc._n who_o know_v how_o often_o and_o that_o in_o the_o high_a way_n of_o violation_n that_o light_o can_v be_v viz._n by_o swear_v pointblank_o against_o those_o to_o endeavour_v their_o extirpation_n yea_o and_o this_o without_o any_o declare_v or_o acknowledgement_n either_o by_o word_n or_o deed_n at_o least_o in_o public_a of_o any_o unlawfulnesse_n in_o those_o oath_n or_o of_o any_o sin_n commit_v by_o they_o in_o the_o take_n of_o they_o nay_o they_o have_v solemn_o swear_v the_o extirpation_n of_o prel●●te_n etc._n etc._n contrary_a to_o their_o former_a oath_n for_o the_o maintain_n of_o it_o yet_o have_v they_o be_v so_o far_o from_o acknowledge_v any_o sin_n in_o these_o former_a oath_n that_o they_o have_v at_o least_o some_o of_o they_o avouch_v the_o lawfulness_n of_o episcopal_a government_n and_o profess_v the_o ground_n of_o their_o swear_v the_o extirpation_n of_o it_o be_v only_o the_o inexpedience_n or_o inconvenience_n of_o it_o for_o this_o nation_n i_o believe_v that_o neither_o the_o parliament_n nor_o any_o cordial_a unto_o they_o in_o their_o proceed_n ever_o transgress_v any_o covenant_n or_o oath_n so_o much_o as_o in_o the_o letter_n or_o outside_n
