drunkenness_n kill_v another_o in_o this_o fact_n not_o know_v what_o the_o do_v he_o also_o know_v not_o that_o he_o have_v offend_v &_o yet_o because_o he_o may_v have_v prevent_v his_o drunkenness_n therefore_o he_o be_v faulty_a and_o sin_v faultless_a ignorance_n be_v when_o a_o fact_n be_v do_v which_o can_v not_o be_v either_o know_v or_o avoid_v before_o hand_n for_o example_n if_o a_o man_n be_v â—opping_v a_o tree_n and_o his_o axe_n head_n fall_v from_o the_o helve_z out_o of_o his_o hand_n and_o kill_v another_o pass_n by_o here_o be_v indeed_o manslaughter_n but_o no_o voluntary_a murder_n because_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n that_o can_v not_o be_v avoid_v and_o do_v not_o fall_v out_o through_o his_o default_n and_o this_o ignorance_n be_v excusable_a the_o second_o fountain_n of_o sin_n be_v the_o will_n from_o whence_o arise_v these_o three_o difference_n of_o sin_n some_o be_v from_o the_o will_v immediate_o some_o beside_o the_o will_n and_o some_o be_v mix_v partly_o with_o the_o will_n and_o partly_o against_o the_o will_n sin_n proceed_v from_o the_o will_n be_v proper_o term_v voluntary_a such_o as_o the_o doer_n move_v by_o his_o own_o will_n commit_v do_v partly_o with_o his_o will_n and_o partly_o against_o his_o will_n be_v partly_o good_a and_o partly_o evil_a the_o reason_n hereof_o be_v this_o there_o be_v in_o man_n after_o regeneration_n two_o contrary_a ground_n or_o beginning_n of_o action_n to_o wit_n natural_a corruption_n or_o the_o inclination_n of_o the_o mind_n will_n and_o affection_n to_o that_o which_o be_v against_o the_o law_n call_v the_o flesh_n and_o a_o create_a quality_n of_o holiness_n wrought_v in_o the_o say_a faculty_n by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n term_v the_o spirit_n and_o these_o two_o be_v not_o sever_v because_o by_o it_o man_n know_v that_o thing_n of_o himself_o which_o god_n also_o know_v of_o he_o man_n have_v two_o witness_n of_o his_o thought_n god_n and_o his_o own_o conscience_n god_n be_v the_o first_o and_o chief_a and_o conscience_n be_v the_o second_o subordinate_a unto_o god_n bear_v witness_n unto_o god_n either_o with_o the_o man_n or_o against_o he_o therefore_o it_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o part_n of_o the_o understanding_n whereby_o a_o man_n know_v what_o he_o think_v what_o he_o will_v and_o desire_n as_o also_o in_o what_o manner_n he_o know_v think_v or_o masse-priest_n sin_v in_o say_v mass_n though_o he_o think_v in_o his_o conscience_n the_o thing_n he_o do_v be_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o thus_o heretic_n do_v die_v heretic_n though_o when_o they_o die_v they_o be_v full_o persuade_v there_o opinion_n be_v the_o truth_n again_o in_o the_o same_o manner_n put_v the_o case_n a_o man_n shall_v be_v of_o opinion_n that_o fornication_n state_n condition_n and_o dignity_n wherein_o he_o be_v can_v be_v preserve_v now_o riches_n more_o than_o necessary_a i_o term_v those_o without_o which_o both_o the_o life_n of_o man_n and_o his_o good_a estate_n may_v well_o be_v preserve_v and_o whatsoever_o be_v beside_o they_o be_v necessary_a for_o example_n to_o the_o call_n of_o a_o student_n meat_n drink_n and_o cloth_n be_v necessary_a
