at_o the_o desire_n of_o those_o who_o be_v in_o government_n do_v it_o because_o they_o look_v upon_o matter_n past_a as_o they_o be_v incline_v to_o consider_v they_o with_o discontent_n and_o upon_o thing_n present_a with_o reference_n thereunto_o consider_v the_o same_o with_o a_o sullen_a humour_n as_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o those_o that_o manage_v the_o same_o contrary_n to_o their_o sense_n wherein_o they_o make_v themselves_o absolute_a judge_n of_o all_o the_o proceed_n past_o and_o present_a of_o the_o power_n and_o government_n which_o be_v over_o they_o and_o upon_o this_o judgement_n of_o the_o miscarriage_n which_o they_o lie_v unto_o their_o charge_n they_o frame_v a_o resolution_n of_o noncompliance_a in_o all_o thing_n though_o in_o themselves_o never_o so_o good_a and_o profitable_a to_o the_o public_a which_o how_o far_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o they_o in_o the_o way_n of_o christianity_n to_o do_v we_o be_v now_o about_o to_o consider_v second_o the_o scruple_n be_v thus_o take_v up_o that_o whereunto_o their_o practice_n do_v lead_v be_v to_o uphold_v the_o breach_n which_o they_o suppose_v be_v already_o make_v of_o the_o public_a peace_n which_o be_v very_o unchristian_a and_o that_o wherein_o it_o do_v end_v direct_o be_v a_o opposition_n to_o the_o present_a power_n so_o that_o in_o effect_n this_o practice_n do_v speak_v thus_o much_o that_o the_o minister_n of_o christ_n may_v lead_v man_n to_o maintain_v a_o opposition_n against_o those_o that_o manage_v public_a affair_n in_o every_o thing_n because_o in_o one_o thing_n concern_v the_o alteration_n of_o government_n about_o the_o cause_n and_o way_n thereof_o they_o be_v not_o agree_v with_o they_o now_o if_o we_o can_v say_v that_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n be_v proper_a judge_n of_o state_n interest_n nor_o that_o their_o ministerial_a work_n ought_v to_o be_v make_v opposite_a or_o subordinate_a thereunto_o to_o lead_v christian_n for_o or_o against_o it_o then_o i_o can_v see_v how_o it_o can_v stand_v with_o a_o good_a conscience_n in_o they_o to_o intend_v such_o a_o practice_n and_o as_o for_o christian_n to_o follow_v they_o in_o such_o a_o practice_n i_o understand_v not_o how_o it_o can_v be_v either_o lawful_a or_o commendable_a except_o they_o will_v show_v that_o a_o obligation_n be_v lay_v upon_o they_o by_o god_n as_o
