prayer_n and_o supplication_n with_o strong_a cry_v and_o tear_n and_o be_v in_o fear_n and_o do_v sweat_v blood_n and_o complain_v as_o one_o forsake_v of_o god_n so_o that_o this_o burden_n be_v very_o heavy_a and_o it_o much_o concern_v we_o to_o learn_v how_o to_o cast_v this_o burden_n upon_o god_n and_o in_o this_o business_n because_o the_o devil_n sin_n take_v advantage_n from_o every_o the_o least_o circumstance_n of_o our_o sin_n that_o may_v make_v for_o he_o against_o we_o to_o increase_v thereby_o our_o fear_n and_o trouble_v of_o mind_n therefore_o it_o shall_v be_v meet_a that_o we_o also_o for_o our_o advantage_n against_o he_o do_v examine_v and_o mark_v the_o circumstance_n of_o the_o sin_n we_o be_v charge_v with_o to_o see_v if_o we_o can_v find_v any_o the_o small_a hole_n through_o which_o the_o light_n of_o hope_n may_v shine_v unto_o us._n and_o it_o may_v fall_v out_o unto_o we_o as_o it_o do_v to_o the_o prophet_n ezechiel_n who_o be_v enter_v in_o at_o the_o gate_n of_o the_o court_n he_o look_v 7._o and_o behold_v a_o hole_n be_v in_o the_o wall_n then_o the_o lord_n bid_v he_o dig_v in_o the_o wall_n and_o when_o he_o have_v diggd_v in_o a_o door_n of_o mercy_n for_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n be_v like_o a_o flood_n that_o overflow_v but_o where_o the_o water_n of_o a_o flood_n find_v but_o a_o small_a hole_n to_o issue_n through_o at_o the_o first_o by_o continuance_n they_o wear_v the_o hole_n great_a make_v passage_n for_o themselves_o and_o run_v at_o the_o last_o like_o a_o strong_a stream_n that_o can_v be_v stop_v so_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n appear_v first_o at_o the_o hole_n of_o a_o small_a circumstance_n if_o thou_o continue_v in_o prayer_n and_o attend_v upon_o god_n will_v work_v itself_o free_a passage_n and_o in_o the_o end_n shine_v with_o full_a brightness_n in_o thy_o conscience_n and_o the_o devil_n shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o darken_v the_o comfortable_a and_o glorious_a light_n of_o it_o first_o therefore_o let_v the_o afflict_a sinner_n general_o consider_v and_o weigh_v well_o the_o manner_n of_o his_o tentation_n whether_o he_o be_v urge_v in_o a_o distinct_a manner_n with_o any_o particular_a sin_n â—…r_o whether_o he_o be_v more_o confuse_o urge_v and_o in_o a_o general_a manner_n that_o he_o have_v a_o evil_a heart_n and_o be_v a_o hypocrite_n and_o love_v not_o the_o lord_n and_o if_o the_o afflict_a person_n can_v himself_o discern_v the_o condition_n of_o his_o tentation_n his_o judgement_n be_v oppress_v and_o darken_v by_o his_o affliction_n let_v the_o judicious_a comforter_n who_o help_n he_o seek_v observe_v it_o for_o he_o for_o satan_n that_o by_o god_n permission_n urge_v against_o he_o this_o tentation_n find_v in_o some_o man_n particular_a matter_n of_o enormous_a sin_n as_o of_o murder_n in_o cain_n of_o adultery_n in_o david_n and_o of_o idolatry_n in_o manasses_n into_o which_o particular_a sin_n they_o have_v break_v licentious_o with_o great_a boldness_n where_o he_o have_v this_o advantage_n from_o our_o former_a violent_a course_n he_o will_v be_v sure_a to_o urge_v it_o to_o the_o uttermost_a as_o make_v much_o for_o he_o to_o drive_v we_o into_o despair_n to_o say_v with_o cain_n my_o punishment_n be_v great_a 13._o than_o i_o can_v bear_v or_o as_o musculus_fw-la read_v it_o agreeable_a as_o he_o say_v to_o the_o hebrew_n my_o time_n say_v my_o 4._o heart_n tremble_v within_o i_o and_o the_o terror_n of_o death_n be_v fall_v upon_o i_o fear_v and_o tremble_a be_v come_v upon_o i_o and_o a_o horrible_a fear_n have_v cover_v
