marvel_v though_o this_o terrible_a fiend_n a_o evil_a conscience_n do_v not_o much_o haunt_v a_o dull_a and_o stupid_a heart_n but_o in_o the_o darkness_n of_o sickness_n in_o the_o midnight_n of_o death_n when_o the_o black_a time_n of_o calamity_n shall_v surprise_v thou_o then_o will_v this_o grifly_a and_o ghastly_a spirit_n begin_v to_o affright_v and_o scare_v thou_o then_o will_v he_o roar_v in_o the_o chamber_n of_o thy_o soul_n and_o most_o hideous_o rattle_v his_o chain_n about_o thy_o ear_n as_o the_o blow_n and_o bruise_n receive_v in_o the_o flower_n of_o our_o youth_n though_o then_o we_o feel_v they_o not_o will_v pain_v we_o in_o the_o decay_n of_o our_o strength_n in_o our_o decline_a year_n so_o the_o blow_n and_o bruise_n give_v the_o soul_n by_o sin_n in_o the_o day_n of_o our_o jollity_n and_o prosperity_n will_v most_o grievous_o torment_v we_o when_o by_o sickness_n fear_v of_o death_n or_o other_o calamity_n our_o wont_a mirth_n and_o transitory_a contentment_n shall_v be_v eclipse_v then_o as_o the_o carcase_n of_o he_o that_o be_v slay_v though_o it_o seem_v stark_o and_o stiff_a be_v say_v to_o bleed_v afresh_o at_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o great_a liberty_n in_o the_o world_n a_o good_a conscience_n say_v solomon_n prov._n 15._o 15._o be_v a_o continual_a feast_n that_o be_v a_o everlasting_a christmas_n the_o twelve-days-feast_n of_o our_o bless_a saviour_n nativity_n how_o be_v it_o long_v for_o beforehand_o how_o welcome_v when_o it_o come_v and_o yet_o it_o last_v but_o a_o short_a time_n but_o a_o good_a conscience_n be_v a_o feast_n that_o last_v all_o the_o year_n yea_o all_o a_o man_n life_n long_o and_o that_o too_o without_o satiety_n without_o fullness_n without_o the_o least_o wearisomeness_n there_o be_v three_o thing_n in_o a_o feast_n which_o make_v it_o so_o please_a and_o desirable_a mirth_n good_a company_n and_o good_a cheer_v in_o this_o feast_n all_o three_o of_o they_o be_v superlative_a 1._o for_o mirth_n all_o the_o merriment_n and_o music_n all_o the_o wine_n and_o good_a cheer_n in_o the_o world_n will_v not_o make_v a_o man_n heart_n so_o light_a and_o merry_a as_o the_o wine_n which_o be_v drink_v at_o the_o feast_n of_o a_o good_a conscience_n this_o be_v no_o superficial_a matter_n but_o root_v in_o the_o very_a centre_n of_o the_o soul_n whereas_o your_o wine-mirth_n be_v but_o the_o smother_n sometime_o if_o not_o drown_v of_o a_o deep_a grief_n like_o the_o lustick_a fit_n in_o some_o country_n of_o such_o as_o be_v go_v to_o execution_n 6._o give_v strong_a drink_n say_v solomon_n unto_o he_o that_o be_v ready_a to_o perish_v and_o wine_n unto_o those_o that_o be_v of_o heavy_a heart_n 2._o for_o society_n and_o company_n what_o feast_n in_o the_o world_n can_v afford_v the_o like_a this_o do_v for_o it_o have_v not_o only_o exceed_v good_a but_o all_o suitable_a and_o homogeneal_a where_o be_v no_o admixture_n of_o ill_a here_o you_o shall_v which_o heaven_n itself_o afford_v who_o will_v not_o come_v upon_o any_o invitation_n to_o partake_v of_o such_o a_o feast_n as_o this_o discourse_n xxxiii_o act_n 10._o 4._o and_o he_o say_v unto_o long_o as_o the_o whoredom_n of_o thy_o mother_n jezebel_n and_o her_o witchcraft_n be_v so_o many_o so_o say_v god_n to_o all_o such_o who_o life_n and_o conversation_n be_v unreformed_a what_o peace_n can_v be_v unto_o thy_o soul_n so_o long_o as_o contempt_n of_o his_o worship_n extortion_n defraud_v of_o thy_o neighbour_n covetousness_n drunkenness_n backwardness_n to_o all_o good_a
