can_v we_o set_v they_o right_o in_o aspirituall_a way_n we_o may_v find_v easy_o as_o well_o by_o reason_n of_o our_o own_o frailty_n as_o by_o the_o subtlety_n of_o satan_n our_o adversary_n that_o more_o object_n and_o occasion_n of_o mutual_a envy_n be_v suggest_v unto_o we_o within_o the_o sphere_n of_o our_o own_o employment_n than_o we_o be_v well_o able_a to_o decline_v why_o then_o shall_v we_o take_v up_o extrinsecall_v matter_n and_o ferment_n our_o own_o spirit_n with_o the_o thought_n of_o state-envy_n or_o foment_n the_o same_o in_o the_o apprehension_n of_o any_o one_o against_o another_o be_v it_o not_o our_o proper_a work_n to_o allay_v and_o suppress_v all_o the_o motion_n of_o this_o kind_n in_o every_o one_o be_v not_o this_o most_o suitable_a to_o the_o employment_n of_o the_o messenger_n of_o the_o prince_n of_o peace_n and_o do_v not_o christ_n expect_v at_o our_o hand_n that_o our_o whole_a work_n in_o his_o service_n shall_v be_v nothing_o else_o and_o profitable_a to_o the_o public_a which_o how_o far_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o they_o in_o the_o way_n of_o christianity_n to_o do_v we_o be_v now_o about_o to_o consider_v second_o the_o scruple_n be_v thus_o take_v up_o that_o whereunto_o their_o practice_n do_v lead_v be_v to_o uphold_v the_o breach_n which_o they_o suppose_v be_v already_o make_v of_o the_o public_a peace_n which_o gospel_n be_v proper_a judge_n of_o state_n interest_n nor_o that_o their_o ministerial_a work_n ought_v to_o be_v make_v opposite_a or_o subordinate_a thereunto_o to_o lead_v christian_n for_o or_o against_o it_o then_o i_o can_v see_v how_o it_o can_v stand_v with_o a_o good_a conscience_n in_o they_o to_o intend_v such_o a_o practice_n and_o as_o for_o christian_n to_o follow_v they_o in_o such_o a_o practice_n i_o understand_v not_o how_o it_o can_v be_v either_o lawful_a or_o commendable_a except_o they_o will_v show_v that_o a_o obligation_n be_v lay_v upon_o they_o by_o god_n as_o their_o hand_n i_o must_v oppose_v they_o and_o although_o i_o can_v probable_o foresee_v that_o by_o this_o kind_n of_o opposition_n i_o shall_v hazard_v to_o embroil_v all_o and_o perhaps_o help_v if_o we_o once_o come_v to_o be_v engage_v as_o man_n with_o a_o design_n rather_o to_o oppose_v other_o man_n person_n hateful_o then_o as_o christian_n lovingly_z to_o endeavour_v to_o rectify_v one_o may_v be_v trust_v with_o a_o public_a place_n that_o he_o will_v not_o abuse_v it_o for_o his_o own_o end_n and_o he_o be_v perfect_a in_o his_o way_n who_o course_n of_o life_n be_v sincere_a and_o conscionable_a and_o who_o be_v careful_a to_o maintain_v his_o integrity_n without_o offence_n towards_o all_o if_o none_o but_o such_o be_v seek_v out_o for_o public_a place_n the_o affair_n of_o state_n and_o commonwealth_n will_v indeed_o be_v successful_a but_o as_o long_o as_o the_o maxim_n and_o interest_n of_o faction_n and_o party_n which_o all_o along_o destroy_v humane_a society_n be_v follow_v and_o private_a aim_n bear_v rule_v over_o the_o spirit_n of_o those_o that_o rule_n in_o a_o state_n these_o character_n of_o man_n fit_a for_o place_n will_v never_o be_v
